    以我国云、贵、川地区煤为研究对象,采用HR-ICP-MS法测试了三种不同变质程度煤中稀土元素含量,得知褐煤中稀土元素含量偏低,肥煤、无烟煤中稀土元素含量在正常水平。三种煤稀土元素的分布模式与华南煤、中国煤一致,稀土元素来源主要是陆源,与变质程度关系不大。In this paper,the coal inYunnan,Guizhou and Chongqing are taken as study object,and the Content of rare earth elements in the coal is tested by HR-ICP-MS method;and geochemical feature of REE are analyzed.The results show that different coals have different contents of REE,The similarity of REE contents in bituminous coals and anthracite confirm that the metamorphism slightly influences the REE content in coal.国家自然科学基金项目(40133010

    Kinetics of Vesicle Formation and Breakdown

    利用停流装置研究了十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)和十二烷基三甲基溴化铵(DTAB)复配形成囊泡的过程和囊泡破坏过程的动力学性质,并结合动态光散射技术和电子透射显微镜探索囊泡形成和囊泡破坏过程的机理.动态光散射和电子透射显微镜的研究结果表明囊泡的形成过程主要包括四个阶段:混合胶团→柔性的长棒状聚集体→"非平衡囊泡"→平衡囊泡,而与其对应的粒度分散度则呈现"单分散性→多分散性"的周期性变化规律.此外,动力学结果表明囊泡形成过程很长,但其活化能不大,这意味着囊泡形成过程的控制步骤可能不是活化能控制.而相对于囊泡的形成,囊泡的破坏过程是十分迅速的.A combination of stopped-flow,transmission electron microscopy and dynamic light-scattering techniques has been used to study the kinetics of vesicle formation and breakdown as well as the mechanism of vesicle formation and breakdown in DTAB/SDS aqueous solutions.The results show that the process of vesicle formation can be modeled as a sequence of distinct processes:mixed micelles→flexible stick-shaped aggregates→non-equilibrium vesicles→equilibrium vesicle system,and the evolution of particle dispersion degree appears to be a periodical change of "monodispersity→polydispersity".In addition,the kinetic analysis shows that the process of vesicle formation lasts for a long time.However,the activation energy of vesicle formation is not too high,which implies that the control procedure of the process is independent of activation energy.In contrast to the process of vesicle formation,vesicle breakup to mixed micelles appears to be a rapid process.厦门大学科技创新重点项目(No.XMKJCX20052001)资助项目

    湖泊底泥中微囊藻DNA的分子检测

    通过改进裂解温度和延长裂解时间并增加苯酚/氯仿洗脱次数的DNA提取方法获得南京玄武湖底泥中的DNA,通过PCR法来扩增微囊藻的16SrRNA基因.结果表明在所有采样点中均得到微囊藻基因组DNA,并且纯度较高,OD_(260)/ OD_(280)均高于1.54,最高值达到1.89.PCR的扩增结果显示所有样点的DNA都得到212 bp大小的微囊藻16SrRNA基因片断,表明这种方法可以有效的从底泥中提取微囊藻的DNA,从而为研究底泥微囊藻生理生态及其越冬、上浮、形成水华的机理提供更有利的方法

    From the mid-19^ century onwards, China was obliged under the pressure of unequal treaties with Western powers to permit the free movement of non-Chinese nationals such as missionaries, travellers, and employees of overseas companies in the country\u27s interior. At the same time, political unrest and economic decline were making China\u27s rural areas more and more unstable, and those foreigners became the natural targets of the bandits that were created by those unsettled conditions. While the sufferings of those \u27foreign tickets\u27 were not inconsiderable, there was one consolation for those who wish to know more about the lives of bandits and of the people who lived through this \u27Dark Night\u27 of Chinese history. This was that some of the former captives were ready to relive their experiences by writing out their memoirs. Having actually listened to what the bandits wanted to say, they were able to record the \u27intimate\u27 aspects of banditry; at the same time, having lived among the poor peasants of China\u27s countryside, they were able to gain a perspective on Chinese conditions that was not available to the foreigners who formed a privileged elite in the treaty ports like Shanghai. A glance through the writings of these former bandit captives reveals a world quite inaccessible to the scholar who relies on official sources. We learn what it was like to live the lives of hunted and despised bandits; we learn of the strange relationship of curiosity and mutual sympathy that sprang up between the captives and the villagers, who were equally the bandits\u27 victims; and we discover the existence of a delicate three-way relationship between the bandits, the Chinese authorities, and the captives\u27 diplomatic representatives. Although the voices that speak to us from the lines of these memoirs are those of the once-mighty foreigner, the cries that leap out from between those lines are from the mouths of the long-ignored Chinese peasant, making these materials a precious source for historians of rural China

    Preparation and Electrochemical Lithium Intercalation Performance of Segmented Carbon Nanofibers

    以泡沫镍为催化剂 ,在 6 0 0和 70 0℃下 ,以CVD法热解乙炔气体制备大量的纳米碳纤维 .随着制备温度增加 ,纳米碳纤维直径变小 ,竹节状含量减少 ,d0 0 2 值减小 ,微晶片层平面Lc 和La 值增大 ,碳材料的可逆容量则下降 .分别用透射电镜、X射线衍射和拉曼光谱观察和测定了纳米碳纤维的形貌、微结构 ,发现在不同条件下生长的纳米碳纤维有不同的形貌和结构 .对纳米碳纤维的电化学嵌锂性能的研究表明 ,纳米碳纤维的结构对其电化学嵌锂容量和充放电循环寿命起重要影响 ,制备温度越低 ,纳米碳纤维的石墨化程度越差 ,可逆嵌锂容量相应要高一些Segmented carbon nanofibers were prepared by pyrolysis of acetylene on foam Ni at 600 and 700℃ in a fixed bed flowed-reactor. The morphology, microstructure and lithium insertion properties of these carbon nanofibers were investigated by TEM, XRD, Raman and electrochemical methods. Through TEM observations, it was found that this kind of carbon nanofibers was composed of lens-like segments with nearly equal separation stacking along the nanofiber axis. When the reaction temperature was 600℃, segmented carbon nanofibers were the major production. However, when the reaction temperature increased to 700 ℃, the content of segmented carbon filaments decreased and their diameter became smaller. The crystallite size d 002 and L c were determined by the 002 carbon Bragg peak of XRD patterns using the Bragg and Scherrer formulas. The intensity ratios of the 1350 cm -1 line and the 1580 cm -1 line (R=I D/I G) was used to evaluate the L a value, which was inversely proportional to the effective crystallite size in the direction of the graphite plane (L a). With the reaction temperature increased, the d 002 value decreased, L a and L c values increased, which indicated the degree of crystallinity increased. Segmented carbon nanofibers were used as positive electrodes of C/Li cells. The first charge capacities of C/Li cells were 480 and 300 mAh/g for samples produced at 600 and 700℃, respectively. The samples at 600℃ showed capacities higher than the theoretical value of graphite, which was attributed to accommodation of more lithium at the edge of graphene layers and on the surface of graphene layers according to the mechanisms of lithium insertion in carbons prepared by low-temperature pyrolysis of hydrocarbons.
