Zheng Xiaoxu\u27s Political Ideal and the Intellectual Background

Zheng Xiaoxu (1860-1938), who is an active politician in the end of Qing Period, is full of controversy because of his participating in the establishment of Manchukuo and assuming the post of the first Prime Minister in his late years.
