    Influence of UV-irradiation on the Composition of Fatty Acids in the Vegetable Oil

    采用酯化衍生-气相色谱/质谱法分析了5种市售植物油中的10种脂肪酸,脂肪酸总量在葵花籽油和玉米油中最高,在花生油和菜籽油中最低,橄榄油居中。组成分布特征以油酸和亚油酸占绝对优势(84.8%~94.7%),但橄榄油中油酸和亚油酸的比值为1.0,显著高于其他油脂。500 W汞灯作光源,模拟光照24 h后,脂肪酸整体都呈现下降趋势,其中葵花籽油的下降幅度最大(50%),而玉米油的下降幅度最小(30%);随光照时间延长,油酸与亚油酸的比值呈逐渐升高的趋势,但反油酸与油酸的比值虽有所降低,但不同油脂之间差异较大。总体而言,光照可以降低植物油的营养价值成分,在贮藏和使用过程中,应尽量避光保存。A total of 10 fatty acids in 5 kinds of vegetable oil bought from local supermarket were analyzed using esterification-GC/MS.The highest concentrations of fatty acids were found in sunflower seed oil and maize oil,followed by olive oil,peanut oil and colza oil.The composition of fatty acids in vegetable oil was characterized by very high oleic acid and linoleic acid,accounting for 84.8%-94.7% of the total fatty acids.The ratio of oleic acid to linoleic acid was 1.0,which was much higher than those in other oils.A 500 W mercury lamp was used to produce UV light source and the irradiation period was set as 0,8,16 and 24 h,respectively.The highest loss of fatty acids was found in sunflower seed oil(around 50%) while the lowest loss was found in maize oil(around 30%).The ratio of oleic acid to linoleic acid increased with irradiation time,while the ratio of trans oleic acid to oleic acid showed slight decrease trends and varied from oil to oil.In general,the vegetable oil needed to keep in dark place during the storage and in use in order guarantee the quality

    目的本实验拟通过阐明全反式维甲酸(ATRA)与MEK1/2的特异性抑制剂PD98059联合作用对结肠癌细胞增殖的影响。方法实验分组:未加药对照组,ATRA加药组,ATRA与PD98058联合加药组。MTT法检测PD98059联合ATRA对结肠癌细胞株LS174T的增殖抑制作用。流式细胞仪检测结肠癌细胞凋亡情况。结果 MTT法显示PD98059联合ATRA应用引起细胞抑制效果明显优于单个药物作用的效果。流式细胞仪检测也表明两种药物联合应用引起结肠癌细胞凋亡效果明显优于任一单个药物。结论 ATRA与PD98059联合应用可通过引起结肠癌细胞凋亡,从而抑制癌细胞增殖

    目的比较研究海藻酸钠和瓜儿胶作为骨骼黏合材料的黏合性能。方法通过测定两种胶体的动力黏度、固化时间和对钙离子的作用,探讨相应的黏合性能。结果瓜儿胶的黏度较高,能适应多种形式的补钙剂,但其固化性能还有待改进;海藻酸钠固化性能优越,能在瞬间完成固化,但其黏度比瓜儿胶低,只能适应非离子钙型的补钙剂。结论海藻酸钠和瓜儿胶都是较有潜力的天然骨骼黏合剂。 【英文摘要】 Objective To comparatively investigate the adhesive capabilities of sodium alginate and guar gum as bone adhesives.Methods The adhesive capabilities were analysed and discussed by measuring their kinetic viscosities,solidification time and the reaction with calcium ions.Results Guar gum had higher kinetic viscosity and could fit to the supply of both ion calcium and non-ion calcium for the bone cure,but its capability of solidification need to be improved.Sodium alginate had higher solubility and its solidi...卫生部科学研究基金-福建省卫生教育联合攻关计划项目(No.WKJ2005-2-018

    Relationship between mannose-binding protein polymorphism and patients with liver cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma

    目的探讨甘露糖结合蛋白(MbP)基因突变与肝硬化及肝癌的关系。方法采用聚合酶链式反应-限制性片段长度多态性(PCr-rflP)方法和实时荧光定量PCr(fQ-PCr)技术针对代偿性肝硬化(CC)患者73例、失代偿性肝硬化(dC)患者78例、肝细胞癌(HCC)患者35例和对照组88例健康者的MbP基因第54位密码子多态性进行检测。结果 HCC组的MbP基因ggC/gAC基因型频率和gAC等位基因频率与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。CC组、dC组MbP基因ggC/gAC基因型频率和gAC等位基因频率均显著高于HCC组和对照组(P 0.05).GAC allele frequency was also highest prevalence (36.5%) in DC group than that in CC group and HCC group (P < 0.05).Conclusions The MBP codon 54 polymorphism is associated with the progression of liver cirrhosis and might not play an important role in the development of hepatocellular carcinoma.福建省漳州市科技计划资助项目(Z2010085

There are two criteria for efficient EAM, i.e. (1) there has to be enough pressure from the competition for positions to the entrepreneur, and (2) EAM has to produce an enhancement of management ability. State-owned enterprises need innovative EAM in order to survive in the fierce market competition. It is suggested that enterprises, which are suitable for public ownership and important to the nation's economy and the people's livelihood, adopt a mechanism of direct appointment by responsible departments while medium-sized and small state-owned enterprises reform their EAM in the direction of modern business administration.国家自然科学基金项目(79870040

    在氨水与f---存在下,痕量Cu--(2+)对过氧化氢氧化乙基紫的褪色反应有抑制作用,由此建立了一种高灵敏度(间接摩尔吸光系数ε_(590)=1.5x10--6l·MOl--(-1)·CM--(-1)分光光度测定痕量铜的方法。测量范围为0~2.0x10--(-2)Mg/l Cu--(2+)。用于试样中铜的分析,结果令人满意。Copper has suppressed effect on the discoloured reaction resulted from hydrogen peroxide oxidizing ethl1 viloet;thus a highly sensitive method for determining trace copper was developed with the sensitivity of and the range of determination of mg/L.The method has been applied to the determination of copper in water and human hair samples with satisfactory results
