    Characteristics of nitrogen and phosphorus losses from swine production systems in Jiulong River watershed

    由于对畜禽粪便的处置和管理不当,氮、磷养分随粪便大量流失,不仅带来日益突出的环境问题,还造成了资源的浪费。目前国际上多采用养分平衡方法研究和评价畜牧养殖场养分流失状况及其潜在的环境风险程度。选取福建省九龙江流域92家养猪场,采用养分平衡分析方法研究了该流域养猪场养分流失状况及主要影响因素。结果表明:大部分养猪场的氮磷养分输入量远远大于养分有效输出量,表明养分大量流失,养殖系统的环境风险程度极高;随着养猪场规模的增大,氮、磷的不平衡程度呈下降趋势;生态型养殖模式有利于促进资源综合利用,减少养分流失;加强对粪肥和饲料管理有利于促进畜禽养殖场的氮、磷养分平衡。Huge losses of nitrogen and phosphorus from the livestock production systems are known as the waste of resources and the sources of the environmental quality problems. Nutrient balance at farm level is an important tool to study the environmental problems associated with livestock production. A nutrient balance was constructed for 92 swine production systems of Jiulong River watershed, Fujian Province. The majority of the farms exhibited substantially greater nutrient inputs than nutrient managed outputs and it was in the status of an overaccumulation of nutrients; the nutrient imbalance decreased with farm scales; ecological production was a preferred mode to make better use of resources and decrease the losses of nutrients; management of feed and manure was helpful to balance the nutrients of livestock farms.福建省重大科技项目(2002H009)资

    复合纳米Fe2O3/TiO2的制备、表征及光催化活性

    采用将TiO2加入Fe(OH)3胶体中的方法制得复合的Fe2O3/TiO2纳米粒子,以光催化降解甲胺磷研究其光催化活性,并通过XRD、TEM、DRS等分析方法,探讨了影响其光催化活性的原因。结果表明,Fe2O3的复合量对Fe2O3/TiO2的活性影响很大,当n(Fe):n(Ti)<0.3%时,复合物Fe2O3/TiO2的光催化活性大于TiO2,最佳的复合量为0.2%,当复合量大于0.5%时,复合物Fe2O3/TiO2的光催化活性低于TiO2,锻烧温度及锻烧时间对复合物Fe2O3/TiO2光催化活性均有影响,用XRD确定掺杂前后TiO2的晶型均为锐钛矿型,当复合量大于0.7%时才能看到Fe2O3的衍射峰,TEM照片表明,由于复合量小,复合前后颗粒直径和晶粒直径基本一致,反射率光谱图表明,在360~650nm范围内复合物Fe2O3/TiO2吸收光的性能比TiO2好,亦即增强了对可见光的吸收

    本文利用1997-2012年间的相关数据,借助于倍差模型,分析了约束性考核政策是否纠正了以往环境激励不足带来的短视行为。实证分析发现:约束性考核不仅未能从根本上纠正环境激励缺失造成的短视行为,更进一步强化了晋升压力下政治官员的“策略性“选择行为,使得强外溢性、非约束性指标沦为当前政策体系的环境牺牲品,从而也为步步紧逼环境压力下的大气污染尤其是“雾霾“现象提供了一个合理解释。立足于激励角度,本文研究丰富和拓展了环境污染的相关文献,为进一步理解地方官员与节能减排之间的联系提供了新的经验证据。This paper analyzes whether constraining assessment policy corrects the short-sighted behaviors brought by the past insufficient environment incentive by using the relevant data from 1997 to 2012 with the aid of fold difference model.Empirical analysis finds: constraining assessment not only can't radically correct short-sighted behaviors caused by loss of environment incentive,but also it intensifies the"tactical"selection behaviors of political officials under the pressure of promotion and makes the strong spillover and unconstraint indicators be environment sacrifices under current policy system and also provides a reasonable explanation for the atmosphere pollution,especially"mist"phenomenon.This paper enriches and expands the relevant documents on environmental pollution from the perspective of incentive and provides new empirical evidence for understanding the link between the local officials and energy saving and emission reduction.教育部人文社会科学研究青年基金项目“中国式分权下的地方政府质量提升路径研究”(编号:12CJL022
