    技術的變動日新月異,創新技術的出現可能完全取代產業中原有的技術,而技術在企業中所扮演的角色,已漸漸從支援輔助性工具的角色,成為企業競爭策略中一項重要的關鍵資源,為了提高公司績效或促進新產品發展,企業應擬定適當的技術策略,而技術策略的擬定會受到公司所擁有的資產與能力的影響,因此企業是否擁有這項能力來協助技術策略的制定便很重要,而技術機會主義便代表了組織意識並回應技術改變的能力。因此本研究擬探討技術機會主義與公司績效的關係,並納入權變因素,以探討其對技術機會主義與公司績效的影響。 本研究針對台灣一千大製造業所作的問卷調查研究分析結果顯示: 1.技術機會主義有助於企業的技術採用與公司績效的提升。 2.當公司之市場導向愈大時,會使技術機會主義對公司績效的正向效果減弱。 3.當環境中技術變動性愈大時,會使技術機會主義對公司績效的正向效果增強。 4.當環境之網路外部性愈強時,會使技術機會主義對公司績效的正向效果減弱。 本研究站在企業的角度,探討企業的技術機會主義與技術採用的關聯,引申其與公司績效間的關係,並加入外在環境及內部策略導向的調節變數,以探討績效表現的變動方向及程度。由於過去的文獻多著墨在影響技術採用的因素上,但鮮少探討技術採用與績效間的關係,因此本研究結果可提供企業技術策略制定與評估之參考。Business history offers many examples of industries in which radical technologies emerged and eventually overwhelmed established technologies. Technology is no longer just an enabler of business processes but is increasingly becoming the core of the firm’s business strategy. Technological opportunism, a sense-and-respond capability of firms with respect to new technologies, is an important determinant of technology adoption. To assess the contribution of technological opportunism in explaining firm’s performance, this study also includes moderated variables in the model. Using data collected from manufacturing industry by mail questionnaire, the empirical results show as follow: 1.Technological opportunism has a positive effect on firm performance. 2.Increases in the level of a firm’s market orientation weaken the relationship between technological opportunism and performance. 3.Increases in the level of technology turbulence strengthen the relationship between technological opportunism and performance. 4.Increases in the level of network externalities weaken the relationship between technological opportunism and performance. Although there have been numerous studies which focused on determinants of the adoption of technological innovations, little research has been done on the relationship to performance. Over the years more and more organizations have invested heavily in new technologies in order to stay competitive in their given industries. This study on the position of a firm examines the effect of technological opportunism on organizational performance.     林業行政管理積效之研究 -以臺灣省林務局為例

    本研究從行政管理之理論著手,就組織結構、組織資源、領導形態、溝通、工作士氣及工作滿足感等方面來探討目前林業行政管理上所遭遇之間題。本研究之研究對象包括林務局本局(不包括農林航空測量所)、八個林區管理處及34 個工作站,透過問卷調查、口頭訪問以及資料蒐集等方法進行研究,再利用描述性分析、t-test、單因于變異數分析、迴歸分析以及路徑分析等進行統計分析。 經由調查之結果得知,影響績效之最大因素是工作士氣,次為組織資源;而影響工作士氣之最大因素為組織結構,組織資源則是受試者最不滿意之一部分。所以,改進林業行政管理績效首先可由組織結構與組織資源著手。 This study starts from the theory of administration management to explore the encountered questiones in forestry administration , and then focuses on organizational structure, organizational resource, leadership forms,communication, morale, satisfaction and so on. The investigation object of this study includes T.F.B, eight forestry district, and thirty-four working stations with exception of Aerial Survey lnstitute. This study was carried out by quesionnaire, oral visition, collecting data and so on, and the analysis involved descriptive statistics, t-test, the one-factor analysis of variance, multiple regression and path analysis. The investigation results were shown as follows : the most important effection the performance are morale and organizational resource. However the most important effect on the morale is organizational structure. The organizational resource is the most dissatisfactory item of all. Therefore, the improvement of the forestry administration should be from organizational structure and organizational resource

    Interpretation of Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy in Coating/Metal System by CR Transmission Line Model

    根据CR传输线模型和QR电路之间的关系,建立了拟合其初值的计算方法,借助Z-View软件,可求得各元件精确值.根据电容(Ci)和电阻(Ri)随特征频率(f)的分布,推导了元件相对增量与恒相位角元件(Q)指数参数n的关系,结果表明,当n小于0.5时,Ci比Ri增加得更快,从新的角度说明了n的物理意义及其和界面脱层之间的关系.作为应用实例,拟合了不同特征的电化学阻抗谱,分析了有机涂层/金属腐蚀体系阻抗变化的具体过程,区分了点蚀和脱层因素对阻抗谱的影响,从高阻抗体系同时得到了与不同空隙率有关的涂层电容和电阻值,并根据涂层体系的不均匀特征探讨了模型结构的物理意义.According to the relationship between CR transmission line model (CR circuit) and QR circuit,an approach to calculate the initial value for fitting the former was found.Then,accurate values of its all elements could be obtained by using Z View software.Based on the distribution of capacitance (Ci) and resistance( Ri) vs.characteristic frequency (f ),the function of the relative increment of its elements vs.the CPE(constant phase element) power n could be drawn out.It showed that Ci value increased more quickly than that of Ri when n < 0.5,so the physical meaning of n and its connection with the delamination at the coating/metal interface were interpreted from a new standpoint.As examples of application,the fit of several different types of electrochemical impedance spectroscopy,the inspection of the evolution of impedances in organic coating/metal system with time,discrimination of the effects of corrosion and delamination on the impedance,as well as the samultaneous estimation of capacitance and resistance of coating with various interspace from high impedance system were performed.Finally,the physical meaning of the CR circuit in organic coatings system was discussed for the heterogeneous characteristics of organic coating.国家重点研究发展规划(G19990650)资助项目~

    采用传输线类型的CR电路解析阻抗谱得到离散的电容参数,它们随离散特征频率变化的线性区间斜率与有机涂层/金属界面的瞬时脱层速率有关,不受缺陷位置腐蚀产物的影响,重现性好.建立了阻抗谱与粘结力的定量关系和数据处理方法,并进行了验证,说明了精度较高的原因.用硅烷直接预处理,或者磷化、热浸锌后再处理,会明显影响A3钢与环氧粉末涂层之间的粘结力.According to the experimental results and the basic concept that the capacitive contribution of the coating/metal system to EIS can reflect the change occurring at interface sensitively,the quantitative relationship between the adhesion and the analytical result of EIS is established.The approach is using the transmission line model(CR circuit) to obtain the discrete capacitance values,analyzing the physical meaning of the slope at the region in which the discrete capacitances change linearly with the discrete characteristic frequency.The data handling method is also given in detail.The relationship is validated by experiments.The results show that under certain conditions,the slopes are mainly determined by the speed of instantaneous delamination at organic coating/metal interface and are not influenced by the corrosion product built up at the artificial defect,so they have good reproducibility despite the EIS of duplicate samples showing very different configuration.The analytical results from EIS are often higher than that of mechanical measurements when adhesion is strong.Explanation of the discrepancy shows that the results from EIS are more accurate and reasonable.In regard to epoxy powder paints and A3 steel,the results also indicate that the pretreatment of substrate using silane with and without hot dip galvanized or phosphate treatment can influence markedly the adhesion between substrate and coating.国家重点基础研究发展规划项目(G19990650)资助~

    According to the experimental results and the basic concept that the capacitive contribution of the coating/metal system to EIS can reflect the change occurring at interface sensitively, the quantitative relationship between the adhesion and the analytical result of EIS is established. The approach is using the transmission line model (CR circuit) to obtain the discrete capacitance values, analyzing the physical meaning of the slope at the region in which the discrete capacitances change linearly with the discrete characteristic frequency. The data handling method is also given in detail. The relationship is validated by experiments.     [[abstract]]汽車帶給人們方便,使生活文明得快速發展;但因汽車數量劇增,也產生不少負面影響。大量排放的CO2及Nox稱為溫室氣體,使地球溫度逐漸上升。CO、HC、NOx、SOx、PM、鉛化合物等,使城市空氣受汙染,嚴重影響人類的健康。並且對地球上的所有生物產生不利的影響,為減少汽車排氣的汙染公害,世界各先進國家雖制定很完整的汽車排氣汙染管制法規及測試方法,並嚴格實施及促使汽車排氣汙染控制技術迅速的發展,但畢竟只能降低卻無法完全杜絕,故唯有發展〝燃料電池〞方是拯救地球之道
