楊桃細菌性斑點病之發生、品種抗病性及藥劑防治
[[abstract]]楊桃細菌性斑點病由Pseudomonas syringae 所引起,危害葉片、枝條及果實,病徵為紅褐色小斑點,直徑約3-4 mm,葉片上病斑具黃色暈圈,並造成葉片黃化、落葉、果實畸型及落果。在台灣,本病害於1 9 9 7 年11 月在苗栗縣卓蘭鎮首次被發現,經過全台灣主要楊桃產區調查結果,目前僅在苗栗縣卓蘭鎮、台中縣東勢鎮、石岡鄉、新社鄉、南投縣國姓鄉及彰化縣員林鎮等地發生。以噴霧無傷痍接種方式檢定1 9 種楊桃品種對該病害的抗感病性,發現所有供試品種皆可被感染,其中以馬來西亞種及二林軟枝種最為感病,罹病度在8 0 % 以上;而水晶種與大冇種較為抗病,罹病度在2 0 % 以下。室內測定2 8 種藥劑對細菌生長的抑制能力,其中8 5 % 鹼性氯氧化銅可濕性粉劑、6 8 . 8 % 多保鏈黴素可濕性粉劑、8 1 . 3 % 嘉賜銅可濕性粉劑、4 0 % 銅快得寧可濕性粉劑及7 3 % 鋅-波爾多可濕性粉劑,均具有良好之抑制效果。而田間藥效試驗結果也顯示,8 5 % 鹼性氯氧化銅可濕性粉劑3 0 0 倍稀釋液、6 8 . 8 % 多保鏈黴素可濕性粉劑1 0 0 0 倍稀釋液、4 - 4 式波爾多液、4 0 % 銅快得寧可濕性粉劑5 0 0 倍稀釋液及7 3 % 鋅-波爾多可濕性粉劑8 0 0 倍稀釋液皆可有效防治楊桃細菌性斑點病
Establish the pest management system of organic papaya and melon
本計畫以具外銷潛力的木瓜以及甜瓜為對象,整合相關專業領域人才及其研究成果,研擬建立一套有機栽培木瓜及甜瓜病蟲害管理之作業流程。試驗田分為有機栽培區、一般慣行栽培區及無防治處理之對照區,定期調查田間病蟲害發生種類及其嚴重程度,及時採取適當的防治措施,期能藉由生態平衡的耕作理念,充分利用各種栽培管理措施,營造樂活的環境、生產有機的農產品。
In this experiment, both great export potential fruits, papaya and melon, will be demonstrated that procedures of pest management in organic cultivation through an integration and flexible application of the relevant experts and their contributions. There are three treatments of pest management, the organic, conventional and blank control in both papaya and strawberry fields. The species and abundant of disease and arthropod pests will be regularly monitored during cultivation period. According to the monitored results the appropriate control inputs can be adjusted in time. These procedures are expected to offer a happy living environment, and produce organic agricultural products by the cultivation concept of ecological balance, and fine orchard management
