    The Relationship among Internal Marketing, Achievement Motivation and Organizational Commitment: An Example of Volunteer Officers and Non-Commissioned Officers

    [[abstract]]近來軍事單位所處的環境日益複雜,而政府政策日漸多元化與多樣化,亟需有效的人力資源發展政策,本研究旨在探討(1)內部行銷作為對組織承諾的影響。(2)成就動機對組織承諾的影響。為了解國軍人力資源管理的實務作為,本研究以任職於台灣本島各地區軍事單位志願役軍、士官,已屆滿或於1年內可屆滿法定役期,無契約束縛人員為研究對象,採用非機率的便利抽樣方法,共計發出436 份問卷,回收有效問卷共400 份。本研究採用相關分析、複迴歸分析來探討變數之間的關係,經實證分析,本研究綜合發現如下: (一)內部行銷作為對組織承諾的影響效果 單位採取教育訓練、管理支持或內外溝通的作為時,能極度明顯提昇個人對組織的價值與努力承諾,另採內外溝通、管理支持的作為時,亦能分別極度明顯和些許明顯能提昇個人對組織的留職承諾,但採教育訓練的作為時,卻反而降低個人對組織的留職承諾。 (二)成就動機對組織承諾的影響效果 個人具精熟、工作取向或競爭動機時,能極度明顯提昇個人對組織的價值與努力承諾,另個人具工作取向動機時,亦能極度明顯提昇個人對組織的留職承諾;個人具精熟動機時,卻反而極度明顯降低個人對組織的留職承諾。[[abstract]]The environment that the military unit has been in has been complicated day by day recently, and the pluralism and diversification day by day of government policy, the human resources development policies needed badly effectively, this research aims at probing into (1) Influence that the Internal marketing to organizational commitment. (2)Influence that the achievement motivation to the organizational commitment. In order to understand the practice conduct of country's soldier's human resources management , this research , in order to hold a post to military unit volunteer officers and non-commissioned officers of every area of this island in Taiwan, expire or can expire service period of legal in one year already, there is not agreement that fetter personnel as the research object, we have sent 436 copies of questionnaires out by convenience sampling method and received 400 copies back by return. The study used correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis to explore the relationships involved, this research is found as follows synthetically: (一)Influence result that the Internal marketing to organizational commitment The unit adopts education and training, management supporting or internal and external conduct of communicating, can extreme significant to promote individual value and efforts commitment for organization, adopts internal and external conduct of communicating and management supporting, can also be extremely significant and some significant separately promote individual retain commitment for organization, but while adopting the conduct of education and training , reduce individuals retain commitment for organization. (二)Influence result that the achievement motivation to the organizational commitment Individual has skilled, task orientation or competition motive, can extreme significant to promote individual value and efforts commitment for organization, when individual has task orientation motive, can also extremely significant promote individual retain commitment for organization; When individual has skilled motive, but extremely significant reduce individual retain commitment for organization

    設施蘆筍省工管理及節水栽培模式建立

    蘆筍為高經濟價值作物,設施蘆筍生產不僅可穩定生產,且有提升產量及品質效益,也具高收益潛力。但因欠缺有經驗技術之勞工及最適化灌溉管理技術為設施蘆筍之主要生產困境,因此迫切需要導入省工作業機具及節水灌溉等技術,以提升產品品質及良品率。歷經2年試驗,研究成果計有導入土壤EC值及水分感測器應用,依據蘆筍不同生育期,建立最適水養分供給模式。設施蘆筍應用穩定養液之嫩莖產量及鮮嫩度品質穩定性均顯著高於溝灌組,且滴灌需水量低於50%溝灌用水量。導入綠籬機+背負型圓盤鋸齒式割草機割除母莖,再應用經修改刀具之碎枝機就地碎化母莖,作業效率較人工處理組分別提升2.5及20倍以上,推廣應用將可解決每年春夏秋三產季前需割除及移除母莖之人力不足問題

    本研究嘗試以Roerink等人(2000)建立的衛星遙測估算旱作蒸發散量SEBI(Simplified Surface Energy Balance Index)模式,應用於估計美國SGP’97試區的熱通量和蒸發散量,應用時加上大氣校正模式,以及由衛星影像作土地利用分類。並對台中霧峰農試所2000 年一期作水稻田利用SPOT衛星多光譜資料測試估計效果。在SGP’97試區方面,利用地面實測資料和衛星觀測建立回歸關係推估的結果較良好;各項能量通量估計值與觀測值間的誤差,大部分源自地表參數的反演誤差,而後者又與大氣校正模式或回歸關係的誤差有關。在農試所水稻田試區方面,由於SPOT衛星影像缺乏熱紅外光波段,因此利用SPOT 觀測資料反演的NDVI,透過Landsat衛星影像資料建立的回歸關係推估地表溫度,進而推估能量通量。但因此反演的地表參數間具有某種相關性,且水田的所有反射率一溫度資料均落於蒸發散控制區,不能建立模式所需熱通量分配的圖形。本研究也利用DMSV-1空載多光譜資料分析模式對水稻田的可行性,熱通量分配圖沒有某種程度相關,初估結果合理,大氣影響較小,待未來有測量資料時作進一步的比對分析。 This work intends to implement the Simplified Surface Energy Balance Index (5-SEBI) model by Roerink et al.(2000) to estimate the heat fluxes during The Southern Great Plain (SGP’97 in short) Hydrological Experiment in 1997. Two additional features are added to the 5-SEBI model in the work, performing atmospheric correction by radiative transfer model and land-use classification. Results show that partitioning of heat fluxes is in accordance with the measurement. Main cause of discrepancy is due to inaccurate surface parameter estimates. To estimate evapo-transpiration in rice paddy, surface temperature retrieval is compulsory. Since SPOT image is lack of thermal channel, this work uses the Landsat data to construct the regression function between NDVI and surface temperature. However, it is found that the derived surface temperature is collinear with the SPOT retrieved reflectivity. Also, it is realized that all reflectivity-temperature data of rice paddy should fall in the evaporation-controlled region. Application of satellite data for evaporation estimation in rice paddy requires further research

    臺大醫院心衰竭照護品質認證經驗分享

    &lt;p&gt;完整的心臟衰竭照護鏈應將流程緊密結合,整合組織內外具有關聯性的服務,並且提供持續性照顧。本院藉由疾病照護品質認證的三大架構,全面審視心衰竭照護實際運作狀況。在團隊推動下,主診斷心衰竭收縮分率≦40%之病人,死亡率由15.1%降低至13.0%;指引用藥RAS與Beta blocker比率由28.5%上升至40.0%,MRA由60.0%上升至68.8%;接受復健比率自9.3%提升到18.60%,有顯著上升。本院透過評鑑過程改善流程,有助於臨床人員將心衰竭照護融入實際照護。&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;A comprehensive heart failure care chain should contain a tightly interconnected process, integrate related services within and outside an organization, and provide continuous care. Using the three major frameworks of the Heart Failure Disease Care Certification, National Taiwan University Hospital (NTUH) comprehensively examined the status quo of heart failure care operation. After the NTUH medical team implemented the certification, the mortality rate of patients with heart failure with an ejection fraction of &amp;le;40% as their principal diagnosis decreased from 15.1% to 13.0%; the percentage of guideline-directed medical treatment with renin-angiotensin system-acting agents and beta-blockers increased from 28.5% to 40.0%; the percentage of using magnetic resonance angiography increased from 60.0% to 68.8 %; and the percentage of patients receiving rehabilitation increased significantly from 9.3% to 18.60%. NTUH improved the care process through the certification, which helped clinical staff to integrate heart failure care into actual care.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; </jats:p
