    朱春奎,复旦大学国际关系与公共事务学院教授、博士生导师,管理学博士;毛万磊,复旦大学国际关系与公共事务学院博士研究生。【中文摘要】如何构建和维持政府信任是公共管理学者和实践者关心的重要议题。政府信任即政治信任,是公众与政府互动过程中对政治制度与政府行为的一种心理预期。综合来看,政府信任的测量的方式主要有两种:一是直接通过公众对政府持肯定或否定态度测量,二是间接通过其他态度(如对政府工作的满意度)测量。 政府信任的影响因素有社会人口属性、政治、政府、经济、社会、文化等六个方面。改善政府信任需要深化政府改革、提高公众满意度;改进政府绩效、提高行政效率;改善政府形象、打击官员腐败;积累社会资本、提高社会信任。 【Abstract】In recent decades, the decline of trust in government has become a global governance issue, and related research has steadily increased. In this study, we focus on definition and measurement, influencing factors and promotion strategies of trust in government. On the basis of clarifying the relevant concepts and measurement structure, we examine factors that influence trust in government, including social population attributes, politics, government, the economy, society and culture. Finally, we propose strategies to improve trust in government, including deepening the reform of the government, improving public satisfaction, enhancing government performance, raising administrative efficiency, bolstering the image of the government, combating official corruption, accumulating social capital, and improving social trust.     Determination of the number of ψ(3686) events taken at BESIII

    The number of ψ(3686) events collected by the BESIII detector during the 2021 run period is determined to be (2259.3±11.1)×106 by counting inclusive ψ(3686) hadronic events. The uncertainty is systematic and the statistical uncertainty is negligible. Meanwhile, the numbers of ψ(3686) events collected during the 2009 and 2012 run periods are updated to be (107.7±0.6)×106 and (345.4±2.6)×106, respectively. Both numbers are consistent with the previous measurements within one standard deviation. The total number of ψ(3686) events in the three data samples is (2712.4±14.3)×10^

    Measurement of integrated luminosity of data collected at 3.773 GeV by BESIII from 2021 to 2024

    We present a measurement of the integrated luminosity e+e- of collision data collected by the BESIII detector at the BEPCII collider at a center-of-mass energy of Ecm = 3.773 GeV. The integrated luminosities of the datasets taken from December 2021 to June 2022, from November 2022 to June 2023, and from October 2023 to February 2024 were determined to be 4.995±0.019 fb-1, 8.157±0.031 fb-1, and 4.191±0.016 fb-1, respectively, by analyzing large angle Bhabha scattering events. The uncertainties are dominated by systematic effects, and the statistical uncertainties are negligible. Our results provide essential input for future analyses and precision measurements
