On C-E Translation of Tourist Materials from the Perspective of Functionalist Theory
本论文从德国功能翻译理论视角对中文旅游资料的英译进行了探讨。众所周知,随着中国旅游业的飞速发展,其宣传已远远置后,特别是在海外市场的宣传方面。通过分析,笔者认为中文旅游资料英译中的常见问题可分为两大类:语言错误及文化误解。这一现象阻碍了中国成为世界旅游业发展的领先国家,也进一步突出了中文旅游资料英译的紧迫性,必要性与重要性。因此,要求译者不仅掌握语言知识,还应具有跨文化意识。根据功能翻译理论,本文对中英旅游资料进行比较与分析,介绍了中英旅游资料的各自特点,阐述其差异根源。中英语言与文化的巨大差异是其根本原因。同时,作为特殊文本,信息功能与吸引功能是旅游资料的两大显著功能。因此,即便中英旅游资料...The present study adopts the functionalist theory of translation as its theoretical basis to translation of Chinese tourist materials into English. The Optical Design and Simulation of Modular LED Freeform Reflector Dipped Headlight
本文从汽车用前照灯国标gb25991—2010出发,在已知光源属性的前提下,利用rEfCAd设计了适用于高亮度白光lEd的自由曲面反射器,将多套反射系统组合成汽车前照灯,并通过TrACEPrO仿真模拟,分析各测试点、区域的照度值,其设计结果能较好地符合国标对近光的要求。该方法能更充分发挥lEd的优点,提高了光能利用率,且大大优化和节省了设计空间。In this paper,a kind of car Head lamp integrating freeform reflectors for bright white LED is presented.Complying with the National Standard GB25991—2010 and considering light source properties known,at first,the freeform reflector is designed with RefCAD,and then several reflector models are integrated into a car head lamp model.The illumination values of the test points and regions are simulated with Tracepro.The simulation results show that it meets the requirement of low beam-GB.This design takes the advantage of LED,increases the utilization of optical energy,and greatly optimizes and saves the design space.福建省重大科技项目资助(2006H0092
Establishment of MDCK cell lines which stably express visualable human neonatal Fc receptor
[目的]建立稳定表达融合EGFP的人新生儿Fc受体(h FcRn)的MDCK细胞株。[方法]构建重组慢病毒质粒p EGFP-h FcRn,采用四质粒包装系统共转染HEK 293T细胞生产重组慢病毒,感染MDCK细胞后对EGFP阳性细胞进行流式单细胞分选;通过Western Blot及EGFP-β2m荧光共定位验证h FcRn的完整性,并用流式细胞仪检测h FcRn与人Ig G的结合活性。[结果]测序结果表明成功构建p EGFP-FcRn慢病毒表达载体;感染后EGFP阳性MDCK细胞比例约为26.5%,流式单细胞分选后得到纯阳性细胞;荧光共定位及Western Blot均检测到h FcRn的完整表达;流式分析表明细胞株上的h FcRn与Ig G存在p H依赖性结合。[结论]成功获得稳定表达具有生物活性的可视化h FcRn的MDCK细胞株。[ Objective] To establish MDCK cell line stably expressing EGFP- human neonatal Fc receptor(hFcRn) fusion protein. [ Methods ] The lentiviral expression vector for EGFP - hFcRn fusion protein was constructed. Generating by co - transfection of four -plasmids into HEK 293T cells ,the lentivirus particles were used to infect MDCK cell line. EGFP positive single cell was obtained by FACS, and then FcRn expression was identified by fluorescence co -location with EGFP - β2m and confirmed by Western Blot. Flow cytometry was used to detect binding activity of hFcRn and human IgG. [ Results ] DNA se- quencing demonstrated that the lentivirus vector pEGFP - FcRn was constructed successfully. The percentage of EGFP - posi- tive ceils was about 26.5% after infection. Expression of the complete protein was detected through fluorescence co - location and Western Blot, respectively. Flow cytometry analysis showed that the cell lines could pH - dependently capture human IgG. Light Distribution Design of Automobile Freeform Headlamp Reflector
随着现代汽车车灯设计的发展,传统的车灯配光镜由于其设计繁琐,光能利用率较低,且影响汽车美观等缺点,现已逐渐被自由曲面的车灯产品所替代。从汽车前照近光灯国标gb4599-2007出发,在已知光源属性的前提下,利用rEfCAd和lIgHTTOOlS设计了一款适用于H7卤素灯的自由曲面反射器,经过对各测试点、区域的照度值的分析,较好地符合了gb4599-2007对近光的要求。该方法能够大大缩短车灯设计周期,为未来大功率lEd用于车灯设计提供参考。With the development of the modern automotive headlight,the traditional lens headlamp is now gradually being eliminated,because the design is complicated,inefficiency and the impact of the automotive ap pearance.The freeform reflector becomes the predominant designation.Based on the GB4599-2007 regulation,on this premise of getting the light source properties,a freeform reflector for H7 halogen is designed using RefCAD and LightTools.After analysis of the illumination values for each test point and region,the results show that the illu mination distributions meet requirements of GB4599-2007 regulation for dipped headlight.The method can greatly shorten the headlight design cycle and provide a reference for powerful LED used in headlamp design.福建省重大科技项目(2006H0092
Optimization of LED Array Mode
作为新一代照明光源lEd照明技术已经有了长足的发展,但单颗lEd并不能满足正常的照明需求,想达到所要的照明效果通常采用多个lEd组合。lEd组合有各种形式,利用TrACEPrO对4种lEd平面阵列形式,即:3x3方形阵列、3-6同心圆阵列、阿基米德螺线阵列以及1-8圆形阵列进行了详细的光学分析。在满足照明要求的条件下,通过对比找到一种最优化的设计,发现1-8圆形阵列效果最好,所占面积最小,从而可以减少材料的浪费,进一步提高lEd照明的性价比,为lEd照明的普及提供设计上的借鉴。The lighting technique of LED has experienced substantial progress.However,a single LED cannot meet the demand for the normal lighting.LED combination is usually adopted to achieve the desired lighting effects.The forms of LED combination are varied.A detailed optical analysis on four forms of LED planar array is taken by using Tracepro,which are 3×3 square array,3-6 concentric array,Archimedean spiral array and 1-8 circular array.By the comparison,which find that 1-8 circular array is the best optimal design to reduce the waste of material and further improve the cost performance of LED lighting under the conditions of meeting the lighting requirements.A ref erence can be provided for the popularity of LED lighting.福建省重大科技项目(2006H0092
