环孢素A微乳巴布膏眼贴的制备及体外透皮实验
背景:免疫性眼病如甲亢性突眼、葡萄膜炎等疾病严重危害患者的眼健康,是眼科的常见病和疑难病,目前最常见的治疗方法为口服激素和免疫抑制剂,疗效不佳、反复发作、预后差同时全身不良反应很大。此类疾病多有淋巴细胞直接或间接参与。尝试把免疫抑制剂制作成巴布膏眼贴,通过局部外用使药物进入体内,利用环孢素A微乳的淋巴靶向性能,使环孢素A作用在睑周淋巴结,从而达到治疗或控制睑周淋巴结参与反应的免疫性眼病。这种方法为局部外用,不用全身用药,针对性强,药物剂量小,如果治疗效果好,可以有效治疗免疫性眼病并规避原有药物全身应用及长期应用的不良反应。目的:制备环孢素A微乳巴布膏眼贴,研究环孢素A微乳巴布膏眼贴体外透皮吸收特性。方法:将环孢素A微乳与聚丙烯酸钠、聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯吡络烷酮、明胶、桃胶、羧甲基纤维素钠、羟丙基纤维素等的水溶性高分子材料混合物以1 mg∶1 mL的比例充分混匀,涂布于无纺布上制备成巴布膏。Franz扩散池法测定该巴布膏在ICR小鼠腹部皮肤的通透性。高效液相色谱分析法检测环孢素A浓度,并进行皮肤刺激性和过敏性实验。结果与结论:实验成功制备了粘性适宜、透气透水性能良好、敷贴舒适、无皮肤刺激性和过敏反应的环孢素A微乳巴布膏,环孢素A含量为10 mg/片,质量浓度为1 g/L。环孢素A微乳透皮的浓度随着时间的增加而增加,具有较好的透皮效果。证实将环孢素A微乳制备成巴布膏眼贴是可行的。其在透皮性能、黏附能力、皮肤舒适方面表现良好。莆田学院校级课题(2014034);;莆田市科技局课题(2014S06(2))~

Synthesis, Characterization of New Palladium Complexes and Their Catalytic Properties to Hydrogenation Reaction
等摩尔的Pd(CH3Cn)2Cl2与邻-二苯基膦苯甲醛在乙醇中回流反应,生成了缩醛化膦配体配位的钯氯化物PdCl2{PH2P[O-C6H4CH(OC2H5)2]}2(I).双亚胺双膦配体n,n′-双-[邻-(二苯基膦)苯亚甲基]乙二胺(简称P2n2)与1或2摩尔的Pd(CH3Cn)2Cl2在二氯甲烷中回流反应,分别高产率地制得PdCl2(P2n2)(I)和Pd2Cl2(P2n2)(II).进行了元素分析、谱学表征或X射线结构分析.考察了这些配合物催化苯乙烯和丙烯酸的氢化.双核的钯配合物Pd2Cl2(P2n2)发挥了最高活性.The interaction of Pd(CH_3CN)_2Cl_2 and one equivalent of o(diphenylphosphino)benzaldehyde in refluxing ethanol gives transPdCl_2{Ph_2P(O-C_6H_4CH(OC_2H_5)_2)}_2 (I) in moderate yield.Mononuclear palladium complex PdCl_2(P_2N_2) (Ⅱ) could be prepared on high yield via the interaction of Pd(CH_3CN)_2Cl_2 and one equivalent of N, N′-bis(O-(diphenylphosphino) benzylidene)ethylenediamine(P_2N_2 for short) in refluxing dichloromethane.If two equivalent of Pd(CH_3CN)_2Cl_2 is used, a new dinuclear palladium complex Pd_2Cl_2(P_2N_2) (Ⅲ) will be formed.Complexes IIII have been fully characterized by elementary analysis and spectroscopic methods.The structure of complex I has been established by an Xray diffraction study.The complexes IIII as catalyst for homogeneous hydrogenation of styrene and acrylic acid have been investigated and the results indicate the dinuclear complex III is more effective catalyst.国家自然科学基金;中国石油化学工业总公司石油化工科学院资

Complex RuCl2(P2N2H4) shows an excellent catalytic activity in hydrogen transfer hydrogenation of acetophenone ina molar ratio-of substrate/Ru/iso-PrOK 200:1:12, leading to 2-phenylethanol in 99% yield after 2 h, A hydrogen transfer mechanism is also discussed
Measurement of separate electron and positron spectra from 10 to 20 GeV with the geomagnetic field on DAMPE*
The cosmic-ray (CR) electrons and positrons in space are of considerable significance for studying the origin and propagation of CRs. The satellite-borne detector Dark Matter Particle Explorer (DAMPE) has been used to measure the separate electron and positron spectra, as well as the positron fraction. In this study, the Earth's magnetic field is used to distinguish CR electrons and positrons, as the DAMPE detector does not carry an onboard magnet. The energy for the measurements ranges from 10 to 20 GeV, which is currently limited at high energy by the zenith-pointing orientation of DAMPE. The results are consistent with previous measurements based on the magnetic spectrometer by AMS-02 and PAMELA, whereas the results of Fermi-LAT appear to be systematically shifted to larger values
Determination of the number of ψ(3686) events taken at BESIII
The number of ψ(3686) events collected by the BESIII detector during the 2021 run period is determined to be (2259.3±11.1)×106 by counting inclusive ψ(3686) hadronic events. The uncertainty is systematic and the statistical uncertainty is negligible. Meanwhile, the numbers of ψ(3686) events collected during the 2009 and 2012 run periods are updated to be (107.7±0.6)×106 and (345.4±2.6)×106, respectively. Both numbers are consistent with the previous measurements within one standard deviation. The total number of ψ(3686) events in the three data samples is (2712.4±14.3)×10^
