Its culture was easy. Supported Rh 3+ , Pt 4+ , Pd 2+ , A + g, Au 3+ could be adsorbed and reduced by this bacteria.The results obtained by IR techniques shown that there was the biochemistry action between the bacteria and the noble metal ions. Using the cyclic voltammograph method indicated that the reducing ability of the bacteria were stronger. XPS experiments Further indicated above noble ions could be reduced by this bacteria with diFFerent degree, the reduction did not be inFluenced by the kinds of noble metal ions and supports. The results shown that the properties of redox of above noble metal ions For electron transFer were the same.     从1998年3月7日至1999年3月2日历时12个月,在南极中山站连续采集52个海洋气溶胶样品,提供全部样品的13种化学元素铜、铅、锌、镉、铁、铝、锰、铬、钒、钾、钠、钙、镁含量的实测值.研究表明中山站气溶胶化学成分的含量具有季节性变化的特征.通过富集因子、相关分析、因子分析等方法判别中山站气溶胶化学成分的来源.Fifty two aerosol samples of 6~7 d duration were collected from March1998 through March1999 at the Zhongshan Station in Antarctica. The content of 13 chemical elements is presented:Cu,Pb,Zn,Cd,Fe,Al,Mn,Cr,V,K,Na,Ca and Mg. The study results demonstrate that the content of elements in marine aerosol at the Zhongshan Station appeared to be characteristics of seasonal variation, which were related to features of meteorological element.     1999年11月至2000年4月,在中国第16次南极科学考察往返航线上的海域,采集了22个海洋气溶胶样品,用原子吸收分光法测定了样品中的Cu、Pb、Zn、Cd、Fe、Al、Mn、Cr、V、K、Na、Ca、Mg等13种元素的含量.研究表明气溶胶重金属微量元素的分布具有明显的地理区域性.应用元素富集因子、相关分析和因子分析等方法研究了西太平洋、东印度洋、南大洋、中国南极中山站邻近海域气溶胶中各元素的来源.Twenty two aerosol samples were collected during the Sixteenth Chinese Antarctic Research Expedition from Nov. 1999 to Apr. 2000. These samples were analyzed by AAS for 13 chemical elements, i.e. Cu,Pb,Zn,Cd,Fe,Al,Mn,Cr,V,K,Na,Ca and Mg. The results show that the spatial variability of the heavy metal trace elements in aerosol in the studied area display a significant geographical pattern. Source discrimination of the elements in the marine aerosol was discussed using the methods of enrichment factor, factor analysis and correlation analysis.国家自然科学资助项目(49976022

    目的:对CT片中的胆管进行分割。方法:采用图像分割技术中的种子区域增长法,首先,选取种子点,得到种子点所对应CT值和相邻26个点均值,然后以种子点所在位置为起点往其临近26点扩散。若其临近点CT值与种子点CT值差值在正负10个Hu或者均值满足相同要求则该点为同类点,依次类推,直到不再有同类点时算法结束。结果:自动分割的准确率>80%,计算误差 80%,computation error < 10%.Condusions:seed region growing method can be used to automatically segment bile duct in the film CT.国家自然科学基金项目资助(编号:61271336;61327001)~

    Mapping the morphological identifiers of distinct conformations via the protein translocation current in nanopores

    Conformational changes of proteins play a vital role in implementing their functions and revealing the underlying mechanisms in various biological processes. It is still challenging to monitor protein conformations with temporal fingerprints of current-resistance pulses in the nanopore technique. Here the low-resolution morphologies of different conformations of a typical integrin, alpha(x)beta(2), were estimated via relative blockade currents simulated from all-atom molecular dynamics (MD). Distinct conformational states of alpha(x)beta(2) were directly explained by the volume and shape identifiers. Protein modulation in ionic current was analyzed from the conductivity distribution inside the protein-blocked nanopore. Combining a discrete model with spheroidal approximation, a MD-based approach was developed to theoretically predict the volume and shape of the nanopore for sensing alpha(x)beta(2). This method was also applicable in specifying morphological identifiers of six other proteins, and the theoretical predictions are in good agreement with the experimental measurements. These results potentiated the validity of this method for the conformational identification of proteins in nanopores
