    Analysis of Risk Factors of Nosocomial Infection in Patients With Cirrhosis and Nursing Countermeasures of Traditional Chinese Medicine

    目的探究肝硬化患者产生医院感染的危险因素,并采用中医预防及护理对策,为临床防控医院感染提供参考。方法收集2014年10月1日—2016年10月31日住院治疗的176例肝硬化患者资料,回顾性分析医院感染产生的危险因素,并总结中医预防及护理对策。结果176例肝硬化患者中有5例发生医院感染,其感染率是2.84%,感染部位主要有三种,即肺部感染、胃肠道及腹腔感染,其中,居于感染部位首位的是肺部感染3例(60%),其次为肠道感染1例(20%)和腹腔感染1例(20%)。5例感染病例均采样送细菌培养,检出4株病原菌,分别为2株的肺炎克雷伯菌(50%),1株的大肠埃希菌(25%),1株金黄色葡萄球菌(25%)。年龄≥55岁,住院时间≥30 d、侵入性操作、预防用药、肝功能评级高、合并肝炎是肝硬化患者发生医院感染的危险因素。结论针对肝硬化患者发生医院感染的危险因素,采取相应的中医预防及护理,增强身体免疫能力,可提高肝硬化患者生活质量,促进疾病恢复。Objective To explore the risk factors of nosocomial infection in patients with cirrhosis, and to take preventive and nursing measures toprovide reference for the clinical prevention and control of nosocomial infection. Methods The data of 176 hospitalized patients with cirrhosis from October 1, 2014 to October 31, 2016 were collected. The risk factors of nosocomial infection were analyzed retrospectively, and the countermeasures of prevention and nursing were also summarized. Results There were 5 cases of nosocomial infection occurred in 176 cases of cirrhosis patients, the infection rate was 2.84%, the main infection sites had three kinds, namely, pulmonary infection, gastrointestinal and abdominal infection. Among them, the first place of infection was pulmonary infection(3 cases,60%), followed by intestinal infection(1 case,20%) and abdominal cavity infection(1 case,20%). 5 cases of infection were sampled for bacterial culture. 4 strains of pathogenic bacteria were detected, including2 strains of Klebsiella pneumoniae(50%), 1 strain of Escherichia coli(25%), and 1 strain of Staphylococcus aureus(25%). 55 years of age or older, more than 30 days hospitalization, invasive operation, prophylactic antibiotics use, the liver function rating was high, complicated hepatitis,were the risk factors for nosocomial infection in patients with cirrhosis.Conclusion According to the risk factors of nosocomial infection in patients with cirrhosis, we should take corresponding prevention and care of the traditional Chinese medicine to enhance the ability of body immunity,improve the quality of life of patients with cirrhosis, and promote the recovery of disease

    为了获得更好的材料性能,需要对热处理工艺参数进行精确地优化。非线性超声无损检测技术是一种可以有效表征材料微观结构状态变化的评估方法,可以用来评估、优化热处理工艺参数。利用非线性超声波对热处理后的X-750合金材料进行评估,根据超声传播的非线性响应不同,对材料的性能变化做出判断,并与线性超声检测技术的评估结果进行了对比研究。研究发现经过热处理之后,材料性能显著提高,在其中传播的超声非线性响应则明显下降。材料经过热处理后性能提升越大,其声学非线性响应就会变得越小。根据超声波传播的非线性响应定性评估了3种不同的热处理工艺,明确了最优的镍基高温合金X-750退火工艺参数。研究证实了非线性超声方法的敏感度优于传统的线性超声评估方法,可以对材料的热处理效果进行无损评估,从而对热处理工艺参数进行优化与完善。It is necessary to optimize heat treatment process parameter to achieve better material properties of metallic materials.Nonlinear ultrasonic nondestructive evaluation technology is an effective approach to characterize the material's microstructural change,which can be used to evaluate and optimize heat treatment process by nonlinear ultrasonic waves.Nonlinear ultrasonic method is used to evaluate the heat treated X-750 alloy material.Material properties of specimens after heat treatments are evaluated and predicted by the acoustic nonlinear responses of ultrasonic wave propagation.Conventional linear ultrasonic approaches are also used to make comparisons.It is found that the material properties are significantly improved after heat treatment,and better material properties correspond to less nonlinear response of ultrasound propagation.The qualitative evaluation of three different heat treatment processes for X-750 alloy is provided by ultrasonic nonlinear response in the specimens and shows the optimal heat treatment process for this materials.It can be concluded that the nonlinear acoustic technique can be used to evaluate the heat treatment condition nondestructively and to optimize the process with the improved sensitivity compared with conventional linear ultrasonic approach.国家自然科学基金(51405405); 中央高校基本科研业务费专项资金(20720140511)~

    以‘黑比诺’自嫁苗和山葡萄为砧木的嫁接苗为试材,在自然低温胁迫和干旱胁迫条件下,对接穗叶片相对含水量、相对电导率、丙二醛含量、可溶性蛋白和可溶性糖等指标进行了对比。结果表明,干旱胁迫下,与自接苗相比,嫁接苗的叶片相对电导率降低,相对含水量和丙二醛升高;在低温胁迫下,山葡萄嫁接苗的相对电导率降低,丙二醛、可溶性总糖和可溶性蛋白含量均升高。试验初步证明以山葡萄为砧木可提高‘黑比诺’的耐旱性和耐寒性

    [[abstract]]災難後的救援一直為世界各國所重視的議題,特別是要在極短時間內快速進行的救援工作,影響受難人員生存的關鍵,以及救難人員的風險。 主要目的是建立災難救援型機器人,其中所需要的移動設計概念與相關控制技術,期望可早日結合日益成熟且多樣化的技術,同時兼顧偵查、感測等功能。 本次的研究作品,設計上以單模組機器人為核心,運用運動模擬架構為出發點,再透過模組間的組成,達到各式理想運行的機器人,接著利用程式撰寫及編譯,使能夠控制模組移動的正常流暢,且透過程式的改變,轉彎能達到我們理想的旋轉方向,及旋轉至特定角度的需求,完成設計出單一模組,就能透過重組的思想,加以複製,就能組裝成許多形狀,完成理想指定的動作目標。 搜救型機器人的研發,在災難發生後的第一時間內,在危險和複雜的災難環境下,快速且自動的進行受難人員的偵查搜救,降低救難人員的危險,提高受難人員的生存機率
