    Simultaneous Determination of Water-Soluble Vitamins with Capillary Electrophoresis

    建立了高效毛细管电泳同时测定水溶性维生素制剂中的维生素 B1、维生素 B2、维生素 B6、维生素 B12、维生素 C、烟酸、烟酰胺等的方法。缓冲液为 0 .0 2 mol/ L的硼酸溶液 ,毛细管为 5 0μm× 5 0 cm,检测波长为 190 nm (适用于维生素 B1、维生素 B6、维生素 B12、烟酸、烟酰胺 )和 2 6 5 nm(适用于维生素 B2、维生素 C) ,分离度高 ,方法简便。A simple, rapid and efficient method for the simultaneous assay of vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, vitamin C, nicotinic acid and nicotinamide by capillary electrophoresis has been established. The experimental conditions were as follows: the electrophoretic medium was composed of 0.02 mol/L boric acid solution, uncoated capillary used was 50 cm×50 μm id. and detection was carried out at 190 nm (to vitamin B1, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, nicotinic acid and nicotinamide) and 265 nm (to vitamin B2, vitamin C).福建省卫生厅青年科研基金!课题 ( 960 1

    Determination of Compound Vitamin B Tablets by Capillary Electrophoresis

    建立了毛细管电泳测定复合维生素B片中维生素B1、维生素B2、烟酰胺含量的方法。方法 :缓冲液为 0 .0 2mmol/L硼酸盐溶液 ,毛细管电泳柱为 5 0 μm× 5 0cm ,检测波长为 2 0 0nm。 结果 :回收率为 98.7%~ 10 1.0 % ,相对标准偏差为 1.8%~ 3.2 %。结论 :本方法简便、快速、可靠OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of vitamin B1, vitamin B2 and nicotinamide in compound vitamin B tablets by capillary electrophoresis. METHOD: The electrophoretic medium was composed of 0. 02mol/L borate solution. The uncoated capillary used was 50μm×50cm. The detection wanelength was at 200nm. RESULTS: The recoveries ranged from 98.7% to 101.0% with relative standard deviations from 1.8%~3.5%. CONCLUSION: This method was simple, rapid and reliable

    文章总结了国内外水厂加矾控制系统的现状,针对其不足设计了一套基于图像处理的水厂加矾量自动决策系统。该系统硬件部分以PC为主控制器,外接视频监控系统及投药控制电路,系统软件部分以C++编程语言为基础,OPEnCV为图像处理和机器视觉库,开发出了基于MfC的软件系统界面。该系统可自动抓拍水质图像,对其进行相关图像处理后得到关键的水质参数,并根据水质变化适当自动地控制絮凝剂的投加量。The status of the auto flocculating agent adding system in waterworks at home and abroad is summarized.Aiming at its defects,a set of flocculating agent adding automatic decision system based on image processing is designed.The hardware part of the system uses PC as its main controller,circumscribed by video surveillance system and flocculating agent adding control circuit,while the software part of the system uses C++as its basis,OpenCV as the image processing and machine vision library,and the software system interface based on MFC is developed.This system can snapshot water quality pictures automatically,process the water quality pictures to get some critical water quality parameters,and control the flocculating agent adding properly and automatically according to water quality changes.国家自然科学基金资助项目(61001142); 厦门大学基础创新科研基金资助项目(中央高校基本科研业务费专项资金资助项目2011121050
