    Effect of Exogenous NO on Germination in Cabbage under Salt Stress

    以硝普钠作为外源一氧化氮(nitric oxide,NO)供体,研究NO对盐胁迫下小白菜种子萌发的影响.结果表明:小白菜在5‰盐度下生长情况最好;较高盐度(15‰)下,种子萌发和生长受到明显抑制,30‰盐度完全抑制种子萌发.较低盐度海水可以作为植物生长的营养液,促进小白菜种子萌发;外加0.01 mmol/L SNP能够提高白菜种子的发芽率、发芽指数.In this paper,effect of NO on germination of Cabbage under salt stress produced by SNP was studied.The results show that cabbage under salinity of 5‰ grows better than other salinities including control treatment.The development of cabbage was inhibited under salinity of 15‰,seeds of cabbage under 30‰ salinity couldn′t germinate.Low salinity of seawater could be used as nutritious solution for plants growth.We found that low concentration of SNP could increase germination rates and index significantly when cabbages were treated with various concentrations of SNP.国家自然科学基金资助项目(30271065,39970438,39870630

    Iron and manganese oxides enhance electron output efficiency of Clostridium pasteurianum

    [Background] Fermentative dissimilatory metal-reducing bacteria, which are capable of reducing metallic oxides, get energy from fermentation. Little is known about how metallic oxides affect electron output efficiency of fermentative dissimilatory metal-reducing microorganisms. [Objective] This study was conducted to explore the influence of iron and manganese oxides (Fe_2O_3/MNO_2) on electron output efficiency. [Methods] Different concentrations of Fe_2O_3/MNO_2 were added into fermented system containing glucose and inoculated 5% C. pasteurianum. Electrochemical activity of C. pasteurianum was detected. The concentrations of Fe(Ⅱ) and Mn(Ⅱ) were measured by ferrozine spectrophotometry and formaldoxime method. Fermentation substrate and metabolites of C. pasteurianum were detected by gas chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography. Lastly, we calculated the electron output efficiency. [Results] The current density peaked with the value of about 0.93 mA/m~2. The concentrations of Fe(Ⅱ) and Mn(Ⅱ) gradually accumulated. The consumption of glucose was increased by 9.4%/7.7%, Meanwhile, acetate production was increased by 37.5%/25.0%, and butyrate production was increased by 22.7%/6.8%. Additionally, hydrogen production was increased by 21.6%/9.8%, and the total electron output efficiency was increased by 24.27%/10.82%, respectively. The pH values between experimental group and control are no significant difference. [Conclusion] This study shows that iron and manganese oxides can improve the electron output efficiency of C. pasteurianum by increasing glucose consumption and buffering pH value. The results provide evidence for revealing the effects of multivalent metal oxides on the electron output of fermentative dissimilatory metal-reducing bacteria, and further expand our understanding of the interaction mechanism between multivalent metal oxides and fermentative dissimilatory metal-reducing bacteria.</p

    月湖底泥疏浚后底栖动物群落的恢复及其与环境的关系

    研究对月湖底泥疏浚后底栖动物群落动态进行逐月的周年调查,并分析了底栖动物密度、生物多样性与环境因子的关系,结果表明:疏浚导致大型底栖动物基本消失,现存量从疏浚前的(4387±885)ind·m-2降低至(80±21)ind·m-2。疏浚后,寡毛类成为受干扰系统恢复过程中的先锋种类,在春季(4月)和秋冬之际(11月)出现2个密度高峰,分别为(1010±230)ind·m-2和(1538±408)ind·m-2,而摇蚊幼虫在疏浚一年后的秋冬季密度达到高峰(2021±612)ind·m-2,二者均基本恢复到疏浚前的密度水平。种类组成与疏浚前相似,优势种类数较疏浚前多,7月份以前,以霍甫水丝蚓占绝对优势,7月份以后以长足摇蚊占绝对优势。生物多样性在秋冬季恢复到疏浚前水平。寡毛类、摇蚊幼虫的密度、生物多样性与湖水溶氧、透明度呈显著正相关,与水体营养水平(TN、TP、有机碎屑)呈显著负相关(P<0.05)。分析认为疏浚后底栖动物群落的季节变化与动物的生命周期(繁殖和生长)密切相关,而营养水平不是限制动物种群密度分布的主要因子。从底栖动物群落的恢复情况来看,疏浚后的底质环境更有利于底栖动物群落的生存和底栖生态系统的重建

    Investigation of the High EFFiciency Luminescence of RE(Er)and Oxygen (O) Double Implanted GaAs and Si

    用光致发光谱(Pl)、傅里叶变换红外吸收话(fTIr)和X射线衍射谱(Xrd)等研究了稀土(Er)和氧(O)双离子注入gAAS和SI的发光特性和高效发光机理。Pl测量结果发现:(Er和O)双注入样品对比Er单注入样品的发光(Pl)强度(Er的1.54μM峰)显著增大,发光单色性等也有明显改善。测量并分析了该材料的fTIr和Xrd谱;对该材料的高效发光机制作了较深入地探讨和澄清。The RE(Er) and oxygen(O) double ion-implanted GaAs and Si are studied by using PL.FTIR and XRD.The PL measurement results show that the luminescent intensity (Er 1.54 μm peak) of (Er, O) double implanted samples is much stronger than that of single Er-implanted samples and the monochromaticity of luminescence is improved.The FTIR and XRD of the materials are measured and analyzed.The mechanism of the high eFFicienct luminescence of the materiaIs is investigated deeply.国家自然科学基金;南京大学团体微结构实验室资

    基于随机动力响应时程统计指标的结构损伤初步识别

    A simple non-destructive method to measure leaf area using digital camera and Photoshop software.

    Piecewise Matching Method of Transducer for Broadband Underwater Acoustic Transmitter System

    换能器与功率放大器之间的匹配网络设计是宽带大功率水声发射系统的关键技术之一。把水声换能器、功率放大器及其联系两者的匹配网络视为一整体,从系统的观点出发,提出了一种分频段匹配宽带水声换能器的处理方法。通过对水声换能器的导纳特性和发射电压响应的分析,合理地选择匹配网络参数。该方法能充分发挥换能器在不同频段中的特性,实现水声发射系统的宽频带工作。水池实验验证了该方案的有效性:在2--16 kHz带宽范围内,发射电压响应级起伏ΔTVr和发射声源级起伏ΔSl均得到改善,尤其在感兴趣的4--15 kHz的宽带范围内,功率因数得到显著改善,功放管耗明显降低,发射电压响应级起伏ΔTVr从21 db降到14 db,发射电压声源级起伏ΔSl从24 db降到7 db,但对功放的安全保护电路提出了更高的要求。Matching network design between the transducer and the power amplifier is one of the key techniques for the broadband,high power underwater acoustic transmitter system.Treating the transducer,the power amplifier and the matching network as one entirety,a new piecewise matching method was proposed.By analyzing the admittance characteristics and the transmitting voltage response of the transducer,the matching network parameters were chosen reasonably.With the goal of increasing transmitting bandwidth and improving power factor,the new piecewise matching method provides a good performance.The water-tank experiments show for the bandwidth of 2-16 kHz,both the fluctuation dynamic range of transmitting voltage response level ΔTVR and the transmitting source level ΔSL are well-controlled;especially for the interested bandwidth of 4-15 kHz,the power factor is increased and the power dissipation is reduced obviously,the fluctuation dynamic range of transmitting voltage response level ΔTVR decreases from 21 dB to 14 dB,the fluctuation dynamic range of the transmitting source level ΔSL decreases from 24 dB to 7 dB,however,the better protection circuit is required to the power amplifier of the system,which demonstrate the effectiveness of the system.国家自然科学基金资助项目(40776022);国家“863”计划专项课题(2006AA09Z108);教育部高等学校博士学科点专项科研基金(20090121110001
