Application of Ionic Liquids in Extraction and Separation
室温离子液体是由正负离子组成的室温为液体的熔融盐,因其具有极低的蒸汽压、可设计性和特殊的选择溶解能力等独特的性质,使得其在萃取分离有机物及金属离子、液相微萃取和汽油柴油中脱硫及碱性氮化物等领域都有着广泛应用。综述了离子液体在萃取分离上的应用进展。Ionic substances with melting points close to room temperature were referred as room-temperature ionic liquids,which showed lots of unique properties,e.g.environmentally benign,nonvolatile,designable and were good solvents for a wide range of both organic and inorganic materials.Ionic liquids are widely used in extraction and separation processes,e.g.extraction and separation of metal ions and organic compounds,headspace liquid-phase micro extraction,removal of basic nitrogen compound from distilled diesel and desulphurization of gasoline.In this paper,the recent application of ionic liquids in extraction and separation were reviewed.教育部科学技术研究基金重点资助项目(207108
Autophagy Inhibition by Chloroquine Sensitizes Cervical Cancer SiHa Cells to CPT Treatment
自噬诱导是肿瘤细胞对化疗药物抵抗性的原因之一,该研究探讨溶酶体抑制剂氯喹对喜树碱(camptothecin,CPT)诱导的宫颈癌细胞Si Ha死亡的增敏效果。CPT和/或氯喹处理宫颈癌Si Ha细胞,MTT法检测细胞增殖,DAPI和TUNEL染色观察细胞凋亡,Western blot和免疫荧光检测自噬及凋亡相关蛋白。结果发现,CPT处理后,Si Ha细胞MAP1LC3B荧光点和LC3II(microtubuleassociated protein light chain 3II)蛋白水平增加,p62荧光点和蛋白质水平则减少;而采用氯喹特异抑制自噬后,可明显提高CPT诱导的细胞凋亡、caspase-9的激活和PARP(poly ADP-ribose polymerase)的切割,而全长caspase-2水平显著下降。以上结果提示,氯喹可通过抑制细胞自噬而增强宫颈癌细胞株Si Ha对CPT诱导细胞凋亡的敏感性。The autophagy induction is one of the reasons for the resistance of tumor cells to chemotherapy drugs. In this study, the enhanced sensitivity of cervical cancer Si Ha cells to camptothecin(CPT)-induced cell death by chloroquine(a lysosome inhibitor) was investigated. The cell viability was detected by MTT assay, meanwhile, apoptosis was observed by DAPI and TUNEL, autophagy related proteins and apoptosis proteins were analyzed by immunofluorescence(IF) staining and Western blot in Si Ha cells after CPT treatment alone or combined with chloroquine. The results found that in Si Ha cells with CPT treatment the autophagy related protein LC3 foci and microtubule-associated protein light chain 3II(LC3II) protein level was increased, but p62 foci and protein level was decreased. When autophagy was inhibited by chloroquine, the CPT-induced apoptosis was obviously enhanced, and caspase-9 was activated and PARP was cleaved, but full length caspase-2 was decreased. 在1600—1774年南河阮氏政权存续期间,闽商与南河的贸易得到了持续不断的发展。该发展过程大致可分为1600—1639贸易爆发期、1640—1683郑氏垄断贸易期和1684—1774全面发展3个阶段。贸易的发展促进了闽商与南河社会的交流,带动了众多的闽人移居南河。相应地,福建的物质文化、精神文化和制度文化得以在广南传播、发展与融合,为南河经济文化的发展和闽越经济文化交流作出了重要贡献。When the Nguyen Regime of Nam Ha in Vietnam last in 1600-1774,the Fujian Businessmen has been engaged in trade with the Nguyen Regime of Nam Ha for always.The trade relationships can be roughly divided into three stages:the outbreak period in 1600-1639,the Zheng's Monopoly period in 1640-1683 and all-round development period in1684-1774.As a result,this leads to the further social communication and the emigration of Fujian to the Nam Ha with the trade development.Accordingly,the cultural of Fujian,which is material,spiritual and institutional,could be availably broadcasted,promoted and fused together in Guangnan.This has made the important contributions to economic and cultural exchange with Fujian and Vietnam
Agouti and Agouti-related Proteins
