    The contents and dynamics of different forms of phosphorus in shrimp culture area of Pantu, Tong'an Bay, Xiamen

    1996年5至1997年2月对厦门市同安湾潘涂垦区两口虾池及进水渠道不同形态磷的含量与动态进行了 调查。结果显示,虾池的颗粒磷(PP)含量明显高于邻近内湾,可溶性有机磷(DOP)含量略高于内湾,可溶性无 机磷酸盐(DIP)含量则明显比邻近内湾的低。虾池中的磷主要以PP形态存在(78.25%),DOP、DIP含 量较少(l.82%和6.93%);垦区内湾则是以PP和DIP为主(44.49%和46,39%),DOP所占比例最小 (9.12%)。虾池与垦区内湾不同形态磷的季节变化也存在一定差异。From May 1996 to Feb. 1997, the contents and dynamics of different forms of phosphorus in two shrimp ponds and the inflow channel in Pantu cultivation area in Tong' an Bay, Xiamen were surveyed. The results showed that the content of particle phosphorus (PP) in shrimp ponds was significantly higher than that in the neighboring bay, while the content of dissolved organic phosphorus (DOP) in shrimp ponds was slightly higher, and the content of dissolved inorganic phosphorus (DIP) was evidently lower than that in the neighboring bay. PP was the main existing form of phosphorus in shrimp ponds (78 ..25 %), the contents of DOP and DIP were lower (14.82% and 6.93%, respectively), while in the neighboring bay phosphorus exists mostly in the forms of PP and DIP (44.49% and 46.39%, respectively), and DOP only constitutes 9.12%.     Successive modification of polydentate complexes gives access to planar carbon-and nitrogen-based ligands

    以碳和氮为键合原子的多齿螯合物是配合物家族中非常重要的一类。具有更高齿数的平面构型NC螯合物实例相对较少,代表性的例子为四齿金属碳卟啉类化合物,这类螯合物以其独特的结构和丰富的物理化学性质引起广泛关注。然而平面五齿、六齿的NC螯合物由于几何构型“拥挤”导致合成难度高,该工作从含三元环内金属卡宾结构的CCCC型碳龙配合物出发,利用经典有机反应(炔烃对金属卡宾的插入反应),成功地实现了CCCCN/NCCCN型平面五齿螯合物的合成。这一研究为高配位型螯合物的合成提供了新思路并为平面五齿螯合物家族添加新成员。特别是,这些高配位型螯合物在可见光和近红外区域均有较好的吸收,表现出良好的光声成像、光热转换及声动力学性能。 该研究工作在张弘教授指导下完成,第一作者为iChEM博士后周小茜。该工作充分体现了多学科协同研究优势:相关化合物的合成、表征及理论计算工作由周小茜博士完成;声动力学性能研究由厦门大学公共卫生学院庞鑫博士及刘刚教授完成;光声成像研究由厦门大学公共卫生学院聂立铭教授完成。iChEM fellow卓庆德博士、博士生卓凯玥、陈志昕参与了部分实验工作。夏海平教授、香港科技大学林振阳教授和南京大学朱从青教授对研究工作给予了大力支持。【Abstract】Polydentate complexes containing combinations of nitrogen and carbon (N and C) ligating atoms are among the most fundamental and ubiquitous molecules in coordination chemistry, yet the formation of such complexes with planar high-coordinate N/C sites remains challenging. Herein, we demonstrate an efficient route to access related complexes with tetradentate CCCN and pentadentate CCCCN and NCCCN cores by successive modification of the coordinating atoms in complexes with a CCCC core. Combined experimental and computational studies reveal that the rich reactivity of metal-carbon bonds and the inherent aromaticity of the metallacyclic skeletons play key roles in these transformations. This strategy addresses the paucity of synthetic approaches to mixed N/C planar pentadentate chelating species and provides valuable insights into the synthesis of carbon-based high-coordinate complexes.     高焓条件气动力测量试验对高超声速飞行器气动外形设计和优化起决定性作用.通常采用脉冲风洞(如激波风洞)产生高温、高压驱动气体以模拟高超声速高焓试验气流.在脉冲风洞对高超飞行器模型进行测力试验时,测力天平输出信号结果无法摆脱惯性载荷的干扰影响,其导致的测力模型低频振动问题基本无法通过滤波彻底解决,尤其对试验时间只有几毫秒的情况,六分量测力天平的结构设计研究受到了极大挑战.因此,对实现短试验时间条件高性能测力的深入研究发现,天平动态校准凸显重要性和必要性.本研究提出一种新的基于人工智能深度学习技术的单矢量动态自校准方法和智能测力系统概念,并应用于目前激波风洞测力试验中.该动校方法的最主要特点之一是对整体测力系统的校准,而非仅仅针对天平,并且保证校准的测力系统即为风洞试验对象,确保校准与应用的一致性.在测试评估中,测试样本和风洞试验验证均得到了较为理想的效果,大幅度低频振动干扰基本被消除,脉冲风洞测力的精度和可靠性得到了大幅提高

    A study on water quality in Penaeus monodom culture area from Pantu,Xiamen

    1 996年 5月~ 1 997年 2月对厦门市同安湾潘涂垦区两口虾池及进水渠道的Chla、COD和DIN、DIP等生态因子进行调查 .结果显示虾池内DIN、DIP含量低于邻近内湾 ,Chla和COD高于邻近内湾 ,池内各生态因子处于相对稳定的平衡状态 ,而邻近内湾则呈现较严重的富营养化现象 .本文讨论对虾病害与横向感染的相互关系以及台风期间虾池水质管理的应急措施 .From May 1996 to February 1997,some ecological parameters of two shrimp ponds and inflow channel were surveyed in Pantu cultivation area in Xiamen. The results showed the nutrient contents(DIN?DIP) were lower than that in neighboring bay,while the Chl a content and COD value were higher than that in neighboring bay. Every ecological parameter in shrimp ponds was in relatively stable balance state, but very serious eutrophication phenomena existed in neighboring bay. This paper discussed the relationship between shrimp disease and cross infection, as well as the emergency measures to management of water quality in shrimp ponds during typhoon
