家庭特征与农民工的城市社会融入

采用国家卫计委在八个城市的调查数据,将农民工的社会融入分为经济融入、文化融入和心理融入三个维度,主要预测变量家庭特征变量涉及基本家庭特征、成员随迁、代际互动、农村家庭资产、老家困难事件这几个维度。研究采用多元线性回归方法分析家庭特征对于农民工城市社会融入的影响。分析结果显示,家庭特征除了婚姻以外,其他特征均对农民工社会经济、文化和心理融入三个维度有不同方向和程度的影响。政府需要从家庭整体角度设计农民工市民化政策,提升他们城市的社会融入水平
