    Ultrastructure and element composition of the egg shells in eastern reef heron

    扫描电镜观察及X射线能谱分析结果表明,岩鹭卵壳的超微结构从外向内分为表层、柱状层、锥体层和壳膜。表层之外具有护膜。表层、柱状层和锥体层之间的气孔相互连通。壳膜的多层网状结构由粗细不等的蛋白质纤维交织重叠排列构成,外壳膜具有光滑同质网结构。岩鹭卵壳主要含有C、O、Ca、Mg和S等元素。岩鹭与其它鹭亚科鸟类在卵壳厚度、锥体层乳突状图形等超微结构以及元素组成上存在着差别,需要进行更多物种的研究积累以便分类比较鉴定。In this study,the ultrastructure and element composition of the Eastern Reef Heron's egg shell were investigated by scanning electron microscopy and X-ray energy dispersive spectrometer respectively.The ultrastructure of the egg shell can be divided into cover,column layer,cone layer and shell membrane from outside to inside.A cuticle was found on the outer surface of the egg shell cover.There were some spiracle connected each other among the cover,column layer and the cone layer.The network structure layers in shell membrane were composed by different diameter of protein fiber weaved and cross-linked.In the outer shell membrane,there was a smooth and homogeneous net structure.The shell mainly included C,O,Ca,Mg and S.The ultrastructure,such as the thickness and the mammilla shape,and element composition of the egg shell were found different among the eastern reef heron and other species of ardeinae.More species of ardeinae should be further studied in order to identify them by comparing their ultrastructure and element composition of the egg shell.国家自然科学基金资助项目(No.30570254);; 福建省自然科学基金资助项目(No.D0510001)~

    The Behaviors of Capacity Loss of LiMn2O4 Cathodeat Elevated Temperatures

    采用恒流充放电方法测量了温度升高导致LiMn2O4正极容量衰减的情况.发现当环境温度上升到50℃时,LiMn2O4电极出现严重的容量损失和性能衰退,充电态的电极受影响的程度最为严重.对电解液的原子发射和红外光谱分析,电极晶相结构X_射线衍射及循环伏安实验研究表明:随着温度升高,LiMn2O4中阳离子混乱度增大形成无序尖晶石结构,锰离子的溶解度迅速增加,电解液出现催化氧化是导致容量不可逆衰减的原因.采用富锂尖晶石材料是抑制LiMn2O4高温性能下降的一种有效方法The capacity loss of spinel LiMn2O4 cathode at elevated temperatures was evaluated by constant current charge_discharge methods and it was found that serious capacity loss and cycleability decrease occured at above 50 , especially for the charged cells. The mechanisms for this phenomena were examined by atomic emission and infrared spectrometry of the electrolyte, XRD measurment of the cycled elecrode and microelectrode voltammetry of LiMn2O4 at room and elevated temperatures. The results showed that with increasing temperature, Mn and Li ions tended to redistribute partly in the spinel framework due to the disproportion of Mn3+ ions and this results in a rapid increase in Mn dissolution and a catalytic decomposition of the electrolyte.     Technical Investigaton of Thin-film Plasticizing Lithium Ion Battery

    通过比较不同聚合物骨架材料与增塑剂所制备的聚合物膜的性能 ,优选出合适的基质骨架材料和增塑剂 .在此基础上 ,探索了塑料化聚合物薄膜电极的工业化制造方法 ,优化了聚合物电解质隔膜与正负极极片的配比 ,探讨塑料化薄膜电极的复合方式 ,并对所制备的塑料化薄膜锂离子电池电性能进行了考察 ,结果表明 :薄膜塑料锂离子电池具备与液态锂离子电池相近的电化学性能 .A number of polymer materials as candidates of host matrix of plastic polymer electrolyte were examined and techniques for preparation of thin_film electrolyte were reported. The results showed that the polymer electrolyte prepared with P(VDF_HFP) copolymer as host matrix and DBP as plasticizer exhibit the satisfactory mechanical strength and ionic conductivity. In comprison with liquid electrolyte systems, thin_film lithium ion battery has almost similar charge_discharge capacity and cycleability.     Determination of the number of ψ(3686) events taken at BESIII

    The number of ψ(3686) events collected by the BESIII detector during the 2021 run period is determined to be (2259.3±11.1)×106 by counting inclusive ψ(3686) hadronic events. The uncertainty is systematic and the statistical uncertainty is negligible. Meanwhile, the numbers of ψ(3686) events collected during the 2009 and 2012 run periods are updated to be (107.7±0.6)×106 and (345.4±2.6)×106, respectively. Both numbers are consistent with the previous measurements within one standard deviation. The total number of ψ(3686) events in the three data samples is (2712.4±14.3)×10^
