    DESIGNING SOPC-BASED TURBO DECODER

    TurbO码的译码性能几乎接近SHAnnOn理论极限,实现TurbO译码器对于降低信道传输的误码率、提高传输可靠性具有重要的意义。借助XIlInX Edk软硬件开发工具构建了一个TurbO译码器和以太网络传输的SOPC系统,实现了网络通信下的TurbO译码,并将所构建SOPC系统的硬件比特流和软件程序下载到XIlInX公司的SPArTAn-3S1500开发板上验证成功。实验结果表明,所设计的SOPC系统能实现数据的动态传输和信道纠错。Decoding performance of Turbo codes almost approaches to the limit of Shannon theory.The implementation of Turbo decoder is important for reducing the error bits rate in channel transmission and improving transmission reliability.An SoPC system of Turbo decoder and Ethernet-transmission is constructed by using the tool of Xilinx EDK software and hardware development,which realises the Turbo decoding in network communication.The hardware bit stream and software program of the constructed SoPC system are downloaded to Spartan-3s1500 development board of Xilinx Inc.and their correctness are proved successfully.Experiments show that the designed SoPC system can realise dynamic data transmission and channel's error correction.福建农林大学青年教师科研基金项目(08B24

    Effect of comprehensive nursing interventions in operating room on emergence agitation in patients undergoing oral and maxillofacial surgery under general anesthesia (手术室综合护理干预对口腔颌面全麻手术患者苏醒期躁动的影响)

    Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing interventions in operating room on emergence agitation (EA) in patients undergoing oral and maxillofacial surgery under general anesthesia. Methods Totally 88 patients undergoing elective oral and maxillofacial surgery under general anesthesia were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 44 cases in each group. The control group received routine surgical nursing, and the observation group received comprehensive surgical nursing on the basis of routine nursing. The incidence of EA, recovery time, extubation time, heart rate and blood pressure during recovery period were compared between the two groups. The psychological status before and after intervention was measured by simple psychological rating scale Kessler 10, and complications during recovery period were recorded. Results The incidence of EA in the observation group (6. 82 %) was lower than that in the control group (22. 73 %) (P<0. 05). The recovery time and extubation time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0. 01). After entering the anesthesia recovery room for 30 min, the heart rate, systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0. 01). After intervention, score of Kessler 10 in both groups was lower than that before intervention, and that in the observation group was lower than the control group (P<0. 01). The total incidence of other complications in the observation group was 9. 09 %(4/44), which was lower than 25. 00 %(11/44) in the control group (P<0. 05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing interventions in operation room can effectively reduce the occurrence of EA and improve the recovery of patients with oral and maxillofacial surgery under general anesthesia (目的 探讨手术室综合护理干预对口腔颌面全麻手术患者苏醒期躁动(EA)的影响。方法 选取择期行口腔颌面全麻手术的88例患者为研究对象, 按照随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组, 各44例。对照组实施手术室常规护理, 观察组在常规护理基础上实施手术室综合护理。比较两组EA发生率、苏醒时间及拔气管插管时间、苏醒期心率及血压情况, 采用简易心理状况评定量表Kessler 10评估干预前后心理状态, 并记录苏醒期其他并发症情况。结果 观察组EA发生率6. 82%(3/44), 低于对照组的22. 73%(10/34), 差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。观察组苏醒时间及拔气管插管时间均短于对照组(P<0. 01)。进入麻醉恢复室30min后, 观察组心率、收缩压及舒张压均低于对照组(P<0. 01)。干预后, 两组Kessler 10量表评分均较干预前降低, 且观察组低于对照组(P<0. 01)。观察组其他并发症总发生率为9. 09%(4/44), 低于对照组的25. 00%(11/44), 差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。结论 对口腔颌面全麻手术患者实施手术室综合护理干预, 能有效减少EA的发生, 提高苏醒质量。

    Quantitation of HTLV-I Proviral Load Using Real-time Quantitative PCR with Taqman MGB Probe

    建立了一种快速检测HTlV-I前病毒的荧光定量方法。利用HTlV前病毒dnA序列设计特异性TAQMAnMgb探针及引物对目标dnA片段进行实时检测,用含目标片段质粒构建标准曲线。该定量检测方法在103--107COPy/μl范围内与CT值呈良好线性关系(r2可达0.999),最低检测浓度为5COPy/μl。利用该系统对献血者血液标本进行HTlV前病毒初筛确认及定量检测,结果表明该方法重复性良好,特异性高,适用于献血者和临床标本的检测和确认,亦可用于对HTlV病毒载量与成人T细胞白血病等疾病的关联性进行研究。A quantitative real-time PCR assay was developed to measure the proviral load of human T-lymphotropic virus type I(HTLV-I) in peripheral blood.The technology utilizes special primers and Taqman MGB fluorescence probe to measure amplification products from the gag-pro-pol polyprotein gene of HTLV-I.HTLV-I copy number was normalized to the amount of cellular DNA by quantitation of the β-actin gene.The amplification system was sensitive to detect 5copy/μL.The standard curve had a good linearity when the quantity for the gene was between 103 and 107 copy/μL(R2=0.999).Good reproducibility was observed in each intra-and inter-assay.We also measured proviral load in peripheral blood in 12 HTLV-I seropositive former blood donors.Proviral load for HTLV-I infected donors ranged from 0.015 to 12.819 copy/cell in WBC with the mean of 3.116 copy/cell

    本发明提供了一种Zn/ZSM-11分子筛催化剂的改性方法,具体步骤如下:将Na型ZSM-11分子筛,用碱与有机表面活性剂混合溶液在65~85℃下加热搅拌1~5小时,洗涤至中性后干燥焙烧,随后用0.5~1.0mol/L的硝酸铵溶液于70~90℃交换,干燥后焙烧,制成H-型分子筛。将得到的分子筛使用等体积浸渍法负载金属锌,金属锌的负载量为0.5~10.0wt%,干燥后焙烧,制得所需催化剂。本发明的表面活性剂碱处理Zn/ZSM-11分子筛催化剂,与常规碱处理或未经碱处理的Zn/ZSM-11分子筛催化剂相比,芳烃收率可以得到进一步提高

    The accessibility and acidity of HZSM-35 zeolite were studied by high-resolution solid-state MAS NMR spectroscopy after adsorption of deuterated pyridine or trimethylphosphine as probe molecules. The results showed that the probe molecules could enter both the ten-membered ring (10-MR) channels and eight-membered ring (8-MR) cavities. However, the diffusion into the 8-MR cavities was very slow and it took a long time to reach the adsorption equilibrium at 300 degrees C. After adsorption of deuterated pyridine, H-1 MAS NMR spectra showed that there were two types of Bronsted acidic sites with different strength in both the 10-MR channels and 8-MR cavities. After adsorption of trimethylphosphine, the P-31 MAS NMR spectra indicated that there were Lewis acidic sites in HZSM-35 zeolite, but their strength and amount were less than the Bronsted acidic sites
