    Determination of Glucose in Serum by Enzyme-Ion Chromatography

    利用葡萄糖氧化酶对β-D-葡萄糖催化氧化的高度专一性,催化性能高的优点,催化血清中β-D-葡萄糖被溶液中的溶解氧氧化为D-葡萄糖酸,同时结合离子色谱法快速、灵敏、准确的特点,检测生成的D-葡萄糖酸,并用标准工作曲线法来定量血清中的葡萄糖的含量,建立起酶-离子色谱法检测血清中葡萄糖的新方法.该法线性范围为1.00~90.00mg/L.测得值与采用贝克曼CX3测得值相比,误差为-2%~2%.β-D-Glucose in serum was oxidized by the oxygen dissolved in solution with the catalysis of glucose oxidase based on its high selectivity to glucose.     提出采用燃烧氧化偶联离子色谱法测定甲醇、碳黑中的氯和硫的含量。方法通过在管式炉中燃烧将甲醇、碳黑中的氯及硫转化为Cl2、HCl,SO2,SO3等气态物质。选用I-/I3-溶液作为燃烧产物的吸收剂。I-/I3-溶液既作氧化剂又作还原剂,将Cl2、HCl转化为Cl-,将SO2、SO3转化为SO42-。用离子色谱法测量吸收剂中Cl-和SO42-的含量进而推算甲醇、碳黑中氯和硫的含量。实验结果表明,该方法简单、准确、灵敏。氯和硫的检出限分别为9.71μg/g和1.64μg/g。A new method has been developed to determine chlorine and sulfur content in methanol and charcoal by using combustion oxidation coupled to ion chromatography.Through combustion oxidation,the chlorine and sulfur in methand or charcoal was converted to chlorine and chlorine hydride,and sulfur dioxide respectively.Using I~-/I~-_3 solution as the absorbent,they were converted to chloride and sulfate ions,respectively.These ions were then determined directly by ion chromatography.The difference between the developed method and the others is that this method use cheap and convenient porcelain boat and the tubal stove was used as a reactive device,and efficient and stable I~(-)/I~-_(3)solution as the absorbent.The method is economic,simple,accurate and sensitive.The detection limit of the method is 9.71×10~(-6) μg/g for Cl and 1.64×10~(-6) μg/g for S.福建省重大科技项目(No.2003Y010

    有机磷农药的检测一直是人们感兴趣的研究课题.本文介绍了应用酶反应偶联离子色谱法测定甲胺磷农药.该方法基本原理是:植物水解酶促进乙酸萘酯分解生成乙酸.甲胺磷农药抑制植物水解酶的活性,植物水解酶的活性随甲胺磷浓度增加而降低,乙酸萘酯分解生成的乙酸也减少,离子色谱能够快速灵敏准确的检测生成的乙酸的减少量,由生成的乙酸的减少量定量甲胺磷农药.应用本方法,测定了甲胺磷农药,线性范围在0.24~120μg/mL,相对标准偏差(RSD%)=5.3%,测定结果准确灵敏.In this paper, a new method for the determination of methamidophos was developed. The plant hydrolyzed-enzyme catalyses naphthyl acetate hydrolyzed reaction, which produces acetic acid. The produced acetic acid was detected by IC. Methamidophos restrains the activity of plant hydrolyzed-enzyme. Methamidophos was determined according to the decrement of acetic acid.     Design of a novel electrolysis cell of amperometric detector for ion chromatography and the determination of Br~-、I~- and SCN~-

    研制了一种新型离子色谱安培检测器电解池。电解池为三电极体系 ,由工作电极 (Ag电极 )、辅助电极 (Pt电极 )和参比电极 (Ag/AgCl电极 )组成。工作电极采用柱状电极 ,电极均用螺纹接头固定在电解池上。新型电极池具有工作电极表面积大 ,拆卸清洗方便等优点。应用装有新型电解池的离子色谱安培检测器测定了Br-、I-、SCN-,检测限分别为 16 μmol/L、8μmol/L和 2 0 μmol/L。An electrolysis cell used on amperometric detector was designed. It is a three-electrode system, comprising working electrode (Ag electrode), auxilliary electrode (Pt electrode) and reference electrode (Ag/AgCl electrode). The working electrode was fabricated with the form of a rod and has large surface area. Three electrodes are fixed in the cell by screw joints so they are easy for dismantling and cleaing.
