    Study on Electrocatalytic Oxidation of sec-Butyl Alcohol on Pt Electrode Modified with Adatoms

    运用电化学循环伏安和石英晶体微天平研究了HClO4溶液中仲丁醇在Pt电极及以Sb和S吸附原子修饰的Pt(Pt/Sbad和Pt/Sad)电极上的电催化氧化过程 .从电极表面质量变化可以看出 ,仲丁醇的氧化与电极表面的氧物种有着极其密切的关系 .Pt电极表面Sb吸附原子可在较低的电位下吸附氧 ,明显提高仲丁醇的氧化活性 .与Pt电极相比 ,Sb吸附原子修饰的Pt电极使仲丁醇氧化的峰电位负移约 10 0mV .相反 ,Pt电极表面S吸附原子的氧化会消耗表面氧物种 ,抑制仲丁醇的氧化 .从电极表面质量变化提供了吸附原子电催化作用的数据The processes of adsorption and oxidation of sec butyl alcohol on Pt electrode and Pt electrodes modified with Sb and S (Pt/Sb ad and Pt/S ad ) were studied by using cyclic voltammetry and electrochemical quartz crystal microbalance (EQCM). The results demonstrated that the oxidation of sec butyl alcohol depends strongly on oxidation states of electrode surface. Sb adatoms on Pt surface can adsorb oxygen at relatively low potentials, and exhibit catalytic effects for sec butyl alcohol oxidation. In comparison with the case of Pt electrode, the oxidation peak potential of sec butyl alcohol on Pt surface modified with Sb was negatively shifted about 100 mV. On the contrary, the oxidation of S adatoms consumes oxygen species on Pt electrode surface. As a consequence, the oxidation of sec butyl alcohol was inhibited by the presence of S ad .     化学模拟生物固氮——Ⅸ 铁钼辅基模型化合物的合成和性能表征

    本文曾在全国化学摸拟生物固氮协作组领导小组扩大会议(昆明,1980,8)上宣读。[中文文摘]采用乙二醇基阴离子作为活插头(可通过水解除去的双配位螯形配位体),对前文提出的合成方法作了重要改进,以期所合成的铁钼辅基模型化合物中Mo~(Ⅳ(Ⅲ))第一配位界内两个不稳定的配位体处于相邻的位置,如厦门模型Ⅲ(或厦门模型Ⅱ)所要求。合成和重组活性评价结果,重组活性比使用乙腈等为活插头的提高2个数量级,化学催化活性和选择性接近于天然FeMo-co水平。[英文文摘]A significant improvement has been made to the method previously proposed[3] for synthesizing FeMo-co modeling compounds. With the use of ethylene glycolate anion as labilizable blocking agent (hydrolyzable bidentatc chelating ligand)to protect two neighboring coordination sites in the first coordination sphere of MoIV(III) of the synthesized FeMo-co modeling compound, an increase in reconstituted-nitrogenase activity of 2 orders of magnitude of the sample synthesized (as compared with the use of acetoni-trile or other monodentare ligands as bloeking agents)has been obtained.Catalytic activity and selectivity assays as well as preliminary characterization by EPR method have also been made

    Ge/GeO/多层石墨纳米复合物锂离子电池负极材料性能研究

    由于其高容量、快速锂离子扩散速率和高电导性的优点,锗被认为是一种非常有前景的锂离子电池负极材料.本研究利用GeO2和石墨作为前驱体,通过水热法制备Ge/GeO/多层石墨复合物并将其应用于锂离子电池负极材料进行电化学性能研究.实验结果表明,Ge/GeO2纳米粒子的粒径约为40 nm.该复合物电极的第一次充放电容量分别是2045和1146 mA h g.1,库仑效率为56.0%.50圈充放电循环后,当电压范围为0.01.50 V时,容量保持在1008 mAhg.倍率实验表明,该电极在1C(1C=1000mAg)和2 C倍率大电流下,虽然容量略有衰减,但仍保持790和710 mAhg的高容量.教育部新世纪优秀人才计划(编号:NCET-13-0879);福建省闽江学者特聘教授计划;泉州市桐江学者特聘教授计划;福建省自然科学基金(编号:2016J01069)资助项目

    1 引言自从计算机科学与技术学科专业教育诞生之日起,学术界就开始了长期的、连续的教材创作工作,陆续推出了各式各样的教材。在中国,伴随着高等学校学科专业教育的兴起,采用翻译、编译、编写、编著、引进、创作等多种形式,大量专业教材不断地进入这个领域。众所周知,无论是国内还是国外,长期以来学科专业教材的建设确实为培养一大批专业人才做出了巨大的贡献。然而,当人类进入21世纪,高等教育面临着学科不断深化和社会深刻变化带来的各种挑战时,如果我们怀着创新的冲动和理性的心态,带着冷峻的目光和挑剔的眼神审视高等学校学科专业办学现状和过去业已出版的大量教材,期望冲破高等学校学科专业教育现有的模式,通向自由、As the framework of theoretical systems on education for computer science and technology in universities is advanced by the project 13-22 group, it will be feasible to make the extensive mode and experienced running a major way into the intensive mode and scientific one way for the education of computer science and technology.     System Toxicology Research of Tripterygium wilfordii Hook. f. on Female Rat Using LC-MS Based Urinary Metabolomics

    Tripterygium wilfordii Hook. f. has a long history of use in traditional Chinese herbal medicine. It is used for the treatment of arthritis, muscle injury, skin diseases, and other diseases. However, it is thought to be toxic or even fatal if taken to excess. Here, a metabolomics- based toxicology approach was used to elucidate the toxicity in SD female rats induced by tripterygiumon. Overnight 12 h urine samples were collected from rats exposed to three different doses and healthy controls at predose and at the 3rd, 5th, 9th, 14th, 19th and 26th day postdose. Urinary metabolic profiling was analyzed by principal component analysis (PCA) to find the differential metabolites and altered biological pathways which are in response of herbal toxin. The results showed that tripterygiumon caused a dose-dependent and time-dependent toxic and it perturbed metabolic regulatory network to disorder amino acid, purine and choline metabolism pathways. Metabolomics can be a systems approach to provide comprehensive information of drug induced toxicity.     光纤Bragg光栅在77K环境下的温度传感性能研究

    进行了从液氮温度(77 K)到室温(286 K)的光纤Bragg光栅(FBG)温度传感性能的实验研究。结果表明,FBG的温敏系数与温度相关。低于210 K,FBG的温敏系数变小,这将限制低温环境下FBG作为温度传感器的使用。通过在裸FBG外部涂敷热膨胀系数为61×10-6的丙烯酸脂材料,可以显著提高FBG的温敏系数和线性度。80 K时,有丙烯酸脂包层材料的FBG温敏系数为0.01526 nm/K,而同温度条件下裸FBG的温敏系数仅为0.00449 nm/K

    据固氮酶厦门模型Ⅱ合成的固氮酶铁钼辅基模拟物与缺陷型棕色固氮菌uw-45提取液重组后,在完全的酶促反应条件下,具有明显的生物催化活性,其还原乙炔为乙烯的转化数通常在3—6(分~(-1))之间,相当于天然铁钼辅基活性的1—2%左右;还原分子氮为氨的转化数在1.5—3(分~(-1))左右,可用普通微量氨扩散法和Nessler比色法检出。重组模拟物的乙炔转化数与氮转化数之比值符合于棕色固氮菌活性固氮酶相应的转化数之比。经柠檬酸盐处理后,以氯为外配位基的模拟物的重组活性可显著提高

    基于分块矩阵的报文传输路径查找算法

    为提高智能变电站通信网络的运维水平,文章提出了一种基于分块矩阵的报文传输路径查找算法。为了把智能变电站通信网络静态配置信息抽象为数学模型,建立了物理网络拓扑矩阵模型和逻辑网络拓扑矩阵模型,并构建了两者之间的映射关系,给出了报文路径查找算法的流程。针对矩阵法分析网络拓扑计算量大的问题,文章提出以分块矩阵技术为主,稀疏矩阵与对称矩阵技术辅助优化的算法。采用遗传算法将网络矩阵模型分为对应的多个子矩阵,采用稀疏矩阵和对称矩阵技术处理子矩阵。通过对实际智能变电站的网络分析,与邻接算法相比,此算法不仅可以查找报文的转发路径,而且计算速度快占用内存空间少
