洱海流域水生态分区
分区边界的确定是生态分区的重要步骤,但目前多数水生态分区的边界确定以定性分析、专家判断为主。本研究以洱海流域为例,建立了一套两级分区体系。该体系基于GIS技术,用子流域作为分区基本单元,并用相关分析法,定量筛选一、二级分区指标。其中,一级分区指标为高程、坡度和植被归一化指数(NDVI),二级分区指标为农田百分比和城镇百分比。通过指标图层的叠加和重分类,合并同质性子流域,从而将洱海流域划分为5个一级区和9个二级区。藻类群落分布的验证结果表明分区合理。本研究将定量分析和子流域边界应用于水生态分区,使分区边界的确定更科学,在实际管理中更具有可操作性。本研究结果为水生态分区研究提供了新的方法,为洱海流域水生态管理提供了基本管理单元

Distribution of pal-1 mRNA in Caenorhabditis elegans wild-type and mutant early (embryos) via in situ hybridization
pal-1是秀丽小杆线虫(Caenorhabditis elegans)早期胚胎发育中决定体细胞命运的重要基因,也是转录因子,调控后续基因的表达,凡含有该基因表达的细胞发育成体细胞。本文通过整体原位杂交技术检测pal-1mRNA在C·elegans野生型和par-1、par-2、par-3、par-4突变体、spn-4突变体、mex-5/mex-6突变体早期胚胎中的分布,探讨这些基因在胚胎发育早期对pal-1mRNA的影响。实验结果表明:par-1、par-3、par-4突变使4细胞胚胎pal-1mRNA完全丧失了野生型不对称分布模式,pal-1mRNA分布在所有卵裂球中;par-2对pal-1mRNA的分布影响较小,在par-2突变体4细胞胚胎中pal-1mRNA分布与野生型相同。spn-4、mex-5、mex-6也能影响pal-1mRNA的分布,使其分布丧失不对称性。在par-1、par-4突变的情况下,pal-1mRNA广泛存在,但PAL-1蛋白也不表达,显示对pal-1mRNA的翻译调控是PAL-1蛋白空间和时序不对称分布的主要原因[动物学报51(5):884-891,2005]。This paper reports the distribution of pal-1 mRNA in Caenorhabditis elegans early embryo of wild type, par-1,par-2, par-3,par-4 mutant, spn-4 mutant and mex-5/mex-6 mutant via in situ hybridization. In wild type embryos, pal-1 mRNA showed asymmetric localization in one cell, two cell and 4-cell embryos. At 4-cell embryo, posterior 2 cells showed higher levels than anterior cells. In par-1,par-3,par-4 mutant embryos, pal-1mRNA lost asymmetric localization and were present everywhere. Loss function of par-2 did not affect the distribution of pal-1mRNA. spn-4, mex-5 and mex-6 also affected pal-1mRNA asymmetric distribution. In par-1,par-4 mutant, pal-1mRNA was present everywhere but no PAL-1 was detected in any cells of 4-cell embryos. Field map-based rectification of susceptibility distortion and signal compensation in diffusion tensor imaging
目的采用基于体素的场图对磁共振弥散张量成像(diffusion-tensor; imaging,DTI)进行几何变形矫正及信号补偿研究,扩大DTI临床研究及应用价值。材料与方法获取29名健康人脑场图,分别对其DTI进行相位反; 卷积计算及信号校准补偿,将结果配准到3D结构图像。选择对磁场敏感的双侧颅底额叶和颞叶作为观察脑区,对磁场不敏感的丘脑作为对照脑区,对部分各向异性; (fractional; anisotropy,FA)值及信号的差异及其与结构像的形态差异进行统计分析。结果在颅底额叶和颞叶,DTI的磁敏感变形得到了矫正,因场不均性导致; 的信号损失得到了补偿。结论高场中DTI的畸变及体素信号丢失可应用场图的校准得到明显矫正,有利于进一步扩大高场DTI在临床中的应用价值。Objective: This study was designed to employ the voxel-based field map; to rectify the geometric deformation and compensate the signal loss of; diffusion tensor imaging (DTI), and thus facilitate the studies and; clinical applications of DTI. Materials and Methods: Brain field maps; from 29 healthy persons were first used to get B1 field heterogeneous; signals, and then the compensation and phase disconsolation of signals; were performed. Finally, the geometry deformations of DTI were rectified; and registered to 3D images. Magnetic sensitive bilateral temporal lobes; and frontal lobes were selected as regions of interesting and meanwhile,; magnetic insensitive thalamus was selected as control area. Results:; Geometry deformations of DTI produced by different susceptibilities; between specific tissues were completely rectified, and thus the signal; loss was compensated and the accuracy of DTI was significantly enhanced.; Conclusion: Signal compensations and deformation rectifications can be; well achieved using field map, which may improve the applications of DTI; in neurosurgery.国家自然科学基金面上项
Herbicidal Activities of Corn Gluten Peptides Prepared by Different Proteases and Their Relations to Molecular Weight.
以碱性蛋白酶、木瓜蛋白酶、风味蛋白酶和中性蛋白酶4种蛋白酶为水解酶制备玉米蛋白水解肽,用培养皿生物分析法检测在不同浓度(0.5、1.0、2.0和5.0 mg.mL-1)下的4种玉米蛋白水解肽对光鳞水蜈蚣(Kyllingabrevitoliavar.leiolepis)种子萌发过程中根系生长的抑制活性;采用超滤法制备相对分子质量不同的肽段并比较其除草活性。结果表明:不同浓度下的4种玉米蛋白水解肽对光鳞水蜈蚣种子萌发过程中根系生长均有抑制作用,且随着水解肽浓度的增高,其对根系生长的抑制活性增强;碱性蛋白酶、木瓜蛋白酶制备的玉米蛋白粉水解肽对根系生长的抑制活性明显高于风味蛋白酶和中性蛋白酶制备的玉米蛋白粉水解肽。相对分子质量不同的玉米蛋白粉水解肽对根系生长的抑制活性存在差异,5 000 u以下的小分子肽具有更高的抑制活性。Corn gluten peptides were prepared by four different kinds of proteases and their respective root-inhibiting activities on smoothscale kyllinga(Kyllinga brevitolia var.leiolepis) were evaluated in Petri dish bioassay when they were(0.5),1.0,2.0 and 5.0 mg·mL~(-1) in concentration.Results show that they all demonstrated root-inhibiting activity,which increased with their concentration.Herbicidal activities of peptides prepared by alcalase and Papain were significantly higher than those prepared by flavourzyme and neutrase.The peptides varied in bioactivity with molecular weight.Peptides small in molecular weight(<5 000 u) exhibited higher herbicidal activity than those large in molecular weight.广东省科技发展项目(03KJ6062
