    介绍了一种新型非光子晶体结构弯曲不敏感单模光纤的设计与制备。采用数值计算方法分析了光纤的下陷型波导结构,通过PCVD(等离子体化学气相沉积法)工艺获得了1 310nm波长的模场直径为4.3μm、1 550nm波长的模场直径为5.4μm的光纤样品,与G.652D光纤的双点接续损耗低至0.15dB,满足普通跳线的接续要求。该样品在2.5mm弯曲半径条件下弯曲10圈,其1 550nm波长的弯曲损耗优化至0.01dB,可适用于任何苛刻的FTTx应用环境,并有替代铜缆成为消费电子中理想传输介质的潜力,同时还可用于各种光电器件中

    用14MeV中子照射天然Yb靶,通过176Yb(n,2p)175Er反应产生了新的重丰中子同位素175Er,借助X-γ,γ-γ符合测量方法,首次鉴别出了175Er,并测得其半衰期为(1.2±0.3)min.同时还观察到了175Er衰变所发射的8条新γ射线,建立了175Er的部分γ衰变纲图,从中指定了175Tm的一个基态转动带.The 175Er activity was produced via the reaction 176Yb(n, 2p) 175Er by 14MeVneutron irradiation of a natural ytterbium metal target with a thickness of ~ 80mg /cm2.X-γ and γ-γ coincidence measurements were employed to identify 175Er activity.The half-life of 175Er has been determined to be (1.2±0.3)min. Eight new gamma rayswere assigned to the decay of 175Er.     用(n,2p)反应和快化分离法首次合成和鉴别了新丰中子同位素 ̄(185)Hf。其半衰期为3.5±0.6min。另外,还观察到一条能量为164.5±0.5keV、半衰期为4.3±0.9min的属于 ̄(185)Hf衰变的γ射线。An unreported Hafnium isotope ̄185Hf has been identified for first time.Sources of ̄185Hfprepared by 14 MeV neutron irradiation of tungsten followed by radiochemical separation have been studied. The new activity is identified by following the time variation of the γ-rays. The half-life of ̄185Hf has been determined to be 3.5±0.6min. In addition,a new 164.5±0.5keV γ-ray is found and assigned to ̄185Hf based on the rneasurements of transition enertgy and half-life.中国科学院八五重大项目资

    用50MeV/u18O离子同天然铀靶反应产生了新重丰中子同位素239Pa.用放射化学法从反应产物中分离Pa活性,通过观测239Pa及子体239U衰变所得到的结果显示:首次合成和鉴别了新重丰中子核素239Pa,并测定出239Pa的半衰期为106±30min.A new heavy neutron-rich isotope (239)Pa has been observed for the. first time in the interaction of 50MeV/u (18)O with (nat)U targets. Protactinium products were separated radiochemically from the complex mixture of the reaction products. The results observed from the decay of (239)Pa and its daughter (239)U show that a new heavy neutron-rich isotope (239)Pa was produced and identified.
