New Materials of Plants in Fujian Province(II)
在对福建的丹霞植被进行调查时,发现福建省被子植物分布新纪录6个,分别是:卵叶阴山荠yInSHAnIA PArAdOXA、小花龙芽草AgrIMOnIA nIPPOnICA VAr.OCCIdEnTAlIS、阔柱黄杨buXuS lATISTylA、猫乳rHAMnEllA frAngulOIdES、休宁小花苣苔CHIrITOPSIS XIunIngEnSIS和宜昌苔草CArEX ASCOCETrA。标本存放于厦门大学植物本馆(Au)。During the course of investigating the plants in danxia of Fujian province, Southeast of China, six newly recorded taxa of Angiosperms were found.They are respectively Yinshania paradoxa, Agrimonia nipponica var.occidentalis, Buxus latistyla, Rhamnella franguloides, Chiritopsis xiuningensis and Carex ascocetra.The voucher specimens are deposited in the Herbarium of Xiamen University(AU).上海市绿化和市容管理局项目(G102405
Implementation of Fuzzy Self-tuning Proportional Integral Derivative Controller on Sample-tube Spin Control System in Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Spectrometer
在核磁共振(nMr)实验中,样品旋转能够有效消除Xy方向磁场的部分不均匀性,从而提高信号分辨率。在商用nMr谱仪中,一般采用PId算法进行待测样品的旋转控制。由于被控对象具有一定的非线性,存在着调节时间较长,稳定后存在误差等缺点。针对该现象,在VArIAn 500 MHz波谱仪气路系统的基础上,设计一套新的控制电路,在控制方法上引入了模糊PId控制,经过多次实验调试、优化处理,定制了适用于nMr谱仪气控系统的模糊参数隶属函数和模糊规则,设计出一种模糊自适应PId控制算法。结果表明,本系统较原系统稳定时间缩短了约30 S。在相同的实验环境下采样,本系统得到半高宽均值为1.27 Hz,信噪比为2293,优于VArIAn气控系统采样所得的结果,增强了旋转控制的鲁棒性,加快了响应速度和稳定速度,具有较高的应用价值。In commercial nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR) spectrometer,a PID controller is generally used to regulate the rotation of samples.There are some faults such as long adjustment time,steady-state error because of the nonlinear character of the object.To improve system performance,a new pneumatic controller system was proposed by using self-tuning fuzzy proportional-integral-derivative(PID) controller to replace the original pneumatic system based on PID.The adjustment time of proposed controller is about 30 s shorter than that of Varian.The result of the experiment under the same environment shows that the half-height width after applying the proposed controller is 1.272 better than 1.396 of Varian and S/N is 2293.114 better than 2245.48 of Varian.The experiment result shows that the proposed controller is robust,quicker response and has great value for application and research.国家科技支撑计划(No.2006BAK03A22);国家博士后基金(No.20090460750)资
秦岭山地主要森林凋落物化学组分
【目的】分析秦岭山地主要森林凋落物的化学组分,为应用Yasso07土壤碳模型估算和预测秦岭山地森林土壤有机碳变化动态提供必要参数。【方法】利用醇浸提法和酸碱洗涤法,测定生长于秦岭火地塘的华山松(Pinus armandi)、油松(Pinus tabulaeformis)、云杉(Picea asperata)、华北落叶松(Larix principis-rupprechtii)、锐齿栎(Quercus aliena var.acuteserrata)和红桦(Betula albo-sinensis)6个主要树种非木质凋落物、细木质凋落物、粗木质凋落物中的醇溶性(ESC)、水溶性(WSC)、酸溶性(ASC)和不溶性(NSC)4类化合物的含量。【结果】(1)不同树种凋落物的化学组分含量差异显著(
一种用于热催化氧化甲苯的铁离子交换钛离子柱撑蒙脱石催化剂及其制备方法
本发明公开了一种用于热催化氧化甲苯的铁离子交换钛离子柱撑蒙脱石催化剂及其制备方法。本发明以钠基蒙脱石、铁盐、钛盐作为原料,钠基蒙脱石通过钛离子柱撑得到钛柱撑蒙脱石前驱体,经煅烧后得到钛柱撑蒙脱石,然后用铁离子交换钛柱撑蒙脱石,合成铁离子交换钛离子柱撑蒙脱石前驱体,经洗涤,干燥,过筛,煅烧制备得到用于热催化氧化甲苯的铁离子交换钛离子柱撑蒙脱石催化剂。其可有效催化氧化高浓度的甲苯,用于在375℃条件下去除高浓度(>1000mL/m3)的甲笨,甲苯去除率达到90%以上;具有催化活性高、成本低廉、热稳定性好、无二次污染等优点,适用于工业废气中高浓度甲苯的净化处理
A new mutation pattern of hepatitis B virus X gene
目的:证实乙型肝炎病毒(hepatitis Bvirus,HBV)X基因一种新的变异方式.方法:从HBV慢性感染患者血清中提取HBVDNA,扩增X基因序列,克隆入pMD19T载体,选择阳性克隆进行DNA测序,与已知HBV基因相应序列比较该患者体内HBV基因变异位点以及变异形式.结果:从21例患者中共挑选74个克隆测序,测序结果提示54个克隆X基因下游大段缺失突变,长度达234nt,位于1601-1834nt处,另有1个克隆发生245nt缺失突变.发生缺失变异的病毒株同时存在G/A1515C、G1518C和A1585T替换突变,这两种突变具有联动特征.缺失突变株HBx仅编码76aa,其第44和45位编码为LL,具有特异性.结论:观察到一种X蛋白变异方式,这种大段缺失突变导致X蛋白下游编码序列丢失,其为X因子还是X蛋白以及这种变异是否为常态形式尚需进一步研究.AIM: To identify a novel X gene mutation pattern of hepatitis B virus (HBV) in patients with chronic HBV infection.METHODS: A pair of primers was designed on the basis of nucleotide sequences of X gene. Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) was used to amplify the target region from HBV DNA sam- ples extracted from chronic hepatitis B patients in Xiamen city. After electrophoresis of the PCR products in 9 g/L agarose gel, the target regions were cut, re-purified and TA-cloned into pMD19 T vector. The inserted regions in positive clones were sequenced. Sequence comparison with HBV genome submitted in GenBank was made to find the mutation sites. RESULTS: Totally 74 strains from 21 patients with chronic HBV infection were sequenced, and the results showed that there was a charac- teristic deletion region, with a length of 234 nt (nt 1601-1834) in 54 clones, and a length of 245 nt in 1 clone. There were 3 replacement mutations bounding to deletion mutation: G/A1515C, G1518C and A1585T, which caused substitutions in the 44th and 45th amino acid site to LL. These mutant strains only coded 76 aa of up-stream HBx. CONCLUSION: A novel deletion mutation in HBV X gene is observed in patients with chronic HBV infection.
