    近年来,国家股上市成为一个热点问题.讨论的焦点不是如何上市,而是是否上市.可见,国家股上市首先是一个观念问题,然后才是一个操作问题.有鉴于此,我们谈几点看法.一、国家股、法人股、个人股都不是稳定的股份形态和独立的股种,只是股票由于其持有者的社会身份而获得的名称.作为一种稳定的股份形态,必须符合这一条件:其名称不必随时间、地点和持有主体的改变而改变.例如,普通股,不论在什么时候,什么场合、不论在谁的手中,都可以称为普通股;优先股、记名股、不记名股也都如此.而国家股,即国家所持有股份,只有在国家的手中,才可以称为国家股;一旦被出售,流入法人或个人手中,就应当相应地称为法人股或个人股;反过来,法人股和个人股,即法人和个人所持有的股份,一旦为国家所收购,也必须更为国家股.可见,国家股、法人股、个人股都不是稳定的股份形态.其根本原因在于,“国家”、“法人”、“个人”是股东的社会身份(这些身份的取得并不依赖于股份公司,故称“社会身份”),而不是股票内在的属性.正因为如此,国家股、法人股、个人股之间谈不上种类差异,只能体现出股东在社会身份方面有所不同

    Determination of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs) in tea using solid phase microextraction coupled gas chromatography mass spectrometry

    本文优化了萃取条件,建立了顶空-固相微萃取(HS-SPME)、气相色谱-质谱测定茶叶中4种多环芳烃的方法.茶叶中多环芳烃含量和对应的信号强度在0.3~150mg kg~(-1)范围内呈良好的线性关系,检出限为0.1~0.2mg kg~(-1),回收率在72.6%~102.4%之间;茶汤中含量和对应的信号强度在0.01~10mg kg~(-1)范围内呈良好的线性关系,检出限为0.005~0.01mg kg~(-1),回收率为76.4%~103.6%.In this study, GC-MS coupled head-space solid-phase microextraction(HS-SPME) was applied to detect 4 kinds of PAHs in tea and in tea infusion. After the optimization of the experimental consideration, the linear ranges for the PAH4 signal intensity and their concentrations are found to be 0.3–150 and 0.01–10 mg kg~(-1). The detection limit is 0.1–0.2 and 0.005–0.01 mg kg~(-1), with recovery of 72.6%–102.4% and 76.4%–103.6%, respectively

    Inhibitory effect of anti-human NRP-1 monoclonal antibody on hepatocellular carcinoma cell line HepG2 and its mechanism in vitro

    目的研究抗人神经纤毛蛋白-1(Neuropilin1,NRP-1)单克隆抗体对肝癌Hep G2细胞的生长抑制作用及其机制。方法小鼠腹水法制备抗NRP-1单克隆抗体(NRP-1 m Ab)并用r Protein A亲和柱纯化抗体,间接ELISA检测抗体的滴度水平。Western blot检测NRP-1 m Ab对Hep G2细胞的特异性,细胞免疫荧光和流式细胞术检测NRP-1蛋白在肝癌细胞株Hep G2上的表达,MTT法检测NRP-1 m Ab对Hep G2的生长抑制作用,Western blot检测ERK1/2、P-ERK1/2、Akt、P-Akt蛋白的表达水平。结果 SDS-PAGE和间接ELISA检测纯化的NRP-1 m Ab纯度为95%以上,效价为1×10~(-6);Western blot检测结果显示NRP-1 m Ab可与Hep G2细胞膜上的NRP-1蛋白特异性结合。细胞免疫荧光染色结果显示NRP-1定位于Hep G2细胞膜,流式细胞术结果显示NRP-1蛋白在Hep G2细胞上表达水平较高;MTT法检测结果显示NRP-1 m Ab对Hep G2细胞有生长抑制作用。Western blot检测到在不同浓度NRP-1 m Ab作用下,Hep G2细胞裂解液P-ERK1/2、P-Akt蛋白的条带信号逐渐减弱。结论纯化的NRP-1m Ab能抑制Hep G2细胞的生长,其抑制作用是通过EGF和HGF信号通路实现的。The aim of the experimental is to investigate the inhibitory effect of anti-human nerve cilia protein1(Neuropilin-1,NRP-1) monoclonal antibody(NRP-1 mAb) on hepatocellular carcinoma cell line HepG2 and its mechanism in vitro.Anti-human NRP-1 monoclonal antibody(NRP-1 mAb) was prepared from mouse ascites and purified by rProteinA affinity column assay.The titer of antibody was determined using indirect ELISA assay;the characteristic of NRP-1 mAb binding to NRP-1 was determined using Western blotting;the expression of NRP-1protein in hepatocellular carcinoma cell line HepG2 was determined using immunofluorescence assay and flow cytometry assay.Growth inhibition of HepG2 cells treated with different concentrations of NRP-1 mAb was determined using MTT assay,while Western blotting was used to detect the expression levels of ERK1/2,P-ERK1/2,Akt and P-Akt proteins.The results of SDS-PAGE and indirect ELISA showed that the purity of purified NRP-1mAb was more than 95%and the titer was 1×10~(-6).Western blotting analysis suggested that NRP-1 mAb could bind specifically to NRP-1 on HepG2 cell;immunofluorescence staining showed that NRP-1 was located in the membrane of HepG2 cells.Flow cytometry analysis showed that the expression level of NRP-1 on HepG2 cell was relatively high.Western blotting analysis suggested that P-ERK1/2 and P-Akt expression levels were down-regulated after having incubated HepG2 cells with different concentrations of NRP-1 mAb.In conclusion,NRP-1 mAb could inhibit the growth of HepG2 cells(P<0.05),and its inhibitory effect is achieved by reducing the P-ERK1/2 and P-Akt expression.南京军区医学科技创新项目(12MA061,15MS104

    目的对海洋放线菌STrEPTOMyCES SP.lz35固体发酵提取物的化学成分进行研究。方法采用SEPHAdEX lH-20,硅胶等色谱柱及重结晶进行分离纯化,用波谱技术鉴定化合物的结构。结果从14 l固体发酵提取物中分离得到7个安莎霉素类化合物,分别鉴定为gEldAnAMyCIn(1),17-O-dEMETHylgEldAnAMyCIn(2),HErbIMyCIn b(3),rEblASTATIn(4),17-O-dEMETHylrEblASTA-TIn(5),AuTOlyTIMyCIn(6),HygrOCIn A dErIVATIVE(7)。结论化合物1~7均为首次从该菌株中分离得到,且首次从一株链霉菌中分离到2种类型的安莎霉素。OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of Streptomyces sp.LZ35.METHODS The constituents were isolated and purified by Sephadex LH-20 column,silicagel column and recrystallization,and their structures were identified by NMR and ESI-MS techniques.RESULTS Seven compounds were isolated and identified as geldanamycin(1),17-O-demethylgeldanamycin(2),herbimycin B(3),reblastatin(4),17-O-demethylreblastatin(5),autolytimycin(6),hygrocin A derivative(7),respectively.CONCLUSION Compounds 1-7 were obtained from the strain for the first time.Two types of ansamycins were isolated for the first time from Streptomyces sp.国家杰出青年科学基金(30325044);教育部科学技术研究重点(重大)项目(306010);山东大学自主创新基金(2010TB016;2010TS072

    水质监测与评价是预防医学专业实验教学的重要组成部分,熟悉并掌握水质监测与评价的方法与流程,对于本专业学生毕业后从事疾病预防控制、卫生监督等工作具有举足轻重的作用。针对目前国内水质监测与评价实验教学中存在的问题,通过增加现场教学环节、拓展实验教学内容以及强化实验教学管理与分析质量控制等改革措施,将实验教学与校园环境监测紧密结合起来,以激发学生学习的积极性和主动性,培养学生独立思考问题、分析问题和解决问题的能力,进而为全面提高实验教学质量进行了有益的探索与尝试。Water quality monitoring and evaluation is an important part of experimental teaching for preventive medicine majors.Familiarizing with and mastering the methods and procedures of water quality monitoring and evaluation is crucial for students engaging in disease prevention and control or health supervision after graduation.Aiming at solving the existing problems in experimental teaching of water quality monitoring and evaluation, a series of reformative measures, including increasing the frequency of field experimental teaching, expanding the contents of experimental teaching, strengthening the management of experimental teaching, and analyzing quality control, were implemented; and experiment teaching was combined with monitoring of the campus environment.These measures aimed to stimulate students' initiative to learn, cultivate students' independent thinking and problem analyzing and solving skills, and therefore provide useful exploration and trials in comprehensively improving the quality of experimental teaching
