Extraction Process For Potassium SulFate Production

研究了反应萃取制备硫酸钾的过程.结果表明，三辛胺-异戊醇混合萃取剂对盐酸有良好的萃取性能，一级萃取时反应在常温下的单程转化率为88.64%，产品硫酸钾中含氯量为0.18%，达到国标优等品标准.A new method of manuFacturing potassium sulFate by solvent extraction has been studied.The result indicates that isopentol is more selective in extracting hydrochloric acid.At room temperature, when trioctylamine (0.5 mol/L) isopentol is used as mixed extracting agent, the conversion per pass can be up to 88.64%, and the purity of potassium sulFate is very high, impurity of chloride is as low as 0.18%, which coincides with the National Standards.福建省自然科学基
