多维学术观与大学教师发展:理论与实践研究

Analysis and Thinking on the Current Situation of the Higher Education in the Eastern and Western Part in the Background of Massification

The Use of a Partnership Model in Teacher Education:towards a More Realistic Approach
介绍了挪威科技大学教师教育系和实习学校之间进行的合作教师教育模式,并探讨了这一模式能否实现“贴近现实的教师教育”这种理念。探讨了该模式是否给学生提供了名副其实的教学相长的机会,是否增加了学生与各个合作者交流的机会,从而使学习成为社会的、互动的过程。最后,审视了该模式是否给学生提供了提高反思能力的机会并促进了实习教师的专业发展。This paper presents a partnership model of teacher education between the Program for Teacher Education at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology(NTNU) and the schools.It discusses whether the model can help to further the principles for "realistic teacher education".In particular,this paper looks at the opportunities the model offers for giving students good and relevant teaching practice and for increasing interaction between the students and the various other participants in the partnership,thereby laying the foundation for learning as a social,interactive process.Finally,the paper examines the opportunities the model offers to developing the students' ability to reflect,thus achieving the professional development of the students

Teaching Quality Management within the University of Deusto:Based on the Project "Tuning Educational Structures in Europe" under Bologna Process
质量管理是高等教育大众化时代的一个国际性焦点问题,其重要性在博洛尼亚进程中得到充分体现。本文基于对博洛尼亚进程中欧洲教育结构调整计划的分析,对该计划主要主持单位之一的西班牙第斯托大学的内部教学质量管理进行研究,得出以下启示:(一)社会要创造具有先进制度文化的大环境;(二)大学要转变质量管理观念,重视从“计划“到“反馈“的全过程;(三)大学要将能力本位的课程设计作为内部教学质量管理的重要环节;(四)大学教师要树立基于能力本位的学生评价观,以促进学生综合能力的均衡发展。此外,高等教育质量管理无论是理念还是措施都要保持从宏观到中观、再到微观的一致性和衔接性。As a global issue in the era of mass higher education,quality management is one of the core goals of the Bologna Process.This paper analyses the internal teaching quality management implemented in the University of Deusto based on the project "Tuning Educational Structures in Europe" under Bologna Process.The findings are summarized as follows:1) Society should create a favorable environment for advanced institutional culture.2) University should adopt the new idea of quality management by focusing on the whole process of quality management from "plan" to "feedback".3) University should take competence -oriented curriculum designing as an important part of quality management.4) University teachers should change the traditional student evaluation model to a competence-based one so as to encourage students' commitment in allround development.In addition,quality management in higher education should be coherent and consistent at the micro,meso and macro-level in terms of both notion and practice.厦门大学高等教育发展研究中心教育部人文社会科学重点研究基地资助项目“中国与欧洲大学教师发展及高等教育质量保障比较研究”的阶段性成果(项目号:07JJD880237
