    本课题研究目的是开发RENESAS公司的SH-2兼容微控制器、提出针对RISC微控制器的有效验证流程,并进行AC’97音频编解码的SOC应用方案研究。本文通过研究CPU设计方法并参考多种RISC流水线架构,设计出完全兼容SH-2的RISC微控制器,其特点是具备RISC形式指令集,16个32位通用寄存器,所有指令16位定长,基于5级流水线结构,一般指令可单周期完成。该RISC具有32位内外部总线结构,大大提高数据处理能力,具备一定的DSP功能。本文把算法转硬件方法和RISC设计相结合,把设计分为纯行为阶段,混合模式,纯结构设计三个阶段。在完成RISC设计后,本文进一步研究验证的基本理论与方法,并...The dissertation mainly focused on the development of the compatible RISC of RENESAS’ SH-2 and the efficient verification flow fit to RISC.     由于RISC具有流水线结构和指令多样性的特点,传统的Co Verification方法使RISC验证工作复杂而艰巨.在用PERL语言编写产生的随机测试机器码的基础上,利用Accellera组织提出的PSL/Sugar语言,结合Cadence公司的ABV验证工具,探讨了一种新颖的RTL级RISC模块的ABV验证模式.实验证明,该方法简单、快捷、可靠,能保证验证功能覆盖率达到100%,可以节省大量验证工作量,缩短SOC的开发周期,为加快芯片从设计到产品化的过程增加了一道安全的技术保障.Because the RISC has pipeline structure and various instructions,the traditional verification process Co-Verification is very complex and arduous.Based on the PSL/Sugar language and implemented by the ABV verification tool of Cadence,this article discussed a novel ABV verification method on RISC model.Here we used PERL programs to produce the binary random machine codes for RISC.The experimental result showed that the verification method was quite simple and powerful,and it can reach 100% function coverage and shorten the SOC developing period.It’s another important technical safeguard for the SOC before it’s design sign-off.福建省自然科学基金(F011009)资

    Analysis on a Frame Alignment Algorithm for Video Quality Assessment

    在全参考或者部分参考的视频质量评价算法中,由于视频序列在传输过程中总会存在丢帧、跳帧、停滞等现象,因此在视频质量评价之前进行的帧对齐处理是非常重要的步骤.提出了一种新的帧对齐算法,该方法在国际电信联盟(ITu)的ITu-T J.244和J.247的基础上,对源视频和劣化视频序列进行预处理和相关特征参数的提取,并采用类似滑动窗口的原理对二者进行相似度的运算,根据运算结果可判断是否达到帧对齐.结果表明,该方法可以明显甄别出视频序列相应帧的对齐情况,算法简单、实时性较好,具有一定的实用价值.In full or reduced reference video quality assessment algorithms,frame alignment is an important procedure before any video quality assessment can be performed due to the frame-loss,frame-jump,or frame-stuck during video sequence transmission.In this paper,a novel frame alignment algorithm is proposed,which is based on ITU J.244 and ITU J.247.This algorithm pre-processes the source video and degraded video sequence to extract the characteristic parameters.Then a sliding-window type algorithm is applied to calculate the similarity of the two sequences.The calculation result is used to judge the frame alignment.The algorithm proposed in this paper is simple and can be applied in real-time video process.广州京信基金项目(XDHT2010156A

    An Effective Deploying Strategy of Relay Nodes in Line-of-sight MIMO System

    视距环境下的MIMO系统无法获得空间自由度增益.为了在视距环境下充分发挥MIMO系统的性能,提出了一种次优的中继节点布置策略,能够在增加少量中继节点后获得较佳的系统性能.在该策略中,根据MIMO系统能提供的最大空间自由度确定中继节点的数量,并且根据收发天线阵列的波束主瓣方向确定各个中继节点的位置.仿真结果表明,在较高信噪比时,系统容量优于加入中继节点前,随着信噪声比增加,优势愈明显.并且中继节点位置出现偏差时,系统性能仅存在很小的波动.No spatial degree-of freedom gain is obtained for MIMO system in Line-of-Sight(LOS) environments.A suboptimal deploying strategy of relay nodes is developed to improve performance in LOS MIMO system,which require only a few relay nodes.In this strategy,the number of relay nodes is determined by the maximum number of spatial degree of freedom provided by MIMO system.And the location of relay nodes is determined by direction of main lobes of transmit and receive antennas.Simulation results indicate that,compared to LOS MIMO system,the system based the scheme obtains capacity gain in large SNR which become larger as SNR become larger.Moreover,system capacity only fluctuates a little when the positional deviation of relay nodes happens.国家重点基础研究发展规划项目(2007CB310608

    JUNO Sensitivity on Proton Decay pνˉK+p\to \bar\nu K^+ Searches

    The Jiangmen Underground Neutrino Observatory (JUNO) is a large liquid scintillator detector designed to explore many topics in fundamental physics. In this paper, the potential on searching for proton decay in pνˉK+p\to \bar\nu K^+ mode with JUNO is investigated.The kaon and its decay particles feature a clear three-fold coincidence signature that results in a high efficiency for identification. Moreover, the excellent energy resolution of JUNO permits to suppress the sizable background caused by other delayed signals. Based on these advantages, the detection efficiency for the proton decay via pνˉK+p\to \bar\nu K^+ is 36.9% with a background level of 0.2 events after 10 years of data taking. The estimated sensitivity based on 200 kton-years exposure is 9.6×10339.6 \times 10^{33} years, competitive with the current best limits on the proton lifetime in this channel
