Epidemiological Surveillance of Head Foot and Mouth Disease in Xiamen

近年来，手足口病发病率在我国正逐年上升，重症病例和死亡人数也相应增多，严重危害广大少年儿童的身体健康。手足口病目前尚无有效的疫苗和治疗方法，因此监测手足口病的流行扩散趋势显得尤为重要。 本研究首先建立了一套HFMDnRT-PCR检测系统，包括总EV、EV71、CA16三套检测引物。总EV扩增区段位于5’UTR区，具有一定变异性，可通过测序确定病毒的进化地位；EV71、CA16扩增区段位于VP1区，可部分代替传统的VP1全长测序。对该方法进行的性能研究，证明了该方法具有较好的灵敏度，特异性和可重复性，适用于HFMD流行病学监测。 本研究调查了厦门地区2009年HFMD的流行情况。结果显示，2...During the recent years, the incidence of hand, foot and mouth disease(HFMD) in China is increasing, Severe cases and death in a corresponding increase, which seriously harms the health of children. The Embedded Protagonist： the Kuomintang County Party Newspaper in the Process of Grassroots

本文以对县级报刊在1928、1936、1941三个不同年份的分布和归属类型为线索，试图复原在此期间中国报刊基层化的走势与动因。从统计的结果来看，国民党党报在县报的空间扩展中扮演了主角。由于资源获取方式上的差异，党报与民营报刊本不存在彼此消长。但就当时中国普通县份的普遍状况而言，却更有利于被作为组织构成部分，而被自上而下嵌入的党报迅速生长。在全面抗战爆发后，由于富庶县份大多沦陷，大报发行网络的弱化，国民党党报在战区各省不仅进一步加强了在县级的空间分布优势，也在客观上充当了基层新闻流动的主脉。Following the distribution and attribution of county newspapers in 1928,1936 and 1941, this paper tries to restore the trend and motivation of Chinese newspaper at the grass-roots level. From the perspective of the results of statistics, the KMT party newspaper played a leading role in the space expansion of the county newspaper. Due to differences of resource access, party newspapers and private newspapers did not affect each other. In this paper, I summarized the usages of " Utsu " at the first place, and then an attempt was made to describe the different meanings of the compound verb " Uchi " from its various usages. When it comes to the different meanings of the prefix " Uchi ",it is always found to be having a relationship with the verb " Utsu " and also influenced by the meanings of the following verb. Further, in the case of " Utsu " is used by being as a lexical compound verb, the ambiguity is eliminated and when it is interpreted by the basic meaning it becomes to be possible to analyze the meaning of that word. Further, at first sight, being one that is one word of what has nothing to do with the meaning of " Utsu ".But, it is intended to be a foundation of the meaning of that word, and also limit the meaning of it. In this way, no matter what usages of the word, as a prefix ,or as a lexical compound verb, or as one that is one word, we can find a continuation of the word from a pure simple verb to a compound verb
