    以机器人制造数字化车间的制造单元为基础,通过故障树方法对危险进行分析,识别制造单元的危险源和危险事件,并结合RPN(风险优先数分析)方法对各单元风险进行定量评估,得出各单元风险的危害性。在安全评估的基础上,针对所识别的各制造单元风险,结合风险降低要求给出相应的风险降低措施。最后,以装配单元的装配机器人为例进行安全评估,结合RPN方法对机器人伤人的风险进行定量计算,并结合风险控制要求,通过增加安全光栅系统来降低人员受伤害的风险,结果表明安全光栅系统能够很好的对风险进行管控,验证了基于RPN的安全评估方法的可行性和可操作性。</p
