    Determination of five poisonous elements in holothurian sold on the market by Microwave Digestion with ICP—MS

    建立了微波消解—电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定海参中Cu,AS,Cd,Hg,Pb 5种有毒元素含量的方法,采用In元素为内标,利用其回收率对以上5种元素的测定结果进行校正,该方法变异系数(CV%)为0.2%--4.0%,In元素加标回收率为96.7%--104.5%,说明该方法灵敏度高,结果准确可信。利用该方法对10批不同市售海参中5种有毒元素含量进行了测定,结果表明10批市售海参中的AS含量均超标,部分批次海参中的Cd、Pb超标,说明市售海参确实存在有毒元素超标的问题。A method based on microwave sample digestion and inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry(ICP—MS) detection was established for determination of Cu,As,Cd,Hg and Pb in holothurian sold on the market.Indium was used as internal standard element to calibrate the results of determination of these five elements.Determination limits of these five elements were in the range of 0.006~0.063 μg/g,coefficient of variation(CV%)were in the range of 0.2%~4.0%,and the recovery of In was in the range of 96.7%~104.5%.The method has been applied to determine the five poisonous elements in ten holothurian samples sold on the market.The results indicated that the over-standard problem of poisonous elements in holothurian sold on the market existed.The content of total arsenic was over standard in all the ten samples,but the over standard problem of lead and cadmium was only found in part of the samples.国家自然科学基金(20675021);中国近海海洋综合调查与评价908专项(908-02-05-04)资

    为解决自动化物料运输系统中的车辆拥堵问题,提高生产运输效率,根据混合布局建立轨道的图网络模型,提出基于实时交通信息的动态调度方法。在调度过程的运输任务指派和运输路径规划阶段均使用加入交通信息的预测时间,运输任务指派根据系统状态变化使用匈牙利算法动态求解,路径规划也会根据轨道权重变化选择最快到达目的地的路径。实验结果表明,提出方法可以有效缓解车辆拥堵,减少晶圆的平均运输周期。</p

    目的:建立高效液相色谱-电喷雾质谱(HPlC-ESI-MS)联用技术用于海洋中药罗氏海盘车有效成分快速鉴定及其指纹图谱研究的方法。方法:对罗氏海盘车药材进行超声波提取,采用HPlC-ESI-MS对罗氏海盘车粗提物中多种化合物进行分析,并在此基础上建立罗氏海盘车药材的HPlC特征指纹图谱。结果:结合文献,应用HPlC-ESI-MS鉴定出罗氏海盘车提取物中的11种化合物;在化合物鉴定的基础上,建立了罗氏海盘车药材的HPlC指纹图谱,发现不同批次罗氏海盘车的质量存在差异。结论:本方法可用于罗氏海盘车药材有效成分的快速鉴定及质量控制。Objective: A new method based on high performance liquid chromatography electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (HPLC-ESI-MS) was developed for the rapid identification of active compounds in Asterias rollestoni Bell and development of its fingerprints.Method: Samples were extracted by ultrasonic -assist extraction, and the extraction conditions were optimized.The developed HPLC -ESI -MS method was used to identification of the components in Asterias rollestoni Bell extract, and a chromatographic fingerprint based on HPLC analysis was established.Result: Eleven compounds in Asterias rollestoni Bell extract could be primary identified by ESI -MS on-line detection combined with literature review.The result of similarity evaluation for fingerprint indicated that the quality of different Asterias rollestoni Bell samples were not entirely consistent.Conclusion: This method has the advantages of simple operation, rapid measurement and it is a powerful tool for identification of active components in Asterias rollestoni Bell and its quality control.我国近海海洋综合调查与评价“908”专项(908-02-05-04):海洋药用生物资源评价和《中华海洋本草》编纂;负责人:王长云;海洋一所基本科研业务专项(GY-022008T32):海洋绿藻活性成分分析、鉴别;负责人:陈军

    一种油脂或者脂肪酸催化裂解制低碳烯烃的方法和装置,其工艺流程由反应工艺过程和分离工艺过程共同组成。反应工艺过程的特征在于采用可以加热的流化床反应器,汽提罐和催化剂烧焦再生器构成的循环流化床反应系统,其中汽提罐可以设在反应器底部,与反应器成为一体。反应热由反应器外部加热和催化剂烧焦共同提供。其中的一种工艺流程除能够进行油脂原料催化裂解制低碳烯烃外,还可以进行C4、C5等轻烃催化裂解制乙烯和丙烯反应。分离工艺过程的特征在于通过控制气体的温度高于或者低于CO2的临界温度,实现不同的分离方式,并且只对干气进行深冷分离,可以减少设备投资和降低能耗。带填
