    Degradation of Arsenic in Wastewater of Wet-process Phosphoric Acid

    采用物理吸附、光催化及化学絮凝三种方法对宜昌一化工有限公司湿法制磷酸中含AS废水(砷含量为13.56Mg/l)进行了消减研究,三种方法中:物理吸附法活性炭的饱和吸附含量是1.0 g/50Ml,此时废水84.4%的AS被吸附除去,黏土的吸附试验中未发现吸附饱和现象;化学氧化法中,fEnTOn试剂最佳浓度比为[H2O2]∶[fE3+]=200∶1,此时可以将82.2%的AS3+氧化为低毒的AS5+;化学絮凝法中,絮凝剂-96、絮凝剂-98及硅藻土三种絮凝剂作用的最佳PH分别为12.6、12.6、11.8,絮凝剂的最佳用量分别为10、9、13.0 Mg/Ml对废水中AS3+转化率分别为65.7%、73.2%、76.3%.设计了含AS废水处理装置,经处理后废水中AS的含量达到国家工业废水排放标准.Physical absorption,photocatalysis and chemical flocculation methods were used to investigate the degradation of arsenic(about 13.56 mg / L) in wastewater of wet-process phosphoric acid from a Chemical Co.,Ltd in Yichang,China.The results showed that the absorption capacity of activated carbon was 1g /50 mL and 84.4% arsenic could be absorbed efficiently,while the clay could not reach the saturated adsorption in the physical absorption.As3 +was oxidized to lower poisonous As5 +by Fenton reagent and the removal rate reached 82.2% at the optimum parameter [H2O2]∶ [Fe3 +]=200∶ 1 using the photocatalysis method.As to the method of chemical flocculation,the optimum conditions of flocculant-96,flocculant-98,flocculant-diatomite were as follows:the optimum pH was 12.6,12.6,11.8,the optimum quantity of flocculant was 10,9,13 mg / mL and the removal rate of As3 +was 65.7%,73.2%,76.3%,respectively.At last,an experimental device was designed to degradate arsenic in wastewater from Wet-process phosphoric acid and the concentration of As3 +in the treated wastewater could meet the state standard for discharging of industry wastewater.国家自然科学基金项目(21177072;21207079

    Establishment of MDCK cell lines which stably express visualable human neonatal Fc receptor

    [目的]建立稳定表达融合EGFP的人新生儿Fc受体(h FcRn)的MDCK细胞株。[方法]构建重组慢病毒质粒p EGFP-h FcRn,采用四质粒包装系统共转染HEK 293T细胞生产重组慢病毒,感染MDCK细胞后对EGFP阳性细胞进行流式单细胞分选;通过Western Blot及EGFP-β2m荧光共定位验证h FcRn的完整性,并用流式细胞仪检测h FcRn与人Ig G的结合活性。[结果]测序结果表明成功构建p EGFP-FcRn慢病毒表达载体;感染后EGFP阳性MDCK细胞比例约为26.5%,流式单细胞分选后得到纯阳性细胞;荧光共定位及Western Blot均检测到h FcRn的完整表达;流式分析表明细胞株上的h FcRn与Ig G存在p H依赖性结合。[结论]成功获得稳定表达具有生物活性的可视化h FcRn的MDCK细胞株。[ Objective] To establish MDCK cell line stably expressing EGFP- human neonatal Fc receptor(hFcRn) fusion protein. [ Methods ] The lentiviral expression vector for EGFP - hFcRn fusion protein was constructed. Generating by co - transfection of four -plasmids into HEK 293T cells ,the lentivirus particles were used to infect MDCK cell line. EGFP positive single cell was obtained by FACS, and then FcRn expression was identified by fluorescence co -location with EGFP - β2m and confirmed by Western Blot. Flow cytometry was used to detect binding activity of hFcRn and human IgG. [ Results ] DNA se- quencing demonstrated that the lentivirus vector pEGFP - FcRn was constructed successfully. The percentage of EGFP - posi- tive ceils was about 26.5% after infection. Expression of the complete protein was detected through fluorescence co - location and Western Blot, respectively. Flow cytometry analysis showed that the cell lines could pH - dependently capture human IgG.     Energy Efficiency Evaluation of Frozen Food Production Factories

    At present, food production factories in our country evaluate energy consumption level by using energy consumption per unit production or energy consumption fees. However, these indices do not reflect the influence of the using level, business level, and the quality level on the enterprise energy efficiency. In this study, energy consumption situation of some food production factories at home and abroad were compared, and the problems caused by the current energy consumption evaluation indices were analyzed. A new energy efficiency evaluation index which can reflect using level, business level, and the quality level was proposed. Then the evaluation of energy efficiency for six representative domestic food production factories was performed with the present index. The result shows that energy efficiency difference among factories is obvious

    高岭土中铁的赋存状态和含量影响其白度和增白效果,因此快速准确地测定高岭土中不同种类的铁含量具有实际应用意义。高岭土中自由铁和结构铁定量分析困难,为此本文将高岭土中的铁分为可溶铁和非可溶铁两类。高岭土经盐酸酸溶处理后溶液中的铁含量为可溶铁含量,经氢氧化钠碱熔处理后溶液中的铁含量为总铁含量,非可溶铁含量由总铁含量减去可溶铁含量计算得出。采用邻菲啰啉光度法测定溶液中的铁含量,该方法的相对标准偏差小于5%,加样回收率范围在95%~105%,最低检测含量为1.06μg/g。高岭土中的其他元素对铁的测定均没有干扰。所测得的可溶铁为大部分自由铁和少数结构铁。通过对高岭土中的可溶铁进行定量分析,可得知漂白工艺中可除去的最大铁含量

    分子对接预测H5亚型禽流感病毒的广谱中和表位

    H5N1禽流感病毒已经在亚洲、欧洲和非洲广泛传播,造成了巨大损失.最近我们鉴定出一株对多种来源的H5N1代表株均有良好中和活性的、识别H5亚型血凝素(hemagglutinin,HA)的广谱单克隆抗体8H5,它对寻找克服禽流感高变性的广谱治疗性抗体、疫苗和药物具有重要价值.本研究应用分子模拟技术,采用"典范结构"方法对8H5抗体Fab片段进行结构模建,并通过能量分析、SAS值分析、"拉曼强传图"检验、profile-3D分析等理论验证,获得较为合理的8H5Fab的三维空间结构.8H5Fab与3种HA蛋白晶体结构的分子对接结果表明,8H5抗体与HA蛋白的作用模式与HA宿主来源无关,但与HA结构的亚型相似性相关.综合抗原同源比对结果,推测8H5抗体识别的广谱中和表位是由HA上的Asp68,Asn72,Glu112,Lys113,Ile114,Pro118,Ser120,Tyr137,Tyr252不连续氨基酸残基组成的构象表位.这一模型将为H5亚型禽流感病毒广谱疫苗和治疗性药物的分子设计提供依据
