    福建外来船舶压舱水中浮游植物种类组成与丰度及其影响因素的初步研究

    2006~2008年间对进入福建沿海4个主要港口的12艘国际航船所携带的压舱水进行浮游植物种类组成和丰度分布的调查.此调查共检测出浮游植物7个门86属239种(含变种和变型),77μm孔径网滤样和20μm孔径网滤样的平均藻类丰度分别为1.2×102cells/dm3(变动在0~9.1×102cells/dm3间)和3.4×103cells/dm3(变动在0~3.0×104cells/dm3间).同时对其中6艘船舶的压舱水样品用f/2培养基培养,共有13种硅藻和1种甲藻被成功培养.文中还分析了压舱水中浮游植物丰度与盐度、水龄的关系,并结合历史资料讨论了压舱水里各类浮游植物的分布

    中国东南沿海港口外轮压舱水生物的调查

    随机选取东南沿海港口的17艘外来船舶(含8条集装箱船和9条散货船)作为监测对象,进行压舱水浮游植物及动物的物种鉴定和丰度测定,并对监测数据进行统计学分析。检出分属于7个浮游植物门类和5个动物门类的309种外来压舱水生物(包括60种赤潮生物)。外轮压舱水生物的分布及生存状态与水样的水龄和盐度相关。船舶压舱水排放是大家熟知的外来水生生物入侵的主要媒介。本调查结果表明,中国东南沿海外来散货船的压舱水排放所具的潜在生物入侵风险比集装箱船更应受关注

    提出了利用分子束外延方法生长In_(0.5)Ga_(0.5)As/In_(0.5)Al_(0.5)As应变耦合量子点,并分析量子点的形貌和光学性质随GaAs隔离层厚度变化的特点.实验结果表明,随着耦合量子点中的GaAs隔离层厚度从2 nm增加到10 nm,In_(0.5)Ga_(0.5)As量子点的密度增大、均匀性提高,Al原子扩散和浸润层对量子点PL谱的影响被消除,而且InAlAs材料的宽禁带特征使其成为InGaAs量子点红外探测器中的暗电流阻挡层.由此可见,选择合适的GaAs隔离层厚度形成InGaAs/InAlAs应变耦合量子点将有益于InGaAs量子点红外探测器的研究

    研究了两种抗生素对水稻种胚愈伤组织诱导和分化的影响。结果表明:供试抗生素卡那霉素(kAnAMyCIn,kM)和氨苄青霉素(AMPICIllIn,AP)对水稻种胚愈伤组织的诱导和生长都发生抑制作用,而kM比AP的抑制作用强。不论诱导期还是分化期用kM50、100Mg/kg处理,除可培养出少量白化苗外,200Mg/kg以上剂量处理的均未能分化出绿苗。仅分化期用AP处理,50~200Mg/kg浓度促进了绿苗分化,但浓度达400Mg/kg时则开始发生抑制作用。诱导期用kM处理的愈伤组织,在分化期其死亡率随浓度的提高而提高。而仅在分化期用kM和AP处理的愈伤组织,虽也有不同程度的致死现象,但数量较少。kM+AP对愈伤组织的诱导和生长具有累加抑制作用。在分化期处理,AP可部分解除kM对绿苗分化的抑制效应。文中还讨论了kM和AP作为检测是否导入外源基因的适宜浓度。the inductions of rice embryo calli are inhibited by both Kanamycin (Km)and Ampicillin(Ap),two kinds of Antibiotics, moreover, Km is more eFFective than Ap, Callus induction rates are negatively and signiFicantly correlated with Antibiotic concentrations, Antibiotics.especially Km, also inhibit the growth of calli in the induction phase, No any green seedling diFFerentiates with Km treated either in induction phase or in diFFerentiation phase,except that a Few albinoseedlings appear in the treatments of 50 and 100 mg /kgm,DiFFerentiations of green seedlings are promoted by50 to 200 mg /kg of Ap treated in diFFerentiation phase.Callus death rates rise as the increases of Km concentrations treated in induction phase, Treatments withKm and Ap in diFFeren-tiation phase tend to cause the death of calli in varying degrees,but death rates are lower, Km +Ap inhibit coordinately the inductions and diFFerentiations of calli.Ap can partially remove the in-hibition eFFects of Km on diFFerentiation of green seedlings when treated in diFFerentiation phase.Discussions also have been made on the proper concentrations of Km andApused to detect whether the Foreign genes were introduced in

    根据八带k·p理论,在三维InGaAs/GaAs量子点阵列中求解kx=ky=kz=0 处的有效质量哈密顿H0的本征值,得到InGaAs量子点中导带中电子基态EC1,第一激发态EC2和重空穴态EHH1的能级.随着In组分从30%增加100%,InGaAs量子点中EC2到EC1的带内跃迁波长从18.50 μm 蓝移到11.87 μm,而EC1到EHH1的跃迁波长则从1.04 μm红移到1.73 μm;随着量子点高度从1.0 nm增加到 5.0 nm,In0.5Ga0.5As和InAs量子点中EC1到EC2的带内跃迁都从束缚态-连续态型转换到束缚态-束缚态型,对应于两种量子点的带内跃迁波长分别从8.12 μm (5.90 μm)红移到 53.47 μm(31.87 μm),两种量子点中EC1到EHH1的跃迁波长分别从1.13 μm(1.60 μm)红移到1.27 μm(2.01 μm)

    用60COγ射线辐照水稻保持系V20b成熟花穗,在不育系V20A上授粉,观察雄配子体双受精行为的辐照剂量效应。结果表明,雄配子体双受精进程所需时间随辐照剂量增大而延长,且主要表现在雌雄配子体核仁融合时间延长。0.186kgy以下剂量组,其延长时间在13H以下,0.279kgy以上剂量组,其延长时间达15H以上。同时,产生多种形态的畸形胚细胞和胚乳核。The mature panicles of rice were treated with 60Coγ-rays in the range of 0~0.372 kGy.The male sterile line used as the Female plants were Fertilized with γ-irradiated pollen manu-ally.The dose eFFect of the irradiated pollen on double Fertilization was investigated.It wasFound that double Fertilization of the irradiated pollen was suppressed to diFFerent degrees ascompared with the control.The eFFect was noticeable as that the Fuslon time of the male nu-cleolus with the Female one was delayed with the increasing of γ-radiation dose.The delayedtime was less than 13 hours when the dose was below 0.186 kGy and it was more than 15hours when the dose was above 0.279 kGy.Furthermore, several types of deFormed embry-onic cells and endosperm nuclei were observed.国家和福建省自然科学基

    Effect of laser dispersed treated morphology on traction coefficient under mixed lubrication

    To investigate the influence of surface texture on traction characteristics of wheel/rail under mixed lubrication, laser dispersed treatment was used to form texture patterns, such as longitudinal, transverse and rhombus, on the surface of wheel discs. The film thickness and contact area ratio were calculated by using deterministic model instead of stochastic model. Based on the load-sharing concept, the hydrodynamic film and asperities both contribute in carrying the total load. Therefore the traction force is composed of two components: hydrodynamic traction force and asperity traction force. The tribological tests were conducted on an Amsler type wear testing machine. It is shown that the traction coefficient of rhombus pattern is higher than that of longitudinal and transverse, while the latters are similar. Though the asperity orientation of longitudinal and transverse is different, their influence on traction coefficient under mixed lubrication should be investigated further. © Civil-Comp Press, 2014
