アクセシビリティを具現化した図書館利用教育：現状と課題（１）

図書館は「読む自由」を保証するため、すべての人に電子資料を含む図書館資料を提供する義務がある。図書館は今や、その電子資料を作る主体でもある。ICT の発達により「読書権」を保証する機会は拡大したが、その利用方法もアクセシビリティに配慮する必要がある。公立図書館の利用教育において、児童や障害者へのサービスは古くから取り組まれているが、重複障害者や高齢者への取り組みは緒に就いたばかりである。そのような現状において、公立図書館での利用教育の課題を分析し、インターネットによる図書館利用教育を中心として、あるべき方向を論ずる

【茶道】関連分野（茶人，茶書，茶道具，茶室等）の人名について、【国立国会図書館デジタルコレクション】1）（略称「国会デジコレ」）を主としたデジタル典拠の発見方法を示し、デジタル典拠を系統化し、解説する。〔流派〕や【事項】の系統を論ずることで【日本美術シソーラスデータベース】（以下、データベースは「ＤＢ」と略す）2）のデジタル典拠化の基となることを目指す。しかし、紙面の都合上、〔流派〕・〔人名〕と関連する【典拠】のみについて記す。【茶道具】、【茶室】等に関連する人名は、【ResearchGate】3）に本稿のデジタルデータに加えて更新記事をメンテナンスする。I show and explain the method of discovering the digital authority, mainly for the “Japanese tea ceremony” related field from “Nationa1 Diet Library Digital Collection”. Discuss the genealogy of the Japanese tea ceremony in order to revise the “Japanese Art Thesaurus Database” under construction. There are restrictions on the page, only people are discussed.
