    国际银行业并购的机理分析及对我国银行业的启示

    南海中深层动力格局与演变机制研究进展

    南海是连接印度洋-太平洋的最大边缘海,在季风、海峡水交换以及复杂地形影响下,南海环流呈现出独特的三层结构以及远强于大洋的混合特征.理论与观测表明,南海内潮、内孤立波以及强风等过程是强混合的动力来源.在南海强混合作用下,南海发育了活跃的中深层动力系统,一方面促进了南海与大洋之间的水体交换,另一方面调控上层风生环流,使得南海环流显著区别于其他热带与副热带海盆.南海活跃的中深层环流所具有的物质搬运能力又显著影响着南海的地质沉积、生物地球化学循环等过程.中国对深海研究持续投入,在南海中深层环流动力学研究方面取得了显著的成果,文章就该方面进行总结,并对南海深海环流未来研究设想进行初步探讨

    Distribution of particulate amino acids in the Changjiang Estuary and its adjacent sea and their indications for degradation and sources of organic matter

    A total of 50 samples were collected to investigate the distribution and composition of particulate amino acids(PAA)in the Changjiang Estuary and its adjacent East China Sea in March, 2018. The results showed that the average concentration of PAA was(1.86 1.02)mumol/L(0.76~5.55 mumol/L). The major components of PAA in this study were Asp(aspartic acid), Gly(glycine acid), Ser(serine acid), Ala(alanine acid)and Glu(glutamic acid). The average concentrations of particulate organic carbon(POC)and particulate nitrogen(PN)were(74.21 37.70)mumol/L(18.06~238.66 mumol/L)and(7.52 3.46)mumol/L(2.27~ 19.86 mumol/L), respectively. The distributions of PAA, POC and PN showed similar trends, with elevated concentrations were found at the mouth of the Changjiang River and nearshore stations of the study area. The vertical distributions of PAA, POC and PN exhibited a uniform pattern. The C/N ratio in this study gradually decreased seaward, reflecting the influence of terrestrial input. Derivative parameters Asp/Gly and Ser + Thr [mol%] based on amino acids indicated that POM was dominated by diatomaceous organic matter, which might be due to the dominant growth of diatoms in the study area. No correlation were found between the PAA-C(N)% and the degradation index(DI), respectively. This discrepancy may be related to the application of PAAC(N)% and DI to different stages of degradation and the diversity of sources and transformations of amino acids

    目的比较3种甲型流感快速检测试剂的灵敏度。方法利用病毒分离培养液和入境人群的鼻咽拭子标本考查试剂盒的检测灵敏度。结果甲型流感抗原快速检测试剂(fluA-dOT)对8份病毒分离培养液的检测灵敏度达到10--(-2)HA,明显高于其他两种检测试剂;fluA-dOT对入境人群鼻咽拭子标本的检出率为91.67%,也远远高于其他两种检测试剂。结论甲型流感抗原快速检测试剂(fluA-dOT)的检测时间短、灵敏度高,适用于口岸现场的甲型流感快速筛查。Objective To evaluate the sensitivity of three different kinds of assay kits for detecting influenza A virus.Methods To analyze the sensitivity of assay kits for influenza A virus by using the viral culture liquid and nasopharyngeal swabs from entry-exit travelers as samples.Results All the kits were tested against 8 different kinds of strains,the FluA-DOT kit displayed a sensitivity of 10--(-2)HA,it was much better than other kits.The sensitivity of FluA-DOT reached 91.67%when the kit was used for the detection of Nasopharyngeal swab from the entry people,and it was also better than other kits.Conclusion The FluA-DOT kit need a short detection time and have a good sensitivity,it is fit for the rapid detection of influenza A virus at frontier ports.国家质检总局科研基金项目(2012IK243
