    Parametric optimum design of an irreversible photon-enhanced thermionic emission solar cell hybrid system

    考虑实际系统中存在的多种传热损失,本文建立一类不可逆光子增强热离子发射太阳能电池与温差热电发电器组合而成的混发电系统模型.基于太阳能电池与温差热电发电器之间的能量平衡方程,导出该混合系统输出功率和效率的表达式.通过数值计算,详细分析了光增热离子太阳能电池的面积、阴极半导体材料的禁带宽度、电子亲和势以及温差热电发电器的无量纲电流对混合系统优化性能的影响,确定混合发电系统运行于最大效率下光子增强热离子太阳能电池阴极材料的禁带宽度,电子亲和势,电池面积和温差热电发电器的无量纲电流的优化值.结果表明,采用混合发电系统,太阳能转换效率与工作于相同条件下的单一光增热离子太阳能电池的效率相比可提高约10%,而光增热离子太阳能电池阴极半导体材料禁带宽度在最大效率下的优化值则比单一光增热离子太阳能电池的小.本文所得结果可为实际光子增强热离子太阳能电池混合发电系统的设计和优化运行提供理论依据.A class of an irreversible thermodynamic model of the hybrid power system consisting of a photon-enhanced thermiomic emission solar cell(PETSC) and a thermoelectric generator(TEG) is established, in which some main irreversible losses existing real hybrid systems are taken into account. Based on equations of the energy balance between the solar cell and thermoelectric generator,expressions for the power output and efficiency of the hybrid system are derived. By using the numerical calculation, influences of the cell area, the energy band gap and electron affinity of the cathode semiconductor materials, and the dimensionless current of the generator on the optimal performance of the hybrid system are analyzed in detail. Under the operating condition of maximum efficiency, the optimal values of some important performance parameters of the hybrid system, such as the energy band gap, electron affinity, area and dimensionless current, are given. The results obtained in this paper show that by using the hybrid system, the solar energy conversion efficiency can be increased by about 10% and the optimal value of the energy band gap for the PESTC of the hybrid system at maximum efficiency is smaller than that of the energy band gap for alone operating PESTC.     Research of 120 pre-hospital emergency system based on wireless 3G network

    目的:针对国内院前急救的发展现状和不足,提出一种基于无线3g网络的120院前急救系统的解决方法。方法:利用无线3g网络通信技术,建立救护车、接诊医院与远端专家之间的信息通路,实现实时音视频和生命体征信息的传输。结果:该系统实现了远程救护指导、抢救方案的提前制订及接诊的准备,从而缩短了患者的救治时延,提高了患者的救治率,减少了医疗纠纷。结论:基于无线3g网络的120院前急救系统是可行的,并将在提高院前急救和转运水平、提高患者的救治率、节约急救资源、减少医疗纠纷等方面发挥更积极的作用。Objective To analyze the current development situation and the deficiency of pre-hospital emergency treatment in China, and to propose a solution for 120 pre-hospital emergency system based on wireless 3G network.Methods Using wireless 3G network communication technology, a remote access of information between ambulance, the admission hospital and remote experts was established, and the real-time transmission of information on audio, video and vital signs was implemented.Results The functions including the guidance of remote ambulance, the early formulation of rescue program and the preparation of clinical reception were implemented by this system, which could reduce the delay time before treatment of patient, improve the patient's treatment rate and reduce medical disputes.Conclusion It is feasible to use a 120 pre-hospital emergency system based on the wireless 3G network.It can greatly shorten the delay before patient treatment, improve the patient treatment rate and reduce medical disputes.南京军区重点项目(11Z023); 漳州市自然科学基金项目(Z2011009

    通过对鼓浪屿古榕树的普查,选择其健康诊断的生长指标和生理指标,包括当年生枝叶、果实生长状况、叶绿素荧光等,对不同生长势的古榕树进行分析,旨在探讨基于生长指标与生理指标相结合的古榕树的健康诊断方法,为古榕树的养护与复壮提供依据。结果表明,生长指标与生理指标能较一致地指示古榕树的健康状况。因此,可通过生长指标与生理指标相结合的方法诊断古榕树的健康状况。Based on the general investigation and analysis of the ancient trees of Ficus microcarpa at Gulangyu by use of the growth indices and the physiological indices,such as the growth status of annual branches,leaves and fruits and the chlorophyll fluorescence,the diagnosis of the ancient trees of Ficus microcarpa with different growth vigor was discussed to provide evidence for their maintenance and rejuvenation.The results indicated that the growth indices and the physiological indices could consistently instruct the health status of the ancient trees of Ficus microcarpa.Thus the diagnosis by the combination of the growth indices and the physiological indices could be applied to the ancient trees of Ficus microcarpa.鼓浪屿万石山国家级风景名胜区科技项目资助(GW2008
