    作者简介: 杜希萍女,讲师。现从事天然产物化学方面的研究。E-mail: xipingdu@ jmu.edu.cn 通讯作者。E-mail: wjsu@ jmu.edu.cn[中文文摘]用滤纸片琼脂扩散法研究不同海水浓度和培养时间对海洋真菌抗菌活性的影响,旨在为大规模培养海洋真菌和提高获得抗菌物质的几率提供理论依据。结果显示:用不同海水浓度培养基发酵海洋真菌,在供试的10株海洋真菌中,5株海洋真菌的抗菌活性和抗菌谱有明显差异;培养时间不同,6株海洋真菌的抗菌活性差别较大。实验结果表明,不同海水浓度和培养时间对海洋真菌抗菌活性有显著影响。[英文文摘]The effects of different seawater concentration and culture time on antimicrobial activity of marine fungi were studied using agar diffusion method with filter paper diskettes,aiming at providing theoretical foundation for culturing marine fungi on a large scale and improving the probability of antimicrobial metabolites.The results showed that the differences of antimicrobial activities and antimicrobial spectrum of five among ten tested marine fungal strains cultured in different seawater concentration media were fairly obvious; antimicrobial activities of six marine fungal strains were significantly different at the different culture time.The study indicated different seawater concentration and culture time greatly affected the antimicrobial activity of marine fungi.集美大学博士启动基金(ZQ2011004);中央高校基本业务费(2010121092)资

    应用热扩散式树干茎流计(TDP)于2008年4~10月对黄土高原安塞县侧柏人工林树干液流速率进行了连续测定,并对周围气象、土壤水分等多个环境因子进行了同步测定。结果表明:侧柏在不同月份晴天树干液流速率变化具有明显的昼夜节律性,呈单峰曲线;且各月液流速率日均值受土壤供水水平限制总体上呈下降趋势,即4月份最大,为0.00135cm.s-1;10月份最小为0.00011cm.s-1;树干液流速率与光合有效辐射、大气温度、水汽压差呈极显著正相关,与相对湿度呈负相关,其相关程度:光合有效辐射>水汽压差>大气温度>相对湿度,并可用线性表达式来估算;侧柏边材面积和地径呈幂指数关系,并以此结合密度估算出样地侧柏人工林的边材面积为4.65m2,最终估算出侧柏人工林生长季总耗水量为1159.6t.hm-2

    应用热扩散式树干茎流计(TDP)于2008年4月26日至5月31日,在黄土高原半干旱区安塞县对人工林刺槐展叶期树干液流及其气象、土壤水分等6个指标进行连续测定。结果表明:刺槐展叶期可分为芽期、展叶初期、中期和全叶期。在芽期,刺槐树干液流速率日变化无明显昼夜波动;在展叶初期至全叶期日变化呈现出从微弱波动逐渐增大到趋于平稳的剧烈波动;在展叶中期以后液流速率表现为上升快、下降缓慢的单峰曲线;在全叶期平均峰值约为0.0027cm.s-1;树干液流速率与光合有效辐射强度、大气温度、水蒸气压亏缺和风速呈极显著正相关,与相对湿度呈负相关,其相关程度依次为光合有效辐射强度>大气温度>水蒸气压亏缺>相对湿度>风速,且可用光合有效辐射强度和大气温度线性表达式来估测;土壤水分在展叶期呈逐渐减少趋势,但对树干液流的胁迫不显著;在展叶期刺槐单株日蒸腾耗水量随直径的增大而增大并与胸径呈良好的线性关系,可用来估算展叶期刺槐人工林蒸腾耗水量

    四点接触球轴承内外圈沟道圆度误差对旋转精度的影响

    以四点接触球轴承为研究对象,针对四点接触球轴承旋转精度开展研究,提出了同时考虑轴承内圈和外圈圆度误差的轴承旋转精度数值计算方法。以轴承径向跳动量描述轴承的旋转精度,根据四点接触球轴承的结构特点及运动关系,构建了轴承径向跳动的数学模型,并基于Matlab编写程序进行仿真计算。结果表明,内圈沟道谐波阶次不变时,轴承的旋转精度会随着谐波幅值的增大而降低;当内圈谐波阶次为3即内圈沟道廓形为三棱圆时,轴承径向跳动最小,轴承旋转精度最高;当外圈圆度误差谐波次数与钢球的个数存在整倍关系时,外圈的径向跳动最大,当外圈圆度误差谐波次数是钢球个数一半的奇数倍时,外圈径向跳动的值最小

    Probing supermassive black hole binaries with orbital resonances of laser-ranged satellites

    Coalescing supermassive black hole binaries (SMBHBs) are the primary source candidates for low frequency gravitational wave (GW) detections, which could bring us deep insights into galaxy evolutions over cosmic time and violent processes of spacetime dynamics. Promising candidates had been found based on optical and X-ray observations, which claims for new and ready-to-use GW detection approaches before the operations of space-borne antennas. We show that, satellite laser ranging (SLR) missions could serve as probes of coalescing SMBHBs through the GW-induced resonant effects. Lasting and characteristic imprints caused by such resonances in the residual distances or accelerations from SLR measurements are studied, and the detection SNR is analyzed with both the current and future improved ranging precisions. Within redshift z similar to 1, the threshold SNR = 5 requires 1-2 years of accumulated data for the current precision and months of data for improved precision, which are workable for the data processing of SLR missions. Meanwhile, joint detections with multiple SLR missions could further improve the total SNR and the confidence level. Such a detection scheme could fulfill the requirement of a tentative SMBHB probe during the preparing stage of LISA and Taiji, and it requires no further investment to any new and advanced facilities. It is also worthwhile to look back and re-process the archived data from the past decades, in where resonant signals from SMBHBs might be hidden

    对含钒钢渣中的钒在KOH亚熔盐介质中的溶出行为进行了研究,实验考察了反应温度、反应时间及碱渣质量比等因素对溶出过程的影响,并探讨了溶出机理.结果表明,随反应温度、反应时间及碱渣比增加,钒的溶出率增加.KOH亚熔盐溶出含钒钢渣中钒的过程,是分解其中Ca2SiO4,Ca3SiO5,Ca2Fe2O5等固溶钒的物相,生成可溶性钒酸钾及不溶性的Ca(OH)2的过程.并可通过控制浸出液中的KOH浓度避免钢渣中高CaO含量对钒沉淀的影响.反应温度220~240℃、反应时间1h、碱渣质量比为4时,钒浸出率高于90%.与传统焙烧法相比,不仅显著降低了能耗,且提高了溶出效率
