Exfoliazone通过诱导细胞凋亡抑制HepG2细胞体外增殖
探讨Exfoliazone对肝癌细胞HepG2增殖及凋亡的影响.采用细胞培养技术,用不同浓度的药物在一定的时间内处理细胞株,应用MTT比色法检测Exfoliazone对HepG2细胞体外生长的抑制作用;4′,6-二脒基-2-苯基吲哚(DAPI)荧光染料染色,显示凋亡细胞形态;用Western-Blotting检测聚腺苷二磷酸核糖聚合酶(PARP)蛋白的表达;Annexin V/PI双染检测Exfoliazone对HepG2细胞凋亡的影响.Exfoliazone可抑制HepG2细胞的生长,并呈现剂量和时间的抑制,在药物处理24、48和72 h后,半数细胞抑制浓度(IC50)分别为35、16和8μmol/L.进一步研究表明,Exfoliazone可诱导PARP切割,细胞出现核质浓集和凋亡小体等典型的凋亡形态学特征,Annexin V/PI染色证实Exfoliazone能诱导HepG2细胞凋亡,并且以早期凋亡为主.Exfoliazone可能通过诱导HepG2细胞凋亡抑制癌细胞的生长
庚型肝炎病毒基因在大肠杆菌中表达的初步研究
利用原核表达载体 pRSET或 (和 )pGEX在大肠杆菌内表达了覆盖庚型肝炎病毒 (HGV)C NS3和NS5区的多段基因。CE1、E2、NS3、NS5及NS3 NS5嵌合基因等的 8段基因均有高效表达 ,各重组蛋白产量与菌体总蛋白之比在 10 %~ 35 %之间。对以上重组蛋白进行免疫学筛选 ,证实其中 7个重组蛋白均具免疫学活性 ,在一定程度上确定了重组HGV抗原表位的分布 ,为HGV的血清学和免疫学诊断试剂的研究奠定了坚实基

研究红海榄的化学成分.将红海榄的细枝粉碎后用95%乙醇浸提、回流热提,合并浓缩,浸膏的乙酸乙酯萃取物,经柱色谱分离,并应用EI MS,1H NMR,13C NMR等谱学方法确定其结构.从福建浮宫九龙江河口采集的红海榄中分离得到9个化合物,分别为β-谷甾醇(1),胡萝卜甙(2),Taraxerol(3),Careaborin(4),Cis-careaborin(5),2,6-二甲氧基-对羟基苯甲醛(6),异香草酸(7),原儿茶酸(8),2,4,6-三甲氧基苯酚(9).其中化合物(6),(7),(8),(9)为首次从该种植物中分离获得.The chemical constituents of Rhizophora stylosa,which occurs in the intertidal zones of tropical and subtropical coastlines were studied.The twigs of Rhizophora stylosa were collected from Fugong Fujian in July 2002.The air-dried and powdered plant material(8.5 kg) was estracted with 95% ethanol.Removal of the sovlent from the combined 95% ethanol extracts under reduced pressure gave a residue(490 g).The extract was taken up in H_2O and treated with EtOAc.The EtOAc fraction(40 g) was subjected to column chromatography over a column of silica gel(200~300 mesh) using solvent from petroleum ether to acetone.All fractions were collected and the fractions showing similar spots were combined.The residues were subjected to rechromatography over silica gel or sephadex LH-20 to yield 9 pure compounds.Their structures were indentified by EIMS,~1H NMR and ~(13)C NMR analysis and the spectral data were compared with those reported in literatures.Nine compounds are isolated from Rhizophora stylosa of Fugong,Fujian province by using column chromatography.The nine compounds are β-stitosterol(1),dausterol(2),taraxerol(3),careaborin(4),cis-careaborin(5),2,6-dimethoxy-p-hydroxybenzal-dehyde(6),2,4,6-trimethoxy-phenol(7),protocatechuic acid(8).Compound(6),(7),(8),(9) are isolated from this genus for the first time.福建省科技计划项目(2003Y036)资

版人际反应指针量表(IRI-C)与电脑版“看眼读心”测验(RMET)量化其共情及ToM水平。【结果】PTM得分低组相较于得分
高组的AQ-C总分(14.8 ± 5.3 vs. 13.8±5.3,P=0.031)、社会性(29.8±6.1 vs. 27.6±6.0,P=0.001)得分更高。低水平亲社会组的
IRI-C总分(46.5±9.9 vs 52.8±8.6,P=0.025)、观点采择得分(10.3±3.6 vs 12.1±2.4,P=0.049)均低于高水平亲社会组,RMET各

The aim of this study is to develop assay kids for measurements of the concentrations of Haptoglobin, C-reactive protein and serum amyloid Ain bovine serum. Development of assay kids for SAA will be done in this year. After complete the project, we will have developed 6 kinds of assay kids for acute phase proteins with high throughput, high sensitivity and simplicity. It will decrease the cost of assay kids in execution of Disease Early Surveillance System"(EDSS). The assay kids for acute phase proteins will also be important tools in food safety. Beside
