Water Supply Strategies and Security Research Based on Sustainable Development in Kinmen County

基于栈自编码器的图像分类器

Functionalization of Silkworm Silk Materials in Optics
家蚕蚕丝是一种天然的蛋白质纤维,蚕丝及其衍生物(凝胶、蚕丝薄膜和海绵等)具有独特的力学性能、良好的生物相容性和生物降解性,已经被应用在纺织、生物医学等领域。最近,利用蚕丝独特的性质制备光学功能化蚕丝吸引了研究者的兴趣。基于对蚕丝的丝胶和丝素结构组成的总结,介绍了目前蚕丝结构的相关研究进展,综述了近年来对光学功能化蚕丝的研究,具体包括光学功能化蚕丝的重要种类、制备和应用。重点介绍了荧光性功能蚕丝基因工程、喂食法和复合等制备方法,该种材料用于生物支架成像、药物缓释载体和光学器件等领域。总结了利用生物仿生技术制备具有光子晶体结构色的蚕丝材料,这为化妆品,变色服饰和生物光控器件开辟了新方向;此外,蚕丝材料还可以应用于非线性光学领域,如光限幅和激光防护。As a kind of nature protein,silkworm silk and its derivatives( gels,silk fibroin foams and films) possess the unique mechanical properties,biocompatibility and biodegradability,which have been applied to textile and biomedical industry.Recently,there is a growing interest in introducing optical functionalities into silk.Based on the structure of sericin and fibroin,functionalization of silk was summarized in optics,specifically including the important species,preparation and application of fluorescent silk.This paper highlighted that the fluorescent silk can be produced by genetic engineering,feeding,and compositing etc.,which can be applied in scaffold imaging,drug delivery,and optical devices.In addition,this paper reviewed the fabrication of silk fabrics with photonic crystals structure colors using biomimetic techniques,which opens up a new direction of cometic,color dress,various devices and biological optical devices.At last,silk materials can also be applied in nonlinear optics,such as optical limiting and laser protection.厦门大学中组部千人计划项目配套经
Surface structure-controlled synthesis of nanocrystals through supersaturation dependent growth strategy
纳米晶体很多重要的物理化学性质与其表面结构密切相关, 纳米晶的表面结构调控及相关理论研究是前沿和热点领域.; 本评述总结了非平衡态过饱和条件下纳米晶体生长热力学相关理论及其在离子晶体、分子晶体、贵金属、氧化物、金属有机框架等5类纳米晶体表面结构控制中的应; 用. 从热力学推导出的"类"Thomson-Gibbs方程可以发现, 晶体裸露晶面的表面能与其生长过程生长基元的过饱和度成正比.; 该理论揭示了过饱和度在纳米晶体表面结构控制中的重要作用, 为合理设计合成具有特定表面结构的纳米晶提供了有效指导.Many physical and chemical properties of nanocrystals are closely; related to their surface structures. Studies on the surface structure; control of nanocrystals and related theories are hot and frontier; research topics recently. In this review, we introduce the; supersaturation control strategy and its application in the surface; structure control of nanocrystals ranging from ionic, molecular,; metallic, metal oxide, to metal-organic frameworks crystals. Deduced; from thermodynamics, it can be found that the surface energy of; nanocrystals is directly proportional to the supersaturation of growth; units. Reconstruction and Simulation Method and Its Implementation for GuQin Tamber
为促进古琴艺术的传播,通过对古琴音色的分析,在建立古琴音色库的基础上,从古琴琴弦振动理论和音律学理论入手,利用傅立叶变换分析了古琴音色的频谱特征,并基于加权柯西函数,给出了重构古琴音色的策略。然后,通过采用基于音色数据库和音色重构两种方法,对古琴音色进行计算机仿真,建立了一个初步的古琴音色仿真系统。实验证明,通过重构音色进行仿真的计算方法,是古琴音色仿真的一种有效方法。A Guqin timbre base was introduced through timber analysis and its spectrum specification was analyzed using Fourier transformation based on theory of Guqin srting vibration and temperament.Then a reconstruction method for Guqin timbre was proposed based on weighted Cauchy function.Finally a timbre simulation system for Guqin was worked out using timbre database and reconstruction.It has been proved by experiment that the computing method of timbre reconstruction is effective for Guqin timbre simulation
纳米金簇复合丝素薄膜的性能及其在生物成像中的应用
具有荧光性能的丝素薄膜可用于生物体内外实时的、无损伤的生物成像,为直观监测体内生物材料及其化学环境的变化提供了新思路。采用浇铸法制备纳米金簇复合丝素薄膜,研究了纳米金簇、甘油和制备过程中pH值对纳米金簇复合丝素薄膜结构和性能的影响。结果表明:纳米金簇和甘油的加入都会提高纳米金簇复合丝素薄膜β-折叠和结晶度,从而提高其断裂强度;在碱性条件下制备的纳米金簇复合丝素薄膜在680nm处可发射较强荧光;细胞能在制备的薄膜上正常黏附和生长,实现薄膜和细胞同时荧光成像。国家自然科学基金资助项目(51773171,U1405226)福建省科技厅自然科学基金资助项目(2017J06019)高等学校学科创新引智计划资助项目(B16029)厦门大学校长基金资助项目(20720160088,20720150218

Analysis of Supply and Demand of Xiamen Water Resources and Countermeasures for Water Security
厦门市淡水资源严重匮乏,人均占有量仅356M3(2001~2012年),为缓解厦门市供需水矛盾,提高水资源综合效益,针对厦门市水质性严重缺水的现状,通过供需水量分析,预测在保证率为75%时,厦门市2015、2020、2030年的缺水量分别为0.518 8x108、3.059 8x108、9.177 6x108 M3,供需水矛盾突出。为此分析了厦门市水资源管理存在的主要问题,并提出了缓解厦门市水资源供需矛盾和保障水环境安全的措施。The water resource in Xiamen City is scarce.Per capita water resource(2001-2012)is only 356m3.To relieve the contradiction between supply and demand of water resources in Xiamen and to improve the comprehensive benefits,this paper mainly analyzed the condition of water supply and demand in Xiamen for the quality-induced water shortage problem and predicted that water lacking amount in the year of 2015,2020,2030 in Xiamen would be 51.88,305.98,917.76 billion m3 by the classification prediction method with the 75% assurance rate.It also analyzed the main problems of water management and gave some suggestions to relieve the contradiction between supply and demand and to ensure the safety of water environment

卫兴华先生提出《政治经济学教材可以不讲“资本总公式的矛盾”》,笔者认为这是关系到资本总公式在政治经济学的地位和作用问题。论文对“资本总公式的前提条件”“G—W—G′是否是资本总公式”“资本总公式的流通形式与内容”“资本总公式矛盾”的分析问题、关于“劳动价值论拓展”和“资本总公式的矛盾淡出”问题等五个方面主要观点与其商榷,并论证了资本总公式在本科教科书不可或缺。</jats:p
