Ionic Liquids-Mediated Formation of 5-Hydroxymethylfurfural

Advances in production of 5-hydroxymethylfurfural from glucose
5-羟甲基糠醛(5-HMf)是一种重要的平台化合物,具有非常广泛的应用价值和市场前景。葡萄糖的选择性脱水是制备5-HMf的主要方法之一,也是碳水化合物降解研究中的重点和难点,现在已经受到了人们越来越广泛的重视。本文综述了近年来葡萄糖制备5-HMf的研究成果,着重介绍了5-HMf的形成机理以及制备5-HMf的催化体系与溶剂体系,并对葡萄糖制备5-HMf的研究前景进行了展望,以期为5-HMf的进一步研究提供思路和参考。5-Hydroxymethylfurfural(5-HMF)is a kind of important platform chemical compound and possesses wide application value and market prospect.Selective dehydration of glucose is one of main synthesis methods for 5-hydroxymethylfurfural and has attracted increasingly more attention.In this paper,the recent research achievements in the dehydration of glucose for preparation of 5-HMF are summarized,including formation mechanisms,catalyst systems and solvent systems,and the future research trends of 5-HMF from dehydration of glucose are prospected.国家973计划(2010CB732201);国家自然科学基金(50776035);中央高校基本业务费专项资金(2010121077)项
Content and Distribution Characteristics of Anti-oxidant Components from Salvia miliorrhiza Bge
借助超声波萃取法、以反相高效液相色谱 (RP -HPLC -DAD)为分析检测手段 ,研究了丹参 6种抗氧化成分的提取方法和分离定量条件 ,并对这些成分在全株丹参不同部位中的含量分布特征进行了探讨。结果表明 :常温下的超声波萃取可避免热解作用给丹参酮类化合物带来的损失 ,而辅助的加热处理可使原儿茶醛获得较高的提取率 ,两种操作方法简单可行。 6种化学成分在丹参不同部位及不同等级中的分布有较大差异。丹参酮类化合物主要分布在根部皮层 ,而叶子中丹参素的含量却较为丰富 ,可为丹参品质鉴定和质量标准研究及该资源的综合利用奠定理论基础。Extract method and determination parameters for 6 anti-oxidants from Salvia miliorrhiza Beg (Danshen) were reported by means of microwave oven and Reversed-Phase-High-Performance-Liquid-Chromatography (RP-HPLC). These components in different tissue of Danshen were also discussed. The results showed that the loss of tanshinones caused by heating depression could be avoided by means of microwave method at the room temperature, and a higher extraction yield was also obtained by heating. The two extraction methods were simple and easy to operate. The content of tanshinones and salvia acids varied with different tissue and grades. Conversion of Biomass to Novel Platform Chemical γ-Valerolactone by Selective Reduction of Levulinic Acid
生物质是唯一能替代化石资源转化得到液体燃料及化学品的可再生资源,近年来,催化转化生物质制备各种平台化合物的研究受到了人们越来越广泛的关注。和乙酰丙酸(lA)一样,γ-戊内酯(gVl)也被认为是一种具有广泛应用潜能的新型生物质基平台化合物。目前,人们已经开发出多种催化剂和反应体系用于催化生物质基lA选择性还原制备gVl。根据氢源的不同可将lA制备gVl的途径概括为4种:分别以分子H2、甲酸(fA)、合成气和醇类作为氢源的途径。本文着重从氢源的差异来归纳和总结生物质基lA选择性还原制备gVl的途径及其研究进展,以期为寻找一种高效、经济、环保的gVl合成途径提供一些思路和参考。Biomass is the only renewable resources on the earth that can be converted to liquid fuels and chemicals to replace fossil resources.Recently,the catalytic conversion of biomass to platform molecules has attracted more and more attentions from the researchers worldwide.γ-Valerolactone( GVL) is regarded as a platform molecule that has extensive application potential,similar to levulinic acid( LA).Up to now,various of catalysts and reaction systems were developed and applied to the selective reduction of biomass-derived LA to GVL,and the hydrogenation of LA can be driven by various hydrogen sources,including molecule H2,formic acid( FA),syngas and alcohols.In this review,the catalytic hydrogenation routes and recent research progress for the reduction of LA are systematically summarized in view of the diversity of hydrogen sources.The future research trends of the selective reduction of LA to GVL are suggested.国家重点基础研究发展计划(973)项目(No.2010CB732201); 国家自然科学基金项目(No.201106121); 中央高校基本业务费专项资金项目(No.2010121077); 厦门大学研究生基础创新基金(No.201212G006)资
Advances in Selective Hydrogenation of 5-Hydroxymethylfurfural into 2,5-Dimethylfuran
