Comparison of a Slanted-Tooth See-Through Labyrinth Seal to a Straight-Tooth See-Through Labyrinth Seal for Rotordynamic Coefficients and Leakage
This research compares the leakage and rotordynamic characteristics of a slanted-tooth labyrinth seal to a conventional straight-tooth labyrinth. Detailed results comparing the rotordynamic coefficients and leakage parameters of a slanted-tooth see-through labyrinth seal and a straight-tooth see-through labyrinth seal are presented. The straight-tooth labyrinth seal used in this research was originally tested by Arthur Picardo. The slanted-tooth labyrinth seal was designed and fabricated to be identical to the straight-tooth labyrinth seal in terms of pitch, depth, and the number of teeth. The angle of inclination of the teeth in the slanted-tooth labyrinth seal was chosen to be 65° from the normal axis. The seals were tested at an inlet pressure of 70 bar-a (1015 psi-a), pressure ratios of 0.4, 0.5, and 0.6, rotor speeds of 10,200, 15,350, and 20,200 rpm, and a radial clearance of 0.2 mm (8 mils). The experiments were carried out at zero, medium, and high inlet preswirl ratios.
The experimental results show only minute differences in the rotordynamic coefficients between the two seals. But, the slanted-tooth labyrinth seal leaked approximately 10% less than the straight-tooth labyrinth seal. A study of prediction versus experimental data was done. XLlaby was used for prediction. 本文从针灸的发展现状及教学现状就目前针灸教学存在的问题进行探讨,通过查阅知网、万方、维普等网站相关主题的期刊,整理、归纳、分析导向问题,结合针灸教学过程中现存的实际问题,与教学同仁总结、探讨教学心得,注重与学生的沟通交流,总结学生对针灸教学的可行建设性意见,将理论与实际相结合,旨在改革针灸教育教学,更好地传承、发展针灸学。对此,笔者认为问题主要存在于针灸内容、教学模式、学生兴趣、教师水平等方面,并针对这些问题提出了对应的改革建议。In this paper, the development status and the current teaching situation of acupuncture teaching were discussed. THrough consulting CNKI, Wanfang, VIP and other sites related theme journals, finishing, induction and analysis oriented problems were car-ried out, combined with the actual problems existing in the teaching of acupuncture and moxibustion process, the teaching experience and teaching staff were summarized and explored, and pay attention to the communication of the students, the feasible suggestions for acupuncture teaching was summed up, combining theory and practice, in order to reform the education and teaching of acupuncture and moxibustion, better inheritance, development of acupuncture and moxibustion. 镰形棘豆黄酮类化合物对紫外线辐射引起的角质形成细胞损伤的保护作用
目的探讨镰形棘豆黄酮类化合物对中波紫外线照射所致人角质形成细胞损伤的保护作用。方法体外培养人角质形成细胞系,以60、90、120 mJ/cm2中波紫外线照射,加入镰形棘豆黄酮类化合物进行干预处理,倒置相差显微镜观察细胞受损程度,以MTT法检测细胞增殖活性,ELISA检测上清液TNF-α、IL-10分泌量,实时荧光定量PCR检测TNF-αmRNA、IL-10 mRNA表达。结果中波紫外线照射后,细胞形态受损,随着照射剂量增加,细胞增殖活性下降,损伤程度加重,TNF-α、IL-10分泌量增加,TNF-αmRNA、IL-10 mRNA表达水平增加。加入镰形棘豆黄酮类化合物干预后,细胞活性有所恢复,TNF-α、IL-10分泌量降低,TNF-αmRNA、IL-10 mRNA表达水平下调,具有显著性差异。结论镰形棘豆黄酮类化合物具有一定的光保护作用,抑制炎症细胞因子分泌可能是其减轻紫外线辐射损伤的机制之一
HPLC法测定藏药镰形棘豆中鼠李柠檬素-3-O-β-新橙皮糖苷的含量
目的:建立镰形棘豆中鼠李柠檬素-3-O-β-新橙皮糖苷的含量测定方法,同时比较药材的不同部位经不同溶剂提取后所得含量。方法:采用HPLC法,色谱柱:Symmetry C18柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);流动相:1%乙酸水溶液-乙腈(79:21);流速:1.0mL/min;检测波长:350nm。结果:鼠李柠檬素-3-O-β-新橙皮糖苷在20-100μg/mL范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9995),平均回收率为99.49%,RSD=1.30%。溶剂对该化合物的提取率由高至低依次为甲醇,95%乙醇、水;药材叶中含量比根高。结论:本法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于该药材或相关制剂的质量控制;药材不同部位经不同溶剂提取所得含量差别较大
基于核磁共振氢谱技术研究电针“内关”穴对心肌缺血再灌注损伤大鼠血清及心肌组织代谢物的影响
目的:基于核磁共振氢谱(1 H NMR)研究电针\"内关\"穴对心肌缺血再灌注损伤(MIRI)大鼠血清和心肌组织代谢物的影响,探讨电针\"内关\"穴对MIRI大鼠代谢模式的影响。方法:30只SD雄性大鼠随机分为对照组、模型组、电针组。对照组:不予电针,仅用鼠板束缚大鼠,每次20min,每日1次,持续7d;模型组予心肌缺血再灌注造模:至第7天后结扎冠状动脉左前降支40 min后恢复血流60 min;电针组(频率10Hz/50Hz,脉冲宽度0.5ms,强度1mA):每日电针双侧\"内关\"穴1次,时间20min,持续7d,于第7天电针后造模。造模结束后,收集3组大鼠的血清和心肌组织。利用1 H NMR进行代谢物检测并利用多元统计方法主成分分析(PCA)、正交偏最小二乘分析(OPLS-DA)进行模式识别。结果:与对照组相比,模型组大鼠血清的亮氨酸、异亮氨酸、缬氨酸、3-羟基丁酸、乳酸、丙氨酸、赖氨酸、醋酸盐、N-乙酰糖蛋白、丙酮、乙酰乙酸、琥珀酸、谷氨酰胺、多不饱和脂肪酸、肌酸、甘油磷酸胆碱、甘氨酸均浓度下降,低密度脂蛋白/极低密度脂蛋白、葡萄糖浓度上升;其中除丙酮、乙酰乙酸和多不饱和脂肪酸外,低密度脂蛋白/极低密度脂蛋白在电针后下降到接近对照组水平,其它代谢物浓度均在电针后上升到接近对照组水平,电针组大鼠血清的代谢模式更接近对照组。与对照组相比,模型组大鼠心肌组织的乳酸、丙氨酸、赖氨酸、谷氨酸、谷氨酰胺、天冬氨酸、甘油磷酸胆碱、肌酸、牛磺酸、甘氨酸、苏氨酸、腺苷一磷酸、烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸浓度下降,葡萄糖浓度明显上升;其中肌酸、甘油磷酸胆碱、烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸浓度在电针后上升,葡萄糖浓度在电针后下降;此外,电针组大鼠心肌组织苏氨酸、腺苷一磷酸浓度较模型组进一步下降;电针组大鼠心肌的代谢模式虽然有向对照组偏移的趋势,但与对照组差异还是较大。结论:电针\"内关\"穴可调节MIRI大鼠糖代谢、脂肪酸代谢、氨基酸代谢及能量代谢,对心肌具有一定的保护作用,但其具体的代谢通路及机制需要进一步研究。国家自然科学基金面上项目(No.81574080);;湖南省中医药管理局课题(No.201521);;湖南省高校创新平台开放基金项目(No.15k093
