目的探讨临床药师参与放射性肺炎的药物治疗方案的制定以及早期诊断提供指导。方法通过参与1例无症状性放射性肺炎患者的治疗,对该案例诊治方法、放射性肺炎相关影响因素以及用药注意事项等进行分析总结。结果定期相关检查和合理用药才能及时并有效控制放射性炎症的进展。结论激素为主的综合治疗是放射性肺炎的基本治疗手段,但早发现、早诊断、早治疗才是关键

Research progress and application of microbial origin naringinase

柚皮苷是影响柚子汁品味的最主要因素,柚苷酶具有将柚皮苷分解为普鲁宁、鼠李糖、葡萄糖和柚皮素等物质的功能,并且这些物质已广泛用于制药和饮料行业。本文介绍了近年来国内外微生物来源的柚苷酶的研究、酶学特性、酶活测定、结构与功能等,表明细菌来源的柚苷酶最适温度为37~70℃,最始PH值为4.5~8.0;真菌来源的柚苷酶最适温度为30~75℃,最始PH值为4.0~11.0。介绍了柚苷酶及其相关产物在食品、饮料和制药工业中的应用进展,发现柚苷酶不仅具有脱苦的作用,还对人类的身体健康具有重要作用。展望了今后的研究方向,应该从柚苷酶高产菌株的选育、发酵产酶的工艺优化和酶的应用等方面开展工作,大幅度提高柚苷酶的产酶水平。Naringin is the principal factor which bitters the taste of grapefruit juice.Naringin could be hydrolyzed by naringinase into prunin,rhamnose,glucose,and naringenin,which have wide applications in the pharmaceutical and beverage industry.This paper provides an overview of the studies on microbial origin naringinase,purification,characterization and determination of enzyme activity as well as protein structure and function.The optimum temperature of naringinase from bacteria is from 37 ℃ to 70 ℃ while the optimal pH is in the range of 4.5 to 8.0;the optimum temperature of naringinase from fungal is from 30 ℃ to 75 ℃ while the optimal pH is in the range of 4.0 to 11.0.The applications of naringinase and its various products in food,beverage,and pharmaceutical are also presented,showing that naringinase could not only debitter the fruit juice but also play an important role in human health.In addition,the development trends and potential applications of naringinase are also prospected.The research emphasis should be placed on screening ideal microbe strains and fermentation process optimization to enhance naringinase

Two Cases of Simple Bone Cyst Including a bilateral case

Two cases of simple bone cyst which appeared in the mandibular body region in a 31-year-old man and 26-year-old man were reported. The cyst in the former was curetted, but in the latter it was preserved after extraction of the unerupted mandibular third molar which had been enveloped. The cavities were filled roentgenographically on the healing of the lesion in both cases. 54 cases of simple bone cyst shown in the Japanese articles and in this article were evaluated

解放军第一七五医院临床药学工作内容与成效分析

目的:系统分析解放军第一七五医院临床药学常规工作内容和工作成效,为建立临床药学工作者绩效考核方案提供参考。方法:对本院临床药师开展的药事管理、药师门诊、药学会诊等工作内容进行总结,从合理用药指标完成情况、各工作项目数量、协助提高临床药物治疗水平等方面对临床药师的工作质量进行评价。结果:本院临床药师共开展十项符合本院实际的特色服务,各工作项目数量逐年上升,合理用药指标逐步达标,合理用药水平逐步提高。结论:本院临床药师常规工作内容已基本建立,但应进一步拓展药学服务的深度和广度,重点发展特色的药学技术服务项目

Spontaneous peripelvic extravasation: reports of two cases

Spontaneous peripelvic extravasation must be distinguished from spontaneous rupture of the renal pelvis in urological emergency. The literatures revealed 42 cases of peripelvic extravasation and 35 cases of rupture of the renal pelvis in Japan. Most of them were caused by urolithiasis and malignant tumors. We report 2 cases of spontaneous peripelvic extravasation caused by urolithiasis, which were successfully treated conservatively

A case of Cushing's syndrome due to adrenal black adenoma

Functional black adenoma of the adrenal gland is rare, and there are few reports. We report a case of functional black adenoma of the adrenal gland associated with Cushing's syndrome. The case was in a 59-year-old female, whose chief complaints were weight gain and general fatigue for 7 years. Clinical and laboratory findings were characteristic to those of Cushing's syndrome. With computed tomography and ultrasonography, a round tumor about 18 x 12 mm was detected at the left suprarenal region. Left adrenalectomy was done and a black tumor, 5.0 g in weight, was obtained. Most of the adenoma cells contained numerous pigmented granules which were considered as lipofuscin. The patient is alive without any symptoms of Cushing's syndrome 8 months after the operation. The Japanese literature of the functional black adenoma was also reviewed
