    为不断完善医学生物化学与分子生物学实验课程,实现培养创新性人才的教学目标,在本科生课程中设计以血红蛋白为实验对象,通过蛋白提取、层析纯化、SDS-PAGE电泳分离鉴定及血红蛋白与高铁血红蛋白分子吸收光谱的绘制等内容的医学生物化学综合性实验。教学实践结果表明:该实验具有可行性,学生完成情况良好;适合本科生系统完整地学习蛋白提取、纯化、鉴定及功能的实验方法,具有很强的综合性,获得良好的教学效果。To consummate the construction of medical biochemistry experimental course and cultivate of innovative talents,this study takes the hemoglobin as experimental subject to design a set of integrated biochemical experiments,including extraction,gel chromatography purification,SDS-PAGE separation and acquirement of absorption spectra.The teaching practice results show that the designed experiments are feasible and the teaching effect is encouraging.The comprehensive experiments are suitable for the undergraduates to study the experimental methods on protein purification and identification.福建省科技重点项目(项目编号:2012Y0081

    天山北坡城市群地域空间结构时空特征研究

    正确认识城市群地域结构的形成及发展规律对促进城市群的健康发展有着十分重要的意义。运用分形理论和多变量聚类统计分析等方法,以干旱区天山北坡城市群为研究对象,对其1990—2005年城市群规模和职能结构时空特征、空间分布进行研究。研究结果表明,该区域城市群城市规模等级结构和空间相互作用都具有分形特征。天山北坡城市群等级规模结构比较松散,呈明显的首位分布,人口分布不均,且有极化趋势。城市群职能分工不明显,城市经济结构雷同,经济活动的主导部门都是工业,优势职能为交通和商业,但城市群职能结构不断发展完善。城市群空间布局受到自然条件的制约与影响,城市缘绿洲疏密相间分布、沿河流空间扩张分布,交通干线两侧集聚的特点,城市间连通度很高,接近直线式连通。城市空间组织形态呈现出总体带状发展,点面结合、圈面集中的特点

    高温退火后掺铁半绝缘(SI)InP单晶转变为n型低阻材料.利用霍尔效应(Hall),热激电流谱(TSC),深能级瞬态谱(DLTS),X射线衍射等方法分别研究了退火前后InP材料的性质和缺陷.结果表明受高温热激发作用部分铁原子由替位转变为填隙,导致InP材料缺少深能级补偿中心而发生导电类型转变.通过比较掺杂、扩散和离子注入过程Fe原子的占位和激活情况分析了这一现象的机理和产生原因

    用金属有机物化学汽相沉积(MOCVD)方法在蓝宝石衬底上制备了GaN单晶薄膜,并对样品进行X射线衍射和光致发光谱测量.利用GaN样品成功地制备了金属-半导体-金属(MSM)结构GaN紫外光电探测器,并对其I-V特性、光谱响应及击穿电压等性能进行测试和分析.结果表明,探测器在-5 V偏压下的光电流与暗电流之比大于400倍;探测器光响应在352 nm附近达到响应峰值,并在364 nm附近出现截止,即具备可见盲特性;器件的光响应度最好达0.21A/W.The GaN epilayers were grown by metal organic chemical vapor deposition(MOCVD) method.X-ray diffraction and photoluminescence technique were used to study the quality of our GaN films.The GaN UV photodetectors with MSM structure were fabicated.The I-V characteristic and UV photoresponsivity of the detectors were also investigated.The results show that the radio of photocurrent to dark current is greater than 400,detectors show a peak at about 352 nm,and show a cutoff for wavelength longer than 364 nm,i.e.the detectors have the visble-blind characteristic.The responsitivity of our device reach 0.21 A/W

    研究金鱼浸浴在敌敌畏溶液 15d中 ,不同浓度敌敌畏溶液对金鱼摄食行为、学习和记忆能力的影响 ,以及恢复期中上述指标的变化 ,并对敌敌畏影响的可能机制作初步探讨 .结果表明 :1)敌敌畏能推迟金鱼首次撞球时间 ,影响其学习和记忆能力 ;2 )敌敌畏使摄食峰后移 ,对摄食频率具抑制作用 ;3)在清水饲养的恢复期间 ,上述指标均有不同程度的恢复This paper deals with the changes of feeding behavior of goldfish exposed to different concentrations of dichlorvos and to the normal water for fifteen days respectively. The results show that, 1) The higher concentrations of dichlorvos, the longer the first feeding strike time of goldfish, the lower the feeding frequency and the later the feeling spike occurs. This indicated that the learning and memory of goldfish are decreased with the increase in dichlorvos concentrations which restrain goldfish from feeding behavior. 2) After removing dichlorvos poisoned goldfish into clean water for fifteen days, the above mentioned indexes recovered to some extent

    固化吸附剂是提高吸附剂传热性能的重要方式,但是恶化了吸附剂的传质性能。以羧甲基纤维素(CMC)为黏结剂的多孔固化吸附剂利用CMC部分分解,在层间产生丰富的孔道,降低了吸附剂的传质阻力,具有强化吸附剂传质作用。本文对多孔硅胶固化吸附剂开展了容量法吸附性能评价、压汞法测试以及吸附性能计算,结果表明,多孔固化吸附剂层内存在一定量的大孔,改善了吸附剂传质特性;根据细孔扩散和表面扩散的计算方法,分别获得多孔硅胶固化吸附剂的细孔扩散系数和表面扩散系数

    罗非鱼球状囊微音器电位是一个双峰波。峰频与刺激声频成2∶1关系;在20~80Hz电位波形不规则。在300~900Hz电位波呈矩形。实验表明,球状囊不同区域对一定的声频敏感性不一样;延脑-脊髓连结处的诱发电位与球状囊微音器电位相似,但在130Hz电位呈单峰波;罗非鱼可闻频域在20~900Hz,最大敏感声频在130Hz,其相对敏感性为23.01db;延脑-脊髓连接处诱发电位最大值在63Hz和130Hz,相对敏感性分别为25.36和23.37db;罗非鱼气鳔与内耳无直接关系,去鳔对其微音电位听力曲线无明显影响。Using microphonic potentials as a tool,the authors deal with the characters of electrophysiological response of the sacculus of a nonostariophysan Fish,Tilapia sp.,to underwater sound stimuli at low Frequencies.The results are as Follows:1.Microphonic potentials recorded From the sacculus in response to underwater sound stimulation show that the potential is that of the typical microphonic potential of Fish,which has two wave Peaks,and the Frequency of the potential wave and that of the stimulation has a 2:1 relationship.In this study,the shape of potentials at 20--80Hz is irregular and that at 300--900Hz is rectangle-shaped.DiFFerent regions of the sacculus have diFFerent response sensitivities to a certain kind of underwater sound.2.Potentials recorded From the cerebellar-medullary junction show a similar Feature compared with those From the sacculus.but the POtential From the junction at l3OHz is a single peak,For all of this evoked-potentials should be Further studied.3.the result of the microphonic potential curve From the sacculus reveals that Tilapia responds to underwater sound stimulation From 20 to 900 Hz with a maximum sensitive Frenquency at 130Hz and its maximum sensitivity is +23.01 dB (relative).the experiment with cerebellar-medullary junction Found that the maximum potentials were at 63 Hz and 130 Hz with maximum sensitivities separately 25.36 dB and 23.37 dB(relative).4.Elimination of the swimbladder caused on change in sensitivities at any Frequencies,which were in correspondence with the result of anatomy.国家自然科学基金!691101
