    早熟优质籼稻三系不育系伍天A的选育

    【目的】选育早熟优质三系不育系,为优质稻新品种选育奠定基础。【方法】2007年早季以泉5B/天丰B的F4代为父本,与不育系泉5A测交,经过多代回交和多年观察筛选,选育早熟优质三系不育系新品种。【结果】选育出的早熟优质不育系伍天A,于2019年通过福建省农作物品种审定委员会审定(闽审稻20190047),表现育性稳定,不育株率100%,不育度99.99%;异交率高,柱头总外露率64.77%;米质优,稻米的主要品质指标:整精米率66.0%、粒长6.7 mm、长宽比3.4、垩白粒率4%、垩白度0.6%、透明度1级、碱消值7.0级、胶稠度50 mm、直链淀粉含量23.8%,其中整精米率、垩白度、透明度、碱消值均达到NY/T593-2013《食用稻品种品质》一等食用籼稻品种品质标准,但胶稠度、直链淀粉含量等指标还不够理想,需在保持其优质早熟等优良特性的基础上,对品质性状进行改造提升;早熟,播始历期均在66 d左右,与天丰A相同;配合力强,伍天A与R713配组育成的三系稻新组合——伍天A/R713于2019年通过福建省农作物品种审定委员会审定(闽审稻20190035)。【结论】伍天A是一个育性稳定、异交率高、米质优、早熟、配合力强的三系不育系,可以配制出优质、多种熟期的三系杂交水稻新组合

    低龄DDH患儿初次开放复位术中股骨截骨必要性的前瞻性随机对照试验研究方案

    回顾性研究发现,股骨截骨术并非低龄DDH患儿手术治疗所必须的,而应根据患儿具体情况合理选择;本研究通过多中心前瞻性研究进一步探讨对于18个月至3岁DDH患儿是否要行股骨截骨术。FSODDH项目为一项多中心前瞻性随机对照临床试验研究。研究设计拟招募200名单侧低龄DDH患儿,随机分成股骨截骨组(n=100)和股骨不截骨组(n=100)。股骨截骨组患儿全部采取髋关节开放复位术、骨盆截骨术及股骨截骨术治疗;股骨不截骨组患儿全部采取髋关节开放复位术及骨盆截骨术治疗;术后定期随访至少2年。收集术前、术后1周、术后1个月、术后3个月、术后6个月、术后1年及术后2年的髋关节正位X线影像资料,比较两组患儿的髋臼指数、股骨头坏死率、再脱位率、术中出血量、手术时间和住院天数等临床指标。这一多中心前瞻性研究将能为低龄DDH患儿是否需行股骨截骨术提供循证医学证据

The crosslinked polymer matrix acted as structure-directing agent in a pyrolyzing process, whereas the functional precursor was converted into the skeleton of the micropatterns. The inorganic micropatterns could be further catalytically functionalized to grow CNT and ZnO nanorod arrays by simply changing different functional precursors. As a valuable part in miniaturized devices, large-scale aligned CNTs with serial port configuration is highly desirable. Here, we reported that the synthesis of a pair of patterned carbon nanotubes with the shape of serial port by CVD starting from different breath figure templates, cross-linked polymer matrix and ferrous inorganic micropatterns. The growth mechanism of the isolated CNT bundles is attributed to the selectively interfacial aggregation of the ferrocene to the walls of the cavities, a so-called Pickering-emulsion effect, whereas the honeycomblike skeleton of the dense CNT arrays develop from the catalytically functionalized hexagonal edges. This synthesis strategy exemplifies a new possibility for making use of CNTs to fabricate functional carbons with unique geometry or specific properties in a controllable way.     Secret level valuation method of BLP model based on some application properties

    根据信息系统的主客体访问属性规律,给出了一种可行的BLP模型密级赋值方法,提出了2个归并条件。继而给出了归并后的BLP模型下的主客体密级赋值的数学模型。证明了当条件解是非常值赋值解时,其扩张还原解不一定是全局解的结果,但由该解可以得到全局解的近似条件修改赋值解。利用近似条件修改赋值解,给出了某国家级信息系统BLP模型的密级具体赋值,解决了应用中的实际困难问题。 According to the access attribute properties between subjects and objects in the information system, a viable method of the BLP model secret level valuation was given, and two merging conditions were put forward. The mathe-matical model of subject-object secret level valuation under BLP model was established on the two merging conditions. When the condition solution was not the constant one, its expansion solution being not sure the global one was proved, but the approximate condition modification valuation solution could be obtained from it.
