塔里木沙漠公路防护林生态工程的综合生态环境效应
为了探讨重大工程的生态环境效应,从风沙环境、土壤环境、小气候、生物多样性和地下水环境5个方面对塔里木沙漠公路防护林工程的综合生态环境效应进行了研究.结果表明:(1)防护林改变了近地表风沙运动过程,防沙体系内风速、输沙率降低幅度分别达64%~80%和87.45%~99.02%,风沙流结构、沙物质粒度、地表蚀积状况也发生了明显变化;(2)与自然流沙地相比,防护林土壤容重减小,全盐含量、总孔隙度和含水量增大,土壤肥力质量明显提高,其变化基本呈现"先快后慢"的规律;(3)防护林对于小环境改善作用明显,距地面6m范围内,林地不同高度的空气温度普遍低于自然流沙地,而空气湿度则高于自然流沙地,林地土壤温度也低于自然流沙地;(4)随着防护林内生境的变化,土壤微生物种类显著增加,但不同种类微生物的种群分布并不均匀;(5)目前防护林灌溉抽水对地下水位、地下水矿化度的影响不大,水位在厘米级范围波动,矿化度的变化幅度在±1g·L-1左右,且没有明显的变化趋势
Classification Analysis Based on Literature about TCM Syndrome Types of Depressive Disorder
在遵循循证医学原则的前提下,系统检索近10年来抑郁症中医及中西医结合临床研究类文献。并将检索的文献按照证候研究、方药治疗、辨证论治、综述进行分类,根据各类文献的研究特点采用不同的统计方法,对抑郁症证候分类进行分析研究,以期总结归纳出抑郁症临床常见证候,为抑郁症中医证候规范化、客观化提供参考依据。统计分析结果显示抑郁症临床常见证候依次为:肝气郁结、肝郁脾虚、心脾两虚、痰气郁结、肝郁肾虚、气郁化火。On the premise of following evidence-based medicine,we searched the clinical research literature of traditional Chinese medicine( TCM) and combined traditional Chinese and western medicine on depressive disorder in nearly a decade comprehensively.We classified these literature according to the syndrome types research,clinical therapy,syndrome differentiation and treatment and literature review.On the basis of the characteristics of literature and different statistical methods,we analyzed the syndrome classification of depressive disorder to summarize the common syndrome types of clinical depressive disorder,providing some references for the standardization and objectification of syndromes for depressive disorder.Statistical analysis results show that the depressive disorder common clinical syndromes in the order:stagnation of liver qi,stagnation of liver qi and spleen deficiency,heart-spleen deficiency,phlegm-qi stagnation,liver depression and kidney deficiency,qi depression transforming into fire.福建省自然科学基金项目(2014J01374);; 厦门市科技计划项目(3502Z20133007
Mechanism of geniposide in improving free fatty acid metabolism in rats with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease
观察栀子苷改善非酒精性脂肪性肝病的效果,从游离脂肪酸探讨栀子苷调节非酒精性脂肪性肝病的作用机制。健康雄性Wistar大鼠40只,随机分为4组:正常组、模型组、栀子苷组和血脂康组,每组大鼠10只,正常组大鼠给予正常大鼠饲料喂养,其余3组大鼠均采用高脂饲料喂养以诱导非酒精性脂肪性肝病,造模时间为8周,从第5周起至第8周末,栀子苷组和血脂康组分别灌服相应的药物。记录大鼠体重、肝湿重、脂肪质量;用相应方法检测肝组织TG,FFA,FAS,AMPK,ACCase及Malonyl-Co A含量,血清CHO,LDL-C的含量,血清AST,ALT的活性;观察肝脏组织肉眼及病理变化(HE染色法)。结果显示,与正常组相比,模型组大鼠的体重;肝湿重;脂肪重;血清CHO,LDL-C,ALT,AST;肝组织TG,FFA,FAS,ACCase及Malonyl-Co A含量皆显著升高(P<0.01);肝组织AMPK活性显著降低(P<0.01),肝组织肉眼外观及病理切片脂肪变性明显,并出现炎症损伤;与模型组相比,栀子苷组大鼠体重、脂肪质量、肝组织FFA含量、血清ALT,AST活性均显著降低(P<0.01),肝湿重,肝组织TG,FAS,ACCase及Malonyl-Co A含量明显降低(P<0.05),肝组织AMPK活性明显增多(P<0.05),肝脏肉眼外观及病理学表现均有所改善;与模型组相比,血脂康组大鼠的肝湿重、脂肪质量、肝组织TG,FFA和血清LDL-C水平明显降低(P<0.05);与血脂康组相比,栀子苷组大鼠的体重、脂肪质量、肝组织FFA含量均显著降低(P<0.01),其他方面无明显差异。结果表明,栀子苷具有显著的改善高脂饮食诱导的大鼠非酒精性脂肪性肝病的药理效应;其改善大鼠非酒精性脂肪性肝病的游离脂肪酸代谢是通过调节"AMPK-ACCase-Malonyl-Co A-FFA"轴来实现的。To observe the effect of geniposide on non-alcoholic fatty liver disease( NAFLD),and discuss the mechanism of geniposide for NAFLD from the aspect of free fatty acid,forty healthy Wistar male rats were randomly divided into normal group,model group,geniposide and Xuezhikang group. The rats in normal group were fed with normal diets,and the rats in other 3 groups were given with high-fat diet for 8 weeks to induce the NAFLD models. From the week 5 to end of week 8,the rats in geniposide and Xuezhikang group were intervened with corresponding medicines. The body weight,liver wet weight,and fat weight of the rats were recorded.Visual and pathological changes in hepatic tissues were observed with HE staining. The contents of TG,FFA,FAS,AMPK,ACCase and Malonyl-Co A in hepatic tissue,contents of CHO and LDL-C in serum and activities of AST and ALT in serum were detected by using corresponding methods. The results showed that the body weight,liver wet weight,and fat weight of the rats,CHO,LDL-C,ALT and AST levels in serum,TG,FFA,FAS,ACCase and Malonyl-Co A levels in hepatic tissues of the rats in model group were significantly higher than those in normal group( P < 0. 01),while AMPK activity was significantly lower than that of the normal group( P < 0. 01),with obvious visual and pathological steatosis in hepatic tissues,and inflammatory injury occurred in model group. Compared with the model group,body weight of the rat,fat weight,levels of FFA in hepatic tissues,ALT and AST activities in serum,liver wet weight,TG,FAS,ACCase and Malonyl-Co A levels were significantly decreased in geniposide group( P < 0. 01),while the AMPK activity in hepatic tissues was significantly increased( P < 0. 05),with improvement in visual and pathological performance.Compared with the model group,liver wet weight,fat weight,TG and FFA levels in hepatic tissues,and LDL-C level in serum were significantly decreased in Xuezhikang group( P < 0. 05). Compared with Xuezhikang group,the body weight of rat,fat weight and FFA level in hepatic tissues were significantly lower in geniposide group( P < 0. 01),but with no significant difference in other aspects. Template Synthesis and UV-Vis Absorption Spectra of the Nanowire Arrays of Cadmium Chalcogenides
以多孔氧化铝为模板 ,用交流电分别通过含有相应的CdCl2 、ZnCl2 、单质S、Se等的二甲亚砜 (DMSO)溶液 ,沉积CdS、CdSe以及CdxZn1-xS半导体纳米线阵列并研究其紫外可见吸收光谱 .实验结果表明 ,当半导体纳米线的直径小于 2 5nm时 ,其吸收边相对于体相的吸收边产生蓝移 ,而且蓝移的幅度随着半导体纳米线直径的减小而增加 ,显示了明显的量子限域效应 .XU Shi_min, XUE Kuan_hong , KONG Jing_lin, SUN Dong_mei, FENG Yu_ying, LU Hai_yan (Dept. of Chem., Nanjing Normal Univ., Nanjing 210097, China) WANG Guang_hou (National Laboratory of Solid State Microstructures, Nanjing Univ., Nanjing 210093, China)The porous alumina membrane formed in the anodic oxidation of highly pure aluminum foil has attracted a great deal of attention in recent years [1] . It can be served as a desired template to prepare nanometer scale materials [2] due to its unique structure of discrete and cylindrical nanopores, paralleled one another, with the homogeneous size and distribution [3] . Chalcogenide semiconductors have promising prospect in the applications of photovoltaic [4] and photoconducting devices [5] and have been extensively exploited for many years. Olbright and his co_workers studied experimentally and theoretically the optical nonlinearties of CdS xSe 1-x _doped glass [6] ; Britt and Ferekides reported that the conversion efficiency in a solar cell of thin_film CdS/CdTe could be as high as 15.8% [7] . Here we report the fabrication and UV_Vis absorption spectra of CdS、CdSe and Cd xZn 1-x S nanowire arrays deposited into the template matrix of porous alumina. 通信作者:许建中(1954 —),男,高级工程师,本科,研究方向为生物化工。E-mai l:[email protected][中文文摘]以微生物油脂为原料,对其中花生四烯酸的甲酯化方法进行筛选和优化。在确定合适的花生四烯酸甲酯化方法基础上,考察酯化温度、酯化时间、催化剂体积分数及搅拌转速对花生四烯酸酯化效果的影响。结果表明:酯化温度80℃、酯化时间8h、浓硫酸体积分数2.0%、转速400r/min时,花生四烯酸甲酯质量分数达到37.75%,产率达到91.54%。甲酯化后的花生四烯酸沸点较低,适用于分子蒸馏。[英文文摘]In order to maximize arachidonic acid methyl ester production,the methyl esterification of microbial oil was optimized with respect to temperature,reaction time,catalyst(concentrated sulfuric acid) dosage and agitation speed using one-factor-a-at-a-time combined with orthogonal array design method.The highest yield of 91.54% was achieved after 8 h of reaction at 80 ℃ and an agitation speed of 400 r/min under the catalysis of 2.0% concentrated sulfuric acid.The obtained product contained 37.75% arachidonic acid methyl ester and its boiling point was lower than before the reaction, facilitating molecular distillation.厦门海洋研究开发院共建项目; 福建省海洋与渔业厅科技重点项目([2009]2-10);厦门市科技计划项目(3502Z20112005);福建省2010年第二批产业技术开发项目(5012060403
