By keeping to the features of professional and amateur tennis players’ activities and the tennis talents’ growth law,integrating with educational system and taking competition management as a mainline,the system has formed a development pattern in which three tiers of tennis join each other and generate a powerful resulting force. A Comparative Study of Chinese and American Systems on Cultivation of Junior Track and Field Athletes

运用文献资料法,从培养机构、训练与学习体制、竞赛体制、运动技术水平等方面,对中美青少年田径运动员培养体制进行比较。在分析两种体制各自优势与不足的基础上,对我国青少年田径运动员培养体制的改革提出建议:完善体校培养体制,构建中学培养体制。Using the method of literature review,the paper compared the American and Chinese systems on the cultivation of junior track and field athletes from aspects of training institutions,training systems,competition systems and levels of performance.Based on the analysis of the advantages and drawbacks of two systems,it put forward suggestions on the reform of Chinese cultivation systems of young track and field athletes: improving the current training system of sports schools and constructing training systems for secondary schools

E. course reform in the colleges and universities of China and puts forward some suggestions to make the P. E. , this paper educes that the human quality education in US P. E. has characteristics of scientific and all-round ideology, practice combined methods, rich and practical content, long-term and systemic process, and, definite and feasible standards. 新疆砾岩油藏提高开发效果示范工程油藏精细描述和剩余油分布研究

该课题将七中东区八道湾组自下而上划分为冲积扇-辫状河、辫状河、低弯度河三种沉积体系域；研究表明平面上的剩余油富集区在油藏北部断裂一带以及七东2-2区，剖面上剩余油富集在油藏下部；八区克上组油藏细分沉积相结果表明储层主要是扇三角洲前缘亚相的水下分流河道、河口砂坝沉积，研究表明八区克上组平面上的剩余油富集区在油藏北部邻近断裂的区域，剖面上富集在底部的两个单层；六东区克下组自下而上、由西向东均由扇顶亚相逐渐演变为扇缘亚相，发育于中西部地区的粗碎屑扇顶和扇中骨架微相是主力储层，认识到六东区克上组油藏采出程度低，剩余地质储量丰富；总结了新疆砾岩油藏剩余油富集规律，结果表明断层附近、原始地质储量大、低渗层段、原油高粘度区域是剩余油富集的部位
