    改良分子信标-双重实时荧光PCR快速检测SARS病毒

    目的建立改良分子信标-双重实时荧光PCR检测SARS病毒的方法,用于SARS的早期诊断和动物溯源。方法利用改良分子信标技术、装甲RNA和双片段双色荧光技术,根据GenBank公布的SARS病毒聚合酶基因1b的阅读开放框架结构的保守序列,自行设计一对引物和探针,以部分临床标本的酶联吸附实验结果和传统细胞培养方法作为对照,建立分子信标检测SARS病毒的方法。对368份临床标本(咽漱液、血液、粪便、尿液)、52份细胞培养液和50份动物标本进行荧光PCR扩增。结果分子信标检测SARS病毒的方法灵敏度为10~100个拷贝ml,与流感病毒等呼吸道病毒无交叉反应。分子信标检测368份临床标本,20份阳性。其中确诊病例阳性率为21.27%(1047),确诊病例的咽漱液阳性率为43.48%,还分别从粪便和血清中检测到SARS病毒。52份细胞培养液,29份阳性,阳性率为55.77%。50份动物标本,23份阳性,阳性率为46%。结论改良分子信标-双重实时荧光PCR检测SARS病毒方法灵敏度高、特异性强,可用于SARS的临床早期诊断和动物溯源

    易贡特大高速远程泥石流模拟分析

    2000年4月9日西藏易贡发生特大高速远程泥石流,是目前国内已知的近100年以来发生的规模最大的非地震诱发的泥石流事件,其在2分钟左右即完成了上亿立方米滑坡体的远距离输运,并进而造成了大范围灾害,引起了国内外的广泛关注。易贡泥石流包含强烈的土-石-水-气的相互作用,沿程伴有侵蚀和分选现象,是一个非常复杂的动力学过程,同时可用于校验和标定模型的基础数据较少。基于此,本研究选用简单的单相流模型,利用SPH数值方法的无网格特性处理界面和复杂地形,分别应用了基于土力学的弹塑性本构和基于非牛顿流体的粘塑性本构对易贡泥石流事件进行了初步模拟,发现弹塑性本构模拟所得结果与实际符合得较好,堆积形态与实测较为相符,率定后的参数较为合理,与实际颗粒碎屑物质占主体相吻合。本研究进一步探讨了模型参数对模拟结果产生的影响,发现摩擦角取8°时结果最为理想,最后对模拟中选取如此低的摩擦角进行了讨论,同时对易贡泥石流高速远距离质量输运的原因进行了分析

    研究了反应萃取制备硫酸钾的过程.结果表明,三辛胺-异戊醇混合萃取剂对盐酸有良好的萃取性能,一级萃取时反应在常温下的单程转化率为88.64%,产品硫酸钾中含氯量为0.18%,达到国标优等品标准.A new method of manuFacturing potassium sulFate by solvent extraction has been studied.The result indicates that isopentol is more selective in extracting hydrochloric acid.At room temperature, when trioctylamine (0.5 mol/L) isopentol is used as mixed extracting agent, the conversion per pass can be up to 88.64%, and the purity of potassium sulFate is very high, impurity of chloride is as low as 0.18%, which coincides with the National Standards.福建省自然科学基

    Viscous Elastoplastic SPH Model for Long-Distance High-Speed Landslide

    In the landslide-induced debris flow problem, the soil slope experiences three stages: slope instability, debris flow and deposition. This study develops a three-dimensional smoothed particle hydrodynamics model which adopts elastoplastic viscous constitutive relation to simulate this complex process. The Drucker-Prager model with nonassociated plastic flow rule is implemented for slope instability and deposition and constant viscosity is used for propagation stage. The model is validated with laboratory dry-granular dam-break experiments. Good agreements are found between the simulated results and the laboratory data on both the shape evolution and the velocity field. Then, we use the model to study the Yigong avalanche after detailed discussion of model parameters, the time of duration, deposited scope and estimated velocity essentially agree with site survey. Thus, the model is able to simulate instability and flow of dense granular materials at both experimental and field scale, and it could be a powerful tool for the landslide-induced debris flow study

    观察复方马蹄香对肝气郁结、心神不宁型广泛性焦虑患者的临床疗效。选择67名属肝气郁结、心神不宁型的广泛性焦虑症患者,随机分为治疗组(34例)和对照组(33例),治疗组给予复方马蹄香,对照组给予黛力新治疗,2组均采用药物治疗4周。治疗前及治疗第2,4周采用汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)进行疗效评价;以中医证候量表(肝气郁结、心神不宁型)观察焦虑评分;同时取患者唾液测定皮质醇(cortisol)含量;并于治疗前和治疗4周后测量生活事件量表(LES),进行药物安全性评价。通过测量生活事件量表剔除2例患者,中止5名,最终共60例患者纳入该研究(每组30例)。2组患者HAMA总分在治疗第2,4周时均有所改善(P&lt;0.05,P&lt;0.01);中医证候量表积分改善情况在治疗2,4周后均具有显著统计学意义(P&lt;0.01);唾液皮质醇水平在治疗第2,4周时均有所下降(P&lt;0.05,P&lt;0.01)。治疗2周后与4周后2组间比较总有效率无统计学意义差异,HAMA积分、中医证候量表积分、唾液皮质醇水平改善方面组间差异也均无统计学差异。不良反应发生率方面,治疗组(6.67%)低于对照组(... 更多</p

    采用喷射成形方法制备了Al-8.5Fe-1.4V-1.7Si(8009)耐热铝合金,研究了喷射成形工艺参数及沉积坯件的热挤压工艺对材料的微观组织及性能的影响。结果表明:喷射成形工艺能够有效地抑制8009合金中粗大的富铁相的析出,获得均匀细小的组织;当射成形工艺参数选择适当时,沉积坯件具有良好的成形性与致密度,在随后的热挤压过程中,通过较低的挤压比即可使材料达到全致密。合金经过热挤压后,在室温及高温下均具有良好的力学性能
