Correlation between Outdoor-exposure and Indoor-accelerated Ageing Test for Epoxy Coating
通过室外海洋大气暴晒和室内紫外线照射对环氧涂层进行了老化试验,并运用光泽、颜色、粉化率、SEM以及电化学多重动电位扫描(MCPDP)等手段测试了涂层在室外大气暴晒和室内紫外加速老化下的表面形貌和对金属保护性能的变化,初步探讨室外海洋大气暴晒和室内紫外人工老化试验的相关性。发现对于环氧涂层室内紫外人工老化降解的效果强于室外海洋大气天然老化,基于光泽测试的加速因子约为5;基于颜色和粉化率测试的加速因子都大于12。The outdoor-exposure test and indoor-accelerated ageing test were carried out,and a series of performance evaluations such as gloss,color,the degree of chalking,SEM and MCPDP were applied to test the transformation of the surface topography and protection properties of epoxy anticorrosion paint.The correlation between indoor-accelerated ageing test and outdoor-exposure test was discussed preliminary.It indicates that the results of degradation in the indoor-accelerated ageing test are greater than those in the outdoor-exposure test,the accelerating factor according gloss is about 5 and the accelerating factors according color and the degree of chalking are above 12

本稿の目的は、日本政府の在台機関-㈶交流協会と一部の大学の日本語学科が行っている日台交流活動を紹介し、その目的と活動内容を明らかにする。現在、台湾で行われている交流は短期的と長期的な2タイプがある。その結果、長期的な交流(ここでは㈶交流協会の奨学金留学制度)が異文化理解教育にもたらした効果は、短期的な交流より大きいことが分かった。一方で、短期的な交流は相手の文化を理解するきっかけになるという点で、期待されるのである
使用社交機器人輔助兒童情緒學習:後設分析
[[abstract]]This meta-analysis follows PRISMA guidelines to synthesize, analyze, and provide much needed information and data about the different interventions used, the robot’s role(s) in these interventions, and the utility of the social robots in successful interventions for the purposes of social and emotional learning with young children. Teaching pedagogy is an important component of this research as it will be used to inform future research. The results of this meta-analysis will inform both researchers and practitioners alike which program design, teaching pedagogy, and target populations for which utilizing social robots for the purposes of improving social and emotional learning for young students will be most impactful and meaningful. Further, the results of this study will inform researchers, psychologists, and educators how they can incorporate these findings into their applied practice (e.g., in the classroom or in clinical settings with students) and/or for their future research. This meta-analysis can help to identify which research questions related to this topic have already been answered and where some of the research gaps remain. In a future study to be conducted by the principal investigators of this study, the results of this meta-analysis will be used to design and plan teaching pedagogy and social robot-based interventions for teaching social and emotional learning to young children in a kindergarten in Taichung, Taiwan. 日本腦炎併發身體功能障礙合併症護理經驗
<p>本文描述個案因日本腦炎導致身體活動出現異常,併發痰液清除功能不佳需長期照護而住入慢性病房,以及長期住院產生心理反應等相關問題。護理期間 2018/9/27-11/19 以 Gordon 進行十一項功能性評估,藉由觀察、身體評估、查閱病歷等收集資料,健康護理問題有呼吸道清除功能失效;身體活動功能障礙;焦 慮。護理措施 : 維持半坐臥式;背部叩擊;深呼吸及有效咳嗽技巧,強化咳痰能力;漸進式復健計劃合併中醫療法,提升肢體功能及自我照顧能力,讓個案拾獲自信心 參與復健;主動關懷讓個案表達更換管路感受,陪伴降低不適。藉由音樂、嗅覺 /冥想等減輕焦慮程度,正向因應疾病,建議未來住院的病人,在中醫醫療有針灸治 療健保給付,提供日後照護此類個案之經驗參考。</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p><p>This article describes the care experience of a case of Japanese encephalitis complicated with physical disability from September 27, 2018 to November 19, 2018. The patient was admitted to a chronic ward due to poor sputum clearance, required long-term care and had psychological problems due to a long hospital stay. Gordon&rsquo;s Functional Health Patterns were applied for health assessment. Data collection was completed through observation, physical assessment, and medical records review. Health problems were identified as ineffective airway clearance/thick sputum, impaired physical mobility/Japanese encephalitis infec- tion with neuromuscular injury, and anxiety/worry about disease prognosis. Nursing interventions included: maintaining semi-Fowler&rsquo;s position; chest percus- sion; deep breathing and effective coughing techniques to strengthen sputum production; a progressive rehabilitation plan combined with acupuncture treat- ment of Chinese medicine to improve part of the physical function and self-care ability, so that the case could find self-confidence and participate in rehabilita- tion; active care and letting the case to express feelings about changing tubes, and accompanying reduction of discomfort; and relieving anxiety by listening to Taiwanese songs, practicing meditation, and responding positively to the illness. It is recommended that future hospitalized patients using traditional Chinese acupuncture therapy should be covered by health insurance. We hope the sharing of this nursing experience can be beneficial to the care of similar patients.</p>

Artificial Accelerated Aging (UV) Method for Performance Comparison of Organic Coatings
涂料在天然曝晒的条件下进行老化,需要很长的时间,不能快速比较其性能优劣,采用人工加速老化试验(氙灯老化法)对丙烯酸磁漆和聚氨酯面漆分6个周期(1周期:200hUV和50h盐雾)进行老化,用FTIR,SEM和光泽仪对老化的涂层进行分析表征,用交流阻抗(EIS)法来测试两种涂层抗渗水性能的强弱。结果表明,聚氨酯面漆抗紫外线的能力要比丙烯酸磁漆强;聚氨酯面漆的抗渗水性能强于丙烯酸磁漆。聚氨酯的综合性能强于丙烯酸磁漆。It needs a lot of time to examine the aging behavior of coatings under natural exposure condition, which makes it impossible to compare the performance of various coatings rapidly. Thus an artificially accelerated aging test was developed to evaluate the aging behavior of acrylic acid paint enamel and polyurethane top coating using a xenon lamp as the irradiation source. The acrylic acid paint enamel and polyurethane top coating were therefore aged by irradiating with ultraviolet for 200 h plus salt spraying for 50 h up to a total test cycle of six. The aged coatings were characterized using a Fourier transformation infrared spectroscope, a scanning electron microscope, and a luster device. The resistance to water infiltration of the two coatings was evaluated using EIS. Results showed that the polyurethane coating had better UV resistance and waterinfiltration resistance than the acrylic acid paint enamel.厦门市重点科技项目(3502Z20021087
Nano-TiO_2 modified acrylic coatings for improving resistance to ultraviolet illumination
对两种不同晶型的纳米TiO2进行紫外可见光谱的测试,结果表明在波长300~330nm的范围内,金红石型结构的纳米TiO2对紫外光有强的吸收。利用十二烷基苯磺酸钠对纳米TiO2进行改性,提高其表面的亲油性,使之对有机基团有比较好的亲和性。在丙烯酸树脂中加入改性的纳米TiO2,并进行超声波分散和成膜,获得含不同比例纳米TiO2的丙烯酸树脂复合薄膜,对不同的纳米TiO2复合薄膜进行紫外可见吸收光谱分析。结果表明,在一定范围内,随着纳米TiO2含量的增加,纳米复合涂层对紫外光的吸收率呈上升趋势,抗紫外线性能增强。Comparing with two kinds of different crystalline of nano-TiO_2 particles from the ultraviolet spectroscope,it was showed that the rutile nano-TiO_2 particles have stronger UV adsorption in the range of 300~330nm(wavelength).Nano-TiO_2 particles modified by SDBS not only improve the surface oil dissolve but also have an excellent appetency with organic groups.The SDBS-modified nano-TiO_2 particles are added in acrylate resin,and process ultrasonic disperse to obtain the different percent of nano-TiO_2 composite of acrylic resin,then the films with different percent of nano-TiO_2 were characterized by ultraviolet spectrophotometer(UV).The results indicate that,with the increase of nano-TiO_2 particles,nano-composite coatings take on the ascending trend of UV adsorption in some definite fields;therefore it was able to greatly resist the UV degradation.教育部重点课题资助项目(104253);; 厦门市重点科技资助项目(3502Z20021087
