新見公立短期大学在学生の受験動向(創刊二十五周年記念号)

2004年(平成16年)4月、本学では、将来構想委員会が「新見公立短期大学在学生アンケート(志望動向)」による在学生の受験志望動向に関する調査を行った。本報告は、その調査結果の集計をもとに、2002年度に本学で行われた「第1回学生生活実態調査」(学生生活委員会および自己点検・評価委員会による)集計と比較し、在学生の受験動向をまとめたものである。その結果、全学的に本学第一志望の学生の占める割合が増加していること、看護学科で国公立四年制大学志望者が増加していることが分かった。そして、公立・免許資格・専門職養成の三大動機が本学志望の特徴であることが明らかになった。The planning committee of Niimi College investigated the entrance examination trends of our college in April, 2004. An investigation on students\u27 life was done by the student affairs committee and the self evaluation committee in Niimi College in 2002. This report compares the two investigations, and reveals the students\u27 trends of Niimi College\u27s entrance examination. As a result of an investigation on entrance examination to Niimi College, we came to understand that the number of students who wanted to come to Niimi College as their first choice is increasing in all the departments, and that in the Department of Nursing, the number of students who wanted to go to a four-year national university is increasing. We have also clarified that there are the three major motives:1) being public, 2) providing license qualifications, and 3) being a professional training facility

授業評価と保育所保育実習との関係についての予備的研究 : 授業「乳児保育II」の改善のために(創刊二十五周年記念号)

本研究では、演習「乳児保育II」の授業評価と乳児保育実習との関係を検討した。授業評価として、授業担当者は複数の評価方法で学生アウトカム評価を行い、学生は授業評価を行った。乳児保育実習をした学生の88%がこの授業に満足しており、「A」評価を受ける学生が乳児保育実習をしなかった学生より多かった。実習体験が授業で学んだ知識・理解と技能・実践力をより深めることが示された。In this study, we examined the relationships between the course evaluations in a seminar "Care for Infants and Toddlers II" and the practice of caring for them in Day Care Centers. For the course evaluations, the teachers evaluated the students\u27 outcomes with plural assessment methods and the students evaluated this course. Eighty-eight percent of the students who experienced the practice of caring for infants and toddlers were satisfied with this course, and more students got the Evaluation "A" than those who didn\u27t. It was shown that the practice of caring enhanced the knowledge/understanding and skills/performances of students in this seminar

看護学生の看護ジレンマの構造と看護基礎教育における倫理教育の課題 : コールバーグ理論を基に(創刊二十五周年記念号)

学生が臨地実習中に体験した看護ジレンマを分析した結果、『社会人としての常識』『倫理的感性の育成』『専門職としての職業倫理』の3つの課題が明確になった。その課題を、道徳性発達モデルであるコールバーグ理論を用いて考察した。教育的課題の3つの要素は、コールバーグ理論の6段階で説明でき、教育的対応について示唆を得ることが出来た。Our analysis of the dilemmas which students faced during their practical training revealed three challenges: "common sense as a member of society," "development of ethical sense" and "professional ethics as a nurse." We considered these three challenges using Kohlberg\u27s theory of moral development model. They were explained with six stages of his theory, and we could get some suggestions about educational response

看護倫理教育と看護学生の看護ジレンマに関する研究の動向 : ライフコース研究会での取り組み(創刊二十五周年記念号)

筆者らライフコース研究会では, 2002年度の主題として看護倫理や看護ジレンマに関する文献の抄読を重ねてきた。看護倫理の基本的な知識を振り返るとともに、臨床看護師や看護学生を対象にした看護ジレンマ研究が主な内容であった。本稿では研究会で抄読した研究を概観した。また、研究会メンバーによる学生の臨地実習における看護ジレンマについての研究的取り組みの経過を紹介し、今後の課題を検討する。Since 2002 we have had study meetings regarding nursing ethics education and nursing dilemma of nursing students. We have studied some papers about nursing ethics and reviewed fundamental knowledge. In this study, we review those papers and introduce our progress of the research-measure about the nursing dilemma in nursing clinical practice

在宅高齢者支援に関する短期大学の地域貢献 : 阿新キャンパスシティ構想の実現(創刊二十五周年記念号)

Ashin district, which is aging and becoming depopulated, is in the mountain area. The college in this district is expected not only to foster specialists but also to contribute to the community. In this report, we showed the activities for the community which faculty of nursing department and some voluntary students have been doing since 2000. We also reviewed our activities for our future plan, and considered the way the college is helpful to the community

老年看護学実習での学生の看護ジレンマ : ジレンマの対処過程と教育的対応(創刊二十五周年記念号)

本研究の目的は、臨地実習における学生の看護ジレンマの分析である。学生の約半数が何らかの看護ジレンマを感じ「看護ジレンマ日誌」を提出した。看護ジレンマの内容は2つに大別でき、医療看護体制に関するものが85%、残りが学生自身に関するものであった。学生はジレンマを感じ考えることを対処行動としていたが、ジレンマを克服し評価する段階は20%にも満たなかった。教員の対応としては「現場との意志疎通」「問題解決能力を高める」が多く、学生のジレンマへの理解や、学生自身の道徳的規範を把握することなどの教育的対応が課題となった。The purpose of this research is to analyze dilemmas nursing students face during practical training. Dilemmas about the system of Medical and Surgery accounted for 85%. More than half the students considered their dilemmas. However, less than 20% could act to overcome and feed them back. It has become clear that teachers should help students enhance their capabilities to solve problems, and keep close coordination with training facilities to adjust training environment

老年看護学の授業による学生の高齢者イメージの変化 : 第1報老年看護学Iの授業評価

老年看護学の教育効果を縦断的に評価し,今後の授業デザインの検討を行うことを目的として,高齢者イメージの視点から調査を行った。今回は1年次の老年看護学Iの授業内容および演習について高齢者イメージの変化を見た。その結果,学生の62%が祖父母との同居経験があり,また,54.7%が「会話がある」と答えており,老親介護意志は85.7%の学生が持っていた。学生の高齢者イメージは4.33で肯定的であり,同居の有無による影響は「大胆一繊細」の1項目のみで,その他の学生の背景はイメージに影響を与えていなかった。老年看護学Iの学習前後には,前で4.33,後で4.37と有意差は認められなかったものの肯定的に変化していた。23項目のうち,学習前後で有意差が見られた項目は8項目であった。授業内容の影響は,どの内容も80%を越えて良い影響を受けていた。これらの結果を踏まえ,2年次の演習において負の体験にならないような学習の意味付けが重要であり,今後の教育方法への示唆を得た

「小児保健実習」の授業内容の評価 : 保育者の視点からの考察(創刊二十五周年記念号)

幼児教育学科の「小児保健実習」の授業内容の評価について、保育者の視点から必要性を検討した。その結果、食事の与え方では、離乳食の項目で全員が必要性を認識していた。健康児への生活援助では、成長・発達の指標となる身長・体重・胸囲測定に関する項目の必要性が高かった。また、健康観察では、子どもの健康状態の把握となる体温・呼吸測定に関する項目の必要性が高かった。次いで病気と異常時の対応では、事故に対する初期手当の方法に関する項目の必要性が高かった。今後の授業内容の方向性として必要性の高い項目については、小児保健の基礎的技術を確実に習得出来るように事例や事故の起こりやすい場面設定を用いた授業方法の検討が必要なことが示唆された。We have examined the contents of "Child Health Practice" in the Department of Early Childhood Education with the lecture evaluation by the early childhood education students. All the students think it necessary to learn about baby food feeding. Many students feel the necessity of knowing how to measure children\u27s height, weight and the chest circumference which indicates children\u27s growth and development. Many of them also realized the necessity to learn about taking body temperature and counting the respirations which index children\u27s health condition. They also have needs to learn about first aid in accidents. We would like to make the use of this evaluation and better the contents of "Child Health Practice.

地域と創る「にいみこどもフェスタ」 : 平成16年度特色ある大学教育支援プログラムに採択されて(創刊二十五周年記念号)

文部科学省が平成15年度より実施している、優れた大学教育を財政支援し学生の教育の成果を評価する事業である「特色ある大学教育支援プログラム」に、平成16年度に申請した本学幼児教育学科の表現発表会(取組名称:地域と創る「にいみこどもフェスタ」)が採択された。本稿はその申請書に加えて採択理由及び補助金交付申請の概要について記載したものである。Our project "Niimi Children\u27s Fiesta" which is an outreach program of Niimi College was chosen as one of the "Good Practices(GP)" by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology in 2004. GP is the ministry\u27s project to select and introduce unique programs of colleges and universities, and the ministry supports them financially. This report consists of our original application form, an outline of the hearing, the reasons of the adoption, and subsidy grant application

奈良女子高等師範学校附属幼稚園の保育の実際(2) : 昭和18年度四之組保育日誌を中心に(創刊二十五周年記念号)

昭和18年度の奈良女子高等師範学校附属幼稚園の保育の実際について、昭和18年度四之組保育日誌を中心に考察した結果、一日の流れは、午前中保育では、「登園-自由遊び-会集-課程保育(5項目)-自由遊び-帰宅準備-散園」、午後までの保育では、「登園-自由遊び-会集-課程保育(5項目)-課程保育(5項目)-昼食-自由遊び-帰宅準備-散園、あるいは、登園-自由遊び-会集-課程保育(5項目)-自由遊び-昼食-自由遊び-帰宅準備-散園」と考えられる。保育の内容としては、保育5項目を基盤として、会集、自由遊び、行事、生活訓練に関するもの等が行われていた様子がうかがわれる。日々の保育では、教師が中心となって画一的に指導していた様子がうかがわれ、特に会集では、画一的・訓練的な様子がうかがわれる。昭和13年度に比べて、保育5項目の取り上げられた題材が少なくなったのは、会集の時間が長くなったためと考えられる。保育内容においても、当時の社会的背景から戦時色の濃さが感じられが、空襲警戒警報発令時においても、入園当初以外は通常どおり保育が行われていた様子が記されている。自由遊びでは、子どもの自発性や主体性が尊重されていた様子もうかがわれ、子ども自らが育とうとする力を信じ、子どものすこやかな成長を願っての保育が行われていた様子も垣間見られる。そして、なによりも、子ども通が幼稚園で楽しんで活動していた様子が伝わってくる。I considered practice of the infant education of the Kindergarten Attached to the Nara Women\u27s Advanced Teacher-Training School through the infant education diaries in the year of 1943. I understood that the contents were the five items (play, music, conversation, handwork and observation), free play, meeting, events and life training. It is possible to see that the five items, meeting, events and life training were uniform education and training. But it is possible to see that the autonomy and the subjectivity of children are esteemed in free play
