    柴郁地仙方对围绝经期抑郁症模型大鼠行为学及海马BDNF、TrkB蛋白表达的影响

    目的观察柴郁地仙方对围绝经期抑郁症(perimenopausal depressive disorder, PDD)模型大鼠行为学及海马脑源性神经营养因子(brain derived neurotrophic factor, BDNF)、酪氨酸激酶B受体(tropomyosin receptor kinase B, TrkB)蛋白表达的影响,探讨其抗围绝经期抑郁症的作用机制。方法 48只3~4月龄雌性SD大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组、阳性对照组、柴郁地仙方低、中、高剂量组,共6组,每组8只。假手术组行假手术,其余组行卵巢去势术后孤养并予以28天慢性轻度不可预见性应激(chronic unpredictable mild stress, CUMS)建立围绝经期抑郁症模型。CUMS第1天起假手术组、模型组灌服生理盐水,阳性对照组灌服盐酸氟西汀合戊酸雌二醇,中药治疗组灌服柴郁地仙方低、中、高不同浓度的汤药,其浓度分别为:0.38、0.76、1.52 g/mL,每天1次。应激过程中观察大鼠行为学及体重变化,并通过Morris水迷宫实验评价大鼠空间学习和记忆能力,应用免疫印迹法检测大鼠海马BDNF、TrkB蛋白表达情况。结果与假手术组比较,模型组大鼠体重增长缓慢,旷场实验得分及糖水偏好率均明显降低(P0.05)。结论柴郁地仙方可改善PDD模型大鼠行为学、体重水平及水迷宫的空间学习和记忆能力,其作用机制可能是通过提高大鼠海马中BDNF、TrkB蛋白表达量发挥的。福建省计生委中医药科研基金资助项目(No.wzpw201307);;福建省自然科学基金计划项目(No.2017J01147

    In order to examine whether sufficient instruction was completed, hygiene supervision and accident prevention were compared with the manual by food service management practice in new food service management room. As a result, it became clear that the consciousness of a work area and the consciousness ofprevention of cross contamination were insufficient. Things important in order to raise the consciousness of zoning are classification by color of a zone or an instrument, and manual preparation. In addition, repair of a door, installation of curtain, cleaning of a ceiling, and extermination of a rat are required for hygiene supervision. Although it is impossible to carry all out as a manual, I think that we would like to strive to be able to study hygiene supervision equivalent to carrying out with the actual possible institution

    提出一种新型的基于压电陶瓷以及微流控技术的阵列光开关,重点研究了该光开关波导层的光功率损耗。运用Opti-FIBER软件对波导层波导的耦合损耗进行了分析与仿真,实验测量了不同情况下光开关的耦合损耗。仿真及实验研究表明,该光开关理论最低插入损耗值为0.042 524 dB,光开关速度为100μs。该光开关具有结构简单、开关速度快和损耗低等优点

    目的:探讨柴郁地仙方抗围绝经期抑郁症的作用途径。方珐:40只SD大鼠分为假手术组、模型组、盐酸氟西汀组、柴郁地仙方组,每组10只。假手术组仅切除部分脂肪组织,余行双侧卵巢去势后予以21d慢性轻度不可预见性应激(chronic unpredictable mild stress,CUMS)建立抑郁症动物模型,各组在CUMS第1天起每日分别以生理盐水、盐酸氟西汀及柴郁地仙方灌胃,持续21d。观察刺激过程大鼠行为学变化,实验结束后断头取脑,采用酶联免疫吸附测定(enzyme linked immunosorbent assay,Elisa)法测定下丘脑5-羟色胺(5-hydroxytryptamine,5-HT)、多巴胺(dopamine,DA)、去甲肾上腺素(norepinephrine,NE)水平。结果:柴郁地仙方具有维持大鼠Open-Field得分、24h糖水消耗量稳定、保证其体质量正常增长、上调下丘脑5-HT、NE、DA水平的作用,与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论:柴郁地仙方抗围绝经期抑郁症作用途径与改善大鼠行为学、影响下丘脑神经递质分泌相关。Objective: To study the mechanism of Chaiyu Dixian Prescription (CYDXP) on perimenopausal depressive disorder (PDD). Methods: 40 SD rats were divided into the sham-operation group, model group, fluoxctine hydroehloride group and CYDXP group, 10 in each group. The sham-operation group was received sham operation. After ovariectomized surgery, the PDD model was established by chronic unpredictable mild stress (CUMS) for 21 days. From the first day of CUMS, each group was intragastrically treated with normal saline, fluoxetine hydrochloride and Chaiyu Dixian Prescription for 21 days, respectively. The behavioral changes of rats in the stimulation process were observed. After experiment, the brain tissue was collected. The levels of 5-hydroxytryptamine ( 5-HT ) , dopamine ( DA ) and norepinephrine ( NE ) in hypothalamus were determined by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). Results: Chaiyu Dixian Prescription could maintain the Open- Field score, stabilize the 24 h sucrose consumption, ensure the normal growth of body weight, up-regulate the levels of 5-HT, NE and DA. The differences were statistically significant compared with the model group( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion: The inhibition effects of Chaiyu Dixian Prescription on perimenopausal depressive disorder may be related to the improvement of rats ' behaviour and the regulation of neurotransmitter secretion in hypothalamus.福建省计生委中医药科研基金资助项目(wzpw201307

    【中文摘要】 在应变异质结价带偏移从头算赝势法的理论计算中,建议一种以平均键能为参考能级的△E_v 值理论计算方法,该方法在以 Si 为衬底、以 Ge 为衬底和自由共度生长等3种不同应变情况的 Si/Ge 异质结价带偏移△E_v 值计算中,分别得到0.731eV、0.243eV 和0.521eV 的计算结果。 【英文摘要】 Based on an ab initio pseudopotentials band structure method,a theoretical approach of tak- ing the average-band energy as a energy reference is suggested to determine the valence-band offsets at Si/ Ge heterojunctions under three different strain conditions:using Si as a substrate,using Ge as a substrate and Si-layer,Ge-layer deforming freely.The results are 0.731eV,0.243eV and 0.521eV respectively,in good agreement with relevant experimental values.国家和福建省自然科学基金资助课

    本发明涉及一种用硅藻土为原料制备多孔炭和白炭黑的方法,它包括将硅藻土作为模板和催化剂,以其本身所具有的固体酸位对碳源进行催化使之聚合,并生成具有硅藻壳体形貌的多孔炭;使用强碱对模板进行去除,并对所得废液进行处理,使之生成具有高比表面积的白炭黑。所得多孔炭具有多级孔道结构,比表面积达250m2/g以上,广泛用于吸附、分离、负载及电容器制备等领域。所得白炭黑材料比表面积达400m2/g以上,可用于补强剂、稀释剂、胶结剂、填料以及载体等领域;本发明具有流程简单、成本低廉、低污染、低耗能等优势
